My husband and I Tried Firebirds for the first time on Monday evening for my birthday. We were very pleased with the entire visit from start to finish. The ambiance was perfect, we were greeted warmly at the door. Our server Julian was outstanding and made great recommendations. Unfortunately, they were out of the Tomahawk Porkchop my husband ordered but the Aged Ribeye did not disappoint. From the Margaritas to the main courses and even dessert exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend to anyone who has never been here.

So on my sister's recommendation we tried a new American wood fired grill for dinner tonight and they did not disappoint. This establishment has a winning business model in my opinion. The open dining area is warm and inviting and the entire staff genuinely cares that you as the customers have the best experience possible. The restaurant itself has unique characteristics and congruent decore that fits together very pleasingly. Especially their bar. It is a testament to delicious and established fine liquor! Everyone was very polite, friendly and inviting from the hostess to the servers to the manager's and they all genuinely care if your experience is top notch. Ikea was our server and she has an amazing amount of charisma that is a gift and not really something that you can learn. ( one of those rare people that you can just meet but in that same moment feel like you have known her for years) she knows every facet of the menu and the restaurant and is nothing short of amazing and can answer any questions you have about anything with complete confidence and accuracy. We also where served by Madeleine a (server in training) that was also very friendly and trying her best, definitely knows the difference between green onions and chives. (Lol,) We also met Holly thier Plano Gm, Steven their Grapevine location Gm and Kitchen Chef Claudio while we where dining. All where friendly , approachable and really care about our dining experience. Over all we were super impressed with this establishment and we will be back to sample more of their cuisine for future lunch and dinners. The most inviting facets of our first experience was the light aroma of real wood smoke that permeates the atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. My wife and I both sampled the New York strip and the loaded baked potato (was amazing) The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked med-rare to our order. I had the additional Grilled Chimmicurry Shrimp skewer. My wife had the standard Grilled shrimp skewer. (I highly recommend this with any steak you order.. both were truly delicious) We will be back cheers!

Great atmosphere, the food was so good. We ordered the lobster queso for starters. Then I had the Cajun Ribeye smothered in mushrooms and onions with the Au Gratin potatoes for the side dish. I can't remember the last time I had a steak that was cooked up so well in a long while! I will definitely be back when I want a steak dinner! Everything was so satisfying and exceptionally delicious!!

This is a very nice restaurant with amazing service from the host to the servers! Evan and Sherilyn did a great job serving our large group! I believe it was about 13 of us. The taste of all the food was very good. The Chilean Seabass was very tender and flavorful with a large portion. The steaks were very big and tasty as well. Dessert was very good and large enough to share! The drinks were very good as well. We had a very good experience! They were extremely accommodating and caring. Evan is very fun and funny, Sherilyn so attentive and sweet. They made a great team at our table tonight!!

The atmosphere is maybe what I call a "fast casual". Definitely not a high end steakhouse, not Chili's ;) It reminds me of Lazy Dog, but more high-end. It has some touches "fire" on the outside and inside (nice touch). We attended during the week in the evening and seated at a table. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine, and the bartender delivered and was very friendly. I asked our server for recommendations. We ordered hot wings for an appetizer. We were happy that we could get bbq for 1/2 and hot sauce for the other 1/2. The food was delivered in a reasonable time frame. The filet didn't "look" like a high-end filet, but it tasted fine (not fatty). We also had the cheesecake creme brulee ties (courtsey of #planofoodies). Great visit - we would love to visit again - several of the menu items sounded great!

I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Our waitress, Caroline, was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We were also checked on by one of the owners or perhaps the manager her name might have been Holly . She was equally attentive and genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was outstanding, the service was top notch, and the overall experience was just as wonderful as the first time. I’m already looking forward to going back. This place is truly worth it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience

First time dining here, and it certainly won’t be my last! The ambiance is delightful, enhanced by great music. The food is absolutely scrumptious. We started with the bacon deviled eggs as an appetizer, and the Parmesan bread was incredibly crispy. Our server, Caroline, was both sweet and attentive; her warm and friendly personality made this experience a perfect 10/10. Holly, whom I assume is the manager with her stylish outfit, also came over to us with our appetizer, which was fantastic. For my main course, I had the filet mignon paired with Parmesan mashed potatoes, while my mom went for the garlic sirloin and a baked potato. This location is so worth it

We visited for Sunday brunch. It was Mother’s Day and most tables included a kid. We started with bacon deviled eggs and crab and corn fritters. Both were very good. My table ordered the Hipster Toast, Brunch Burger (one order without a bun), Bacon and Eggs, and Baked French Toast. The Bacon and Eggs and Baked French Toast were particularly good. The restaurant filled quickly and the noise level rose to the point it was difficult to hear. But the wait staff were so attentive and friendly. The management gave each ‘mother’ a gift bag with lotion and a $10 gift card to the restaurant.

