Decided to check this place out for a casual date night, definitely did not disappoint! I highly recommend making reservation because it gets pretty busy around dinner time! Everything we got from the pasta to the lobster roll was great! Very flavorful! The staff there were very nice and friendly! We ended our night with the key lime pie, this I could’ve done without. It was mediocre in my opinion, it was way too much crust and it was more of a tart rather than pie. Overall, I would come back here to try other things on the menu!

Before moving away from the DFW area, I used to love picking up lobster rolls from Sea Breeze. I finally came back for the first time in 15 years and was in for a shock to see how much it had changed! They had expanded both the space and the menu, the nautical ambiance is a bit more upscale, and it is now a fully serviced restaurant (before, you ordered at the counter). I made the mistake of not reserving a table on a Saturday night, so we had to wait 45 minutes (but glad to see their business is thriving). No problem, as we just grabbed a drink at a nearby establishment. It was well worth the wait. We ordered both of their lobster rolls (New England and Connecticut), and they were every bit as heavenly as I remember. The quality and freshness of their seafood is evident in every bite, and our waiter was cordial and attentive throughout the meal. Now that my lobster roll craving has been satiated, I'll definitely be coming back to try other seafood items on their menu sometime!

WOW! Last time here 2015. way overdue so we came for birthday supper for SHE who cashes my retirement check. Friday night lots of friends and family in attendance. Glad we made reservation as by 7pm all the tables were taken. Excellent service and food preparations. Wait staff did great job. Cocktails were yummy. We will try to get back here sooner than later but lots more competition for our supper budget than back in 2015. FIRST REVIEW 2015: Great place to meet with friends and family for fish lunch and/or supper. Haven't been in ages and then it was for lunch. Tonight we ate with friends who go once a month as it a favorite of theirs. Lots of food and plenty for leftovers. We need to go back again for lunch.

This is a great little spot, nothing too fancy which is sort of surprising for the shopping center it’s located in. Have not been by a single time when it is busy and seems like an “early bird special” type of place. The oysters were fantastic and the shrimp was excellent was a really big fan of the variety in menu, pricing was expensive but comparable to your standard seafood places locally. Not a single complaint about the service or the quality of food. If this place had a small “facelift” I think it would really have a high impact on their business. I was really impressed with this hidden gem.

My first visit was absolutely wonderful. I celebrated my birthday at Seabreeze Fish Market & Grill, and I am so glad that I did, because it was all that and more. I had the Sea Breeze Lobster Pasta and the Connecticut Style Hot Lobster Roll. While the dish was very attractive, and overall enjoyable, the pasta sauce was bland. This was disappointing. I’m the kind of girl that likes to taste flavor in every single bite. The lobster and the bacon was fresh though. Now, let’s talk about the best part of my visit. The undeniable showstopper was the HCS Lobster Roll. One look at it, and I was literally drooling. Keep in mind that I have had a few lobster rolls. I could tell it was of a higher quality. One bite, and I was madly in love . It was heavenly it was so good. I think their roll is the best one that I have had in the DFW area for sure . Please don’t hesitate to try this place out . You will be so happy that you did.

Nice seafood restaurant but potentially just not for me. The seafood itself was good, fresh and well cooked. However, it seems that they want the natural flavor of the seafood to stand on its own by going light on the seasoning. I personally think that a little more salt would've gone a long way. For me, the clam chowder, the mussels, and the shrimp that was in the pasta all were a little bland. This might differ from fish to dish though, because the warm buttered lobster roll was good. On the other hand, their bread and accompanying dip was good. Also their fries were really fresh, crispy and well seasoned. The service was exceptional.

Christina was very attentive and took care of 3 of us in table very good. Loved the way she explained all the Chef specials since it was our first time here. We started with Pinot Grigio and vodka. Then we ordered Chef specials (Flounder saltimbocca, Baked crabmeat stuffed Haddock) & Cioppino soup. Chef specials came with a couple of speciality sides. Rainbow carrots with dill was one of the best followed by Cioppino soup. Rainbow carrots and dill - 5/5 Flounder saltimbocca 3.5/5 Baked crabmeat stuffed Haddock 3.5/5 Cioppino soup - 4/5 This place has a calm ambience with a lot of natural light during the day. There are some tables outside for anyone interested in eating outside.

We went in to some rave reviews of this place. Unfortunately the place did not stand up to the online hype. From the Off-putting odor that hits you as you enter the premise to the rather dull interiors, the place did not create any excitement. Seating though ample was kinda weird with booths available to the end of the restaurant, which seemed rather dark and uninviting. The service by Rolando was friendly and courteous which was the saving grace. The Cioppino seemed more like a tomato broth in taste and looks with some seafood thrown in. Lacked the flavors and odors of a great dish that it could have been. Seafood added to it while fresh did not seem to be of great quality. The grilled swordfish with whipped potatoes and corn was good. Will come back if there are no other options

The flavors were actually pretty good, but the portions were really disappointing. I ordered the lobster roll and the lobster pasta, and both dishes had barely any visible lobster. For the price they charge, it just doesn’t feel worth it. Good taste, but definitely not good value.

Would you spend $28 on this? We have been patrons of this restaurant for years. Came back after a long time and ordered our favorite dish, a Seafood Cioppino to go. Food was ready on time but the quantity left us shocked. Not only was the togo container not full the actual amount of seafood was a joke. Two clam shells, some fish bits, one ring of a squid, but mostly just the soup. It came with a small salad and bread. I understand wages and supply costs have gone up but this is just just price gouging at this point. Will not be coming back and advise others not to either.
