Listen up...it is tradition for Okies (I can say that as I am one) to stop in when in Dallas. It's delicious...period. I flew down to buy a car (yes, that's my new car that I bought) and for some In-N-Out. Just go, it's good...real good.

When the wife and I go out of town we try to go to places we don't have locally. We tried In and Out, quite a line and seating was limited. Line moved quickly, tried the double double animal style with fries, burger was really good, reminded me of old school burger joint, fries were crispy but got cold quickly. on the whole still very superior over the places with heat lamps.

I cried when I knew TX had these. Everything tasted great. The burger was warm till the end. The french fries though had the crisp and the succulent animal style on it was delicious, but lacked the warmth. They need to figure out how to keep the fries warm (may be have the spread be warmer). Nonetheless, 5 star from my end, but I hope my next visit is even better. Cheers!

Had the best visit at this location. We were helped right away, the order-taker was very patient with our lack of ordering knowledge, and the food came out fast. The order was accurate, hot, and delicious. All of the employee were friendly and seemed like they worked together really well as a team. The outside, seating area, and bathrooms were all very clean. If we lived closer, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Of course the food is always awesome. But that’s not my intention of this review. I havehad the pleasure of meeting Andrewfor the last four months and he is so consistent and above and beyond kind and accommodating that Solelyis the reason I continue to come to this location! This location was very well organized and maintained. We came during the 5/6 o’clock rush hours..The menu was very simple and easy to view. The cashier was very patient and kind. Menu items are affordable, filling, and customizable. We ordered a single hamburger (no cheese) and a double cheese burger animal style with a chocolate shake. The ordering system is straightforward. They would call the order in-house and over the intercom, if you were outside. The food was made fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and well seasoned and the chocolate shake was super thick and creamy. There is a seating area outside with umbrellas. The double patty was really good, made animal style. The onions well caramelized and the sauce gave it that extra flavor and juiciness. The ketchup dispenser was down and one of the workers was kind enough to immediately bring us ketchup packets. The staff had excellent customer service and did their best to ensure everyone was taken care of. For a quick bite to eat, the burgers were made fresh and hot! It was worth a try.

In N Out is one of the best burger spots ever! For their cheap price, their service and food is amazing. They give food insanely fast, even with the business within the locals. Their food on their menu is limited, but their secret menu gives out more options. I love this place and always recommend going here!

Food was excellent!!! First day open after the snowstorm and they absolutely showed up and showed out. Service was fast, food was hot and fresh, fries perfectly crispy, and the burger was juicy and flavorful like it was made with love. You’d never know they had just reopened. everything was on point. In-N-Out stays consistent no matter what, and that’s exactly why it’s a classic. Worth the wait every single time.

Our preferred fast-food chain in the US. Fries are natural, you can see them cutting the potatoes that they will use for your order. The meat is fresh, nothing frozen. All other ingredients are fresh too. Burgers taste like the old times and the at atmosphere is like living in the 50s again. Plus prices are super affordable. I love this iconic restaurant.

My wife and I made a point to stop here during our visit from the upper Midwest last weekend. Positives: our order was promptly taken, facility was very tidy, energized employees were super courteous and friendly, indoor seating was available for dine-in customers during a very cool windy evening, and prices were very low. Negatives: an under-sized kitchen and large customer volume resulted in a more than 10-minute wait to receive our small order of two hamburger meals, and the brittle, shoe string French fries were easily broken making consumption very difficult.

The occasional family order when the cravings become too much. Always on point however we are docking 1 star for not offering the ability to order/deliver via the numerous avenues available. Note for first-timers, order "animal style" :)

It's In-N-Out..you know what to expect. Look up their "secret menu" and have fun ordering. Double double animal style is my favorite. Only reason they are not a five star is they unfortunately messed up my wife's order this last time but it is understandable as she asks to remove sauce and add ketchup and mustard which is out of the norm. Neapolitan shake, root beer float or cheese fries animal style are some of my favs. Check them out.

I'm originally from Southern California and have lived in various places over the years due to military service. I now travel quite a bit and have made it a point to stop at this location while traveling through the Dallas area. They are polite and provide a great experience. The only issue I had is they seemingly are intentionally deceptive about their hours. The door says they open at 10:30 AM when they actually opened at 10:00 AM. I asked an employee what time that open and was told they open at 10, but advertise 10:30 to allow time for prep which I find to be odd and deceptive. Due to traveling from another state heading home I arrived early and sat outside waiting only to find I was sitting outside for nothing due to this weird practice. Also, I saw a few people drive by and kept going after reading the hours on the door. So, keep in mind this place actually opens at 10:00 if you are planning an early visit.

Loved the simple menu. More affordable pricing than any other place including that golden arch place. The staff was pleasant and the place was clean. The decor could use more branding around the restaurant. Being from out of town, I would've expected more merch since we have no locations in Missouri. The bright white and red is a bit much for a first timer. Kind of gives Johnny Rockets old school diner vibes. We definitely weren’t in and out as we waited probably 15 min or so for our food but it was fresh and tasty. Try the Neapolitan shake! This place reminds me of a sonic and Dairy Queen crossover.

