Rickshaw Chinese Restaurant is a take out only There is no option of sitting down. Henceforth it is take out only. That's a plus you won't have to take out a loan to get good healthy food.There are some benches out sde if you can't wait to get home. It is popular with locals and those in the know. Food is displayed to see sells quickly so it always fresh . Never dried out from sitting at a steam table. Some nights a hour before closing at 8pm they maybe sold out of pork fried rice or barbecue pork loin or sweet and sour pork with vegetable The sauce is not too sweet not too sour. It's like Goldilock's porridge at the home of the three bears just right. Portions are big I can barely finish a pork fried rice with a sweet and sour pork entree. $12.50 includes tax. The Chef takes pride in making good tasting food a simple menu with something for almost everyone. Yes I am a big fan of Chinese style cooking. Sometimes a simple dish made with care is just as good as a fancy complex food at 3 times the price. Highly recommend for the days you are just too tired to cook or just because you want to to enjoy their food. I only like to post positive reviews of well made foods. This is definitely positively good food enjoy

Only been here once so far, but the black bean spare ribs are the best I've ever tasted in my life! So tender and delicious. I got the garlic chicken wings too those were pretty good. Only negative is the potsticker wrap is way too thick.

Very good costumer service, they make the food right where you can see and with all the fresh just made options on the buffet line for ridiculous cheap it's my new favorite. They pile on the food and I mean PILE IT ON! They do not skimp at all, my to go container barely closed. Hand down the best bbq pork I've ever had, and I've had dozens from different restaurants all over the bay. They are fall apart tender and full of flavor. The egg rolls are packed with white meat chicken while others pile in the cabbage. The drinks aren't overpriced either, I paid 10 for my meal and drink and it was worth it! But like Lavar Burton on reading rainbow said, you don't have to take my word for it. Go and see for yourself.

Very good food, with huge portions (2 meals worth). This place has a buffet selection and we had sweet & sour pork, ribs, general chicken, string beans & chicken with chow main and rice. An amazing amount of food is packed into the containers. The only drawback is you pretty much have to take it to go, and we were only spending the night in Pinole. There are only 3 two person tables, and in summer pretty hot inside.

Very good food, with huge portions (2 meals worth). This place has a buffet selection and we had sweet & sour pork, ribs, general chicken, string beans & chicken with chow main and rice. An amazing amount of food is packed into the containers. The only drawback is you pretty much have to take it to go, and we were only spending the night in Pinole. There are only 3 two person tables, and in summer pretty hot inside.

Prices are decent and the food is okay. There's usual little to no time to wait to be serviced. This is strictly a cash only and take out restaurant. Staff are nice and friendly.

Food is cheap but not great, better going to panda express. The people at the counter were super nice but I won't be choosing to eat here any time soon. They only accept cash unless you order online through doordash. Sweet and sour pork was okay, dried fried ribs less okay, potstickers were alright but nothing outstanding.

It depends who will be serving you food for the day. Sometimes the portions get smaller if the older staff is behind the reception. Not sure why! Food quality is okay for the price, a bit salty or sweet. I think they use large amount of MSG unfortunately.

Food is good. But Lady that serves the food is not very pleasant. She doesn't seem happy with what she's doing. Was my first time to buy from there and she seems irritated that we're asking questions. Plus she forgot to give receipt. Never going back there.

I can’t recommend this place. I visited in the evening and ordered a combo. The meat was very dry and didn’t seem fresh, as if it had been sitting out all day.

It's now 2022 and they are cash only... I don't carry dirty cash around. Sign needs to be on the door at the entrance, not on the wall after you order your food and are about to pay. Who runs this place and why are they still in business!?!?

Nice people but the food was not good 😐 please don't waste your money. All sale is finally and cash only. Need I say more

Not going here anymore. They were low on Peking ribs and asked if they were going to make anymore (more than an hour before they closed). They asked the size I needed (I said medium) and they said that there wasn't enough. They then said that they would make a large one if I ordered it but, not the medium because they did not want to waste food.... Really!?!?! After all of the money and tips that I've given this place. Never again.

I went there recently on a sat afternoon to get some lemon chicken and fried rice and you could tell it was left over from the day before and they were just starting to heat it up I got there a little after they opened and I asked her if the children was fried fresh that day and she said yes we make everything fresh everyday I know that's a lie cause I've been there around closing and there wrapping all the food up and putting it away somewhere. When I got to the car and tryed the chicken it was soggy and cold on the inside so she just lied to my face and sold me leftover fried chicken. I'm never stepping foot in that place again or spending another penny there they just lost a long time repeat loyal customer. I recommend not going there as there not a honest business and will sell you stale leftover food from the day before
