Real, wholesome, healthy food. This place is great if you care about quality ingredients and heart and health conscious eating. Staff is super responsive and friendly. Wait time is short. Even the drinks offer healthier options. Definitely a great place for a quick bite in Plano!

Wanted to try their Harissa chicken but they were out of the Ingredients so I tried Steak + Harissa and it was delicious! I’m picky when it comes to food but that bowl did not disappoint. We need a Cava here in MS!!!

Our family stopped by the area and decided to try this Cava location, and we’re glad we did. The food was very fresh, and the sauces were excellent. Renay and Que were incredibly attentive and helpful, making our first visit a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is far and away the best Cava location around. I have been to many locations that are so stingy with the ingredients that you pay 14 plus dollars for what amounts to a small side salad. This location is very generous with their ingredients, and hospitality! Great food and greater service. No matter where I am I will always come back to this location.

For it being the first time eating here and not knowing what the expect, the food was way better than I expected. The portion size was great and the flavor was just amazing overall. The restaurant itself was nice, it had a welcoming atmosphere and the service was done quickly without any problems. 10/10, I’d gladly recommend trying this place out!

The ingredients in my bowl were super fresh and I was directed towards the best dips to try! The staff was extremely kind and made my birthday lunch so special! The juice options are so refreshing and I highly recommend the cucumber mint lime juice! Also, restaurant was so clean! The manager even offered us their new cinnamon pita chips with warm honey to try before they debuted next week! They were a delicious addition! Overall, this CAVA location is one of the nicest I have ever visited! :)

They’re doing their job and they do it. Well if you guys are from out of town or live in Texas definitely check out this cava

Big thanks to Pepe for making our bowls with love and care. This was our first time at CAVA, and it was amazing! We were seriously impressed. The service was incredible—everyone was super friendly, helpful, and patient. We’re fans of Chipotle, and we appreciated how generously the bowls were filled; it was worth the price. We even grabbed a second bowl to go for our daughter. Pepe delivered outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back. We ordered Harissa chicken, avocado bowl with extra rice!

Just doing my daily real estate task and finished showing houses around the Plano area. Today was 108F, and I needed something healthy and refreshing. I saw some good reviews about this place and I loved it. Everything was fresh and natural. No greasy fried food here and I had plenty of options to choose from. I got the Steak Harrissa Bowl and was greeted by Clara. This is my first time here and she was so kind and patient with me. She help me put together my rice bowl and make solid recommendations and everything was fantastic. The steak with Avocado made my day and wash it all down with their cucumber lime drink. I’m ready to get back out there in this Texas heat and close another million in real estate. Thank you Clara for being so kind and I’ll be back ! Maybe I can pick up some gift cards for my clients too. Pass the vibe check it in the dining lobby. It was quite enough for me to make calls and get some work done before my next showings.

I love coming to this location!! I prefer this place over chipotle. This place is very underrated. I’m surprised not many people know about this place. You get the price for what you get. So many variety of choices!! Brings me so much joy peace knowing that I’m putting nourishing food in my body. Customer service is excellent. I was just studying for my nursing classes and was craving for something that will not make me feel sluggish or crash! I love the strawberry citrus drink!!

First time trying Cava, same concept as Chipotle. I had the half saffron rice and half lentils with grilled chicken bowl. Filled it up with hummus, toppings and lemon herb tahini dressing. Food was delicious but service needs to be better. Also the wood tables are probably not a good idea, they are in need of some deep cleaning.

The overall food is good. They asked me if I wanted spicy chicken or regular and I said regular. The chicken was very spicy! The manger was very nice and gave me beef instead at no extra charge. The beef tasted good but was full of fat & gristle. They have unsweetened tea but no sweeteners. Not even sugar.

First time at the Plano location and yikes the bowl is barely full. Portion size is not worth the price. Got two falafel bowls 🧆 for the veggie option lol. Addison is a better location.

It seems every time I come here I am treated with a lot of sarcasm and rudeness. Workers don’t seem happy to be there and helpful at all. EVERY TIME I have come here, tables are dirty and when I see someone “cleaning them” they just do half or barely any of the table. I decided to get steak today and accept the upcharge just to get cold, extremely chewy steak. I do not recommend coming to this location. I love their food but service does not make it worth it to come here. cava, hire better employees that treat people with kindness and enthusiasm.

The third rudest location I’ve been to. I have better customer service than this store. I greeted the server and she completely ignored me and ask what did we want as if we are bothering her. She over charged me and stopped making my bowl to have her coworker finish it to go to the register to over charge me. Me and my fiance were wondering what did we do to deserve this treatment both workers in these photos had disgusting attitudes and terrible temperaments to customers. I will no longer be patronizing any Cava restaurant and I’ve been buying Cava for the past 20 days due to my fast. This is the third location that I have experienced rude treatment at and the last two I dealt with being dismissed, unheard as a customer, and treated like a burden. Imagine being extremely hungry after a fasted workout and having to deal with sarcasm, rudeness, and your food being tossed in your bowl like a dog. Cava please do better- it seems as though your staff around Texas hate their jobs.

My friend and I came for lunch today. There were four people helping us on the line. All of them had great customer service except for Richard. He messed up one of the bowls and added the wrong protein to it. I told him and corrected him, and then he threw the bowls stormed off and slammed the spoon down back into the meat. The young girl, Bella that stood in the line, helping him was visibly scared of him. Really bad look for such a good restaurant. Not to mention when I told the cashier he stated he gets told that all the time. Richard needs to be talked to or fired ASAP. I was not pleased at all. Once I finally got my food correctly, I sat at the table and he stormed off to the bathroom, he then came out and started slamming tables and chairs around and disturbed the entire restaurant. I come here at least once a week and I have never had bad service. I will not be coming back if I see Richard.

This delivery driver system you have in place doesn’t work. The orders are behind the counter and the two girls working are too busy to acknowledge you when you arrive. One fixing orders and the other ringing up customers, so I’m just standing there waiting until one of them see me. I had to say excuse me can you pass me the order just to get service. I’m thinking another system is needed so customers who order delivery are not waiting and making the delivery late to arrive.

The bowl looked unappetizing, and the presentation was poor. The lady serving didn’t seem to care when pouring the food. The portion was barely half the bowl, yet the price is charged as if it’s full. Definitely not recommended.

$12 for a barely filled bowl and barely any protein. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and they continue to give small portions for the actual bowls. Save your money and get the kids meal since it seems they actually fill that up