Always heard this is THE place to grab fast food if out west. We'll i found myself in Texas and found some In & Outs and decided to try one. "Animal style" was what my friends told me to try. So a single animal style cheeseburger and animal style fries it is. I was blown away at the price, it was "cheap" but moreso, it was the perfect serving size, and i was happy to pay for the amount I wanted, no leftovers and I wasn't hungry wanting more and I didn't pay for the extra. The drive thru line was wrapped around d the building and they were bussing, the order taker answered questions for this first timer and didn't rush me or even seem aggravated at my lack of I&O knowledge. I was very pleased and would try it again next time I'm out west. The only hiccup I had was cold fries, BUT, it was only like the 2-3 bites on top, once I got down under the cheese of the animal style they were nice and hot, fresh, so maybe just a fluke that those were just on top and exposed to more air and thus cooled quicker, who knows. Didn't stop me from slamming them.

Stopped by In-N-Out, and as always, the food was spot on – fresh, flavorful burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and that classic shake you can’t go wrong with. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was exactly what you’d expect. The only downside? It was painfully slow this time around, which was surprising since they’re usually quick. Definitely worth the wait, but hopefully, they pick up the pace next time. Solid four stars.

The service was amazing!! We went through the drive-thru and the employees were very helpful and friendly. We ordered three cheeseburgers, two animal style fries, one regular fry, 2 pink lemonades, and one Neapolitan shake. There are so many burger places in the area, this wouldn’t be my go-to.

Honestly don’t know why this place is so idolized. Sure, it’s an okay burger for its price, especially when compared to like a Wendy’s or a McDonalds, but to me, it just doesn’t compare to something like Mooyah or five guys. Burger MUST be animal style (which is not listed on the menu — you just have to be “in on it”) to be edible, and even then it’s pretty strong for me. Bun generally tastes like it came out of a grocery store bag. No flavor other than sour and salty. Fries are their lowest point for sure — they taste like packing peanuts and you have to put ketchup and salt on them. Every time I’ve had a shake here it’s been alright though. Keep in mind also that this location is ALWAYS busy, especially in the drive thru. Plan to come inside if you’re in any semblance of a hurry. Employees are always very nice and trying their best :)

In this an unpopular opinion In-N-Out Burger is a basic Burger chain. The restaurant chain in general is overly ranked high. However the service at this location is good, but that is all in my opinion I had at once in 2012 and once again in 2022 personally Whataburger is king.

35 minutes wait on a drive thru line. It doesn’t make difference even order takers takes orders on a next street. There is something to learn at Chick-fil-A when it comes to fast drive thru lines! Edit- And after all you get cold fries:(

I totally get having a bad day and being at work. I’ve been there. But the woman who took my order was so, so mean to me. Like I was tearing up in the in and out. Basically, when I was in line, I didn’t notice that one of the cashiers were open bc my view was blocked by the big group in front of me. One of the little girls noticed and goes “she’s open by the way” so I go over. The cashier (I think her name was Diana) was immediately, super snidely, goes “you had about two people go in front of you because you were on your phone.” Then the rest of my order anytime I said anything she sighed super loudly and like- rolled her eyes at me?? I tried to be sweet to combat it bc I get it, bad days happen, but she maintained being really rude. Then when I got my receipt back my order was completely wrong, but when she had initially read it back to me it was correct. I was too nervous to go talk to her about bc she was so rude the first time that I literally went and just reordered with another cashier. I thought it was just me until I went to pick up my food, when this other customer comes up and starts literally shouting at different cashier about how rude Diana had been. I don’t think the shouting was appropriate at all, especially bc it was so busy, but I understand her frustration. It really put me off bc my bf and I love this location and we come here often.

I used a gift card to redeem any burger, any fries, and any beverage and the manager here at around 4:40 denied me it and only allowed me to get the basic burger, fries, and drink.

I ordered a DD animal style burger today and the meat on my burger was under cooked ☹️. Called to let them know and they offered to replace my meal but I'm still mad this happened because I had to go out to buy myself something else to eat.

I'm not gonna explain myself. But if it was me, there's plenty of other places to eat.It's not even really the food, it's the way I saw them.Treat a young lady that come in.I promise I'll never eat here again

I come here at night and the food quality here is just so terrible for a in and out. I've been to plenty late at night and it's never been this bad. I got a cheeseburger and asked for it to be cut in half and it was so messy I didn't even want to take it out of the bag. I told the guy in the drive thru and left. But then I just came in after and got a refund without even getting to eat my burger because I was just disappointed and disgusted of how it looked. It looked like they just shoved it in there. Do better. Especially if I'm almost paying five dollars for a single cheeseburger .

I have ate at several locations several times across DFW and NEVER had a bad experience until yesterday. The food was horrible. My bun was burnt, hard and stale like had been sitting out all day. The fries were hard and cold so was the burger...... even the 7up tasted bad like no syrup in the drink just carbonation.... The location was extremely busy around 7:30pm but NO excuse I've been when others were busy and didn't have this experience.

Food is excellent. Everybody is super nice and polite. Unfortunately the inside of the restaurant smells like raw meat and the drive thru is extremely busy at all hours all the time. They need to expand to a multi lane drive thru.

Gave the 1 star for this review was in a long line to order To get very cold food fries were not fresh burger was cold fries cold I live two minutes away. There’s no way that my fries should be on my hamburger and I’m gonna include a picture of what my food looks like and it was horrible. hated it