Didnt have to wait. Not bust so was sat right away on a Monday evening. Had filet and surf and turf. Steak was way to red so didn’t quite hit the mark. Lobster was ok. Had the chocolate cake which was alright. Service was by far the best part of our night.

Well I came in with high expectations, partially because of the appearance of the location and atmosphere. Made a reservation so we had no wait. Waiter was ok, usually checked on our table from afar using the thumbs up gesture. Wonder why he didn't come and speak to us to ask if everything was ok, food, drinks. Had the chicken pasta, was very salty, some of the chicken pieces were cold, showing they microwaved the chicken pieces after cooking the pasta so the 2 werent the same temperature lol. They were "out of" crushed red pepper for my pasta, on a Friday night?! I ordered a few whiskey old fashioned's. They came in very dirty glassware. Water spots, fingerprints on the rim etc. Pictures here dont do it justice, i had already wiped the rims on the glasses before I drank from them. Drinks were missing some ingredients and they were also "out of" the drink cherries that go in an Old Fashioned. So overall I was disappointed on the food taste and quality and drinks..

I wanted to like this place so bad but unfortunately the food we got wasn’t very good :( my family and i had a Sunday lunch here , we all got steaks and they were INCREDIBLY salty to the point where we were chugging all our waters to help balance it out , no flavor to the steaks other than the insane amount of salt. We also ordered the roasted carrots for the table which came with some sort of glaze on top of them, the best way i can describe it was that it tasted like cough syrup , i tried so hard to take a couple bites here and there to get used to it but i just couldn’t get over that glaze they drenched on top :/ Overall restaurant is very pretty and the staff was kind, just wish the food was good. Very sad to say the best thing we had was the plain broccoli and baked potato.

This is our second time dining at Firebirds Grill! The first time I brought my wife for a special occasion, service and food were excellent! Decided to bring my family to have lunch on New Years Day! The service was excellent! Kimberly was very friendly and attentive! Now the food was not that good! My kids' meal little piece of honey garlic chicken was very small for $18! My wife's grilled Black Cod had a lot of bones in it, which she did not finish because she got tired of taking and messing with the bones! @ $30, also the carrots that came with it were hard and not edible. Both of my boys ordered steak, which they asked to be cooked Med. Rare, which were both cooked medium to well! 10oz NY strip $29 and 12oz Ribeye $35. It was not a very cheap lunch for the food quality we received! My son and I did enjoy the mushrooms! The pics that I have included look good but didn't taste the way it supposed to.

Haden is an absolute horrific server!! Do not waste your time and money to go here or eat here or have drinks here at Firebirds!! We sat down and waited over 10 mins before the manager came over to us and asked if we had been helped and we had had not so then Haden came running to our table for the first time and she offered us a free appetizer which was kind but service continued downhill from there. Haden never ever asked us once if wanted refills on our drinks we had to tell him and then wait forever for the drinks, to the point I watched the bartender make my rum and coke and it sat there so long at the bar they had to pour it half out because he I’ve had melted and just put more ice in it instead of making a new fresh drink!! Every time Haden came to the table few and very far between times he step on my feet all 3 times, and never once said excuse me or sorry or anything!! Then when we did finally get our food my order was totally incorrect!! I asked for mustard on my burger, no mustard and also no ketchup brought out or served with the French fries, once again the manager had to stop by the table and get me ketchup for my fried and I was upset and frustrated with the lack of service and being stepped on as not getting anything correct or in a timely manner I did not even tell the manager about my burger at that point I just want to eat and leave!! While I then watch Haden spill a whole glass of water on the table and people sitting there across from us, they got up and left due his poor service and spilling on them!! It was by far the worst dinner out we have ever had and I would not recommend anyone wasting their time trying Firebirds Wood Fire Grill ever !!!
