Opinions de Lemma Coffee Co Plano
Absolutely love this craft coffee shop. Coffee is top notch (Cortado, pour overs, specialty drinks - Bourbon Pecan Latte/Pumpkin Spice Latte/Strawberry Coconut Matcha and more!). Food is also awesome with some good Gluten-free options, toasts, sandwiches… The baristas always greet you, are welcoming and remember your name + order. If you haven’t checked this spot out go now. FYI they open at 7:00AM weekdays and 8:00AM Weekends.
What makes this café special is its amazing team. They are full of energy and prepare coffee with great professionalism. Thank you for their warm hospitality. The coffee is absolutely delicious! However, the space could use some expansion.
Every time I have come to this location I receive a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I recently decided to get into making espresso at home and the team was super helpful in showing me how to grind, tamp and weigh out the coffee so I could create delicious drinks at home with the beans I purchased. On top of that the Ham & Egg sandwich is delicious. 5 stars would recommend to anyone and everyone!
Unbelievably great coffee! One of the best Lattes I have ever had. The Sizzling Avocado Toast was delicious. I would not say this coffee was great unless it was. A must try coffee shop!
Favorite coffee shop in Plano! Love that they make their own syrups. The dirty chai latte is the best, its nice and spicy 😋!! The staff is very friendly. They also do pretty latte art 🥰 we also got the Avocado toast and turkey sandwich which were both pretty good. It's a cute spot downtown with pretty decent parking and a good amount of seating.
Tried out this new coffee place in the Plano city center. I loved the old town feel walking to the coffee shop. Coffee was good. I ordered their seasonal Pecan latte. The atmosphere was good as well.
This coffee shop is a total vibe. It's an airy and cozy little spot with laid-back staff, incredible brew and delicious snacks and pastries. I am not typically the person who can just sit in a coffee shop and 'chill' (thanks ADHD), but we spent over an hour in the shop just relaxing and enjoying the ambiance. This would be a great place to grab coffee with friends or even for a first date. I had gotten the Maple & Cinnamon latte, which was perfectly balanced. It was actually my first time ever getting latte art, so it was such a sweet surprise to see when they brought my cup over to my table. My husband got a coffee with charcoal and orange peel, and wow - I had never thought to add orange to coffee before, but it was absolutely fantastic and has me craving to go back for more. Our avocado toast and nutella & fruit toast were just as amazing as our drinks. The strawberries on the toast were so fresh and sweet, and the drizzle of honey was a perfect touch. What had initially drawn me to the spot was their gothy skull mug logo (it's not a phase). I ended up loving the vibe and coffee so much at Lemma, I actually bought a shirt donning the logo. They have a few different items you can purchase should you become a new fan as well ;)
Great attention to detail on the espresso drinks. They have a Slayer machine which is awesome in itself. Lots of room to sit and a welcoming environment.
I love this coffee shop! Every sandwich I’ve tried has been amazing, and the coffee is always the best. The staffs are really friendly, and they have great seating for getting quick tasks done.
Another great coffee option in old town Plano!
I’m a fan! I ordered my usual — a vanilla oatmilk matcha latte and avocado toast. It was my first time at Lemma and they did not disappoint. The barista was gracious enough to triple check the matcha powder when I asked if it was dairy free. Much appreciated! There’s a step up in the front at the Plano location, so it isn’t very wheelchair or stroller friendly, but if you’re in the area and have time for a quick bite, the avocado toast is what dreams are made of. Seasoned perfectly and so, so good.
The baristas are super friendly and the lattes are soo good!! I ordered the Bourbon Pecan latte and it did not disappoint!!
I have been to Lemma a few times and the coffee has been consistent and quality each time. I recommend their Lemma Latte! This is a great location for remote work as there is a lot of outlets but seating is fairly limited dependent on time of day. The baristas are great and their are good food options!
Great Local set of coffee shops! This is their 3rd location in DFW (1-Carrollton and 2_Frisco). Featuring handmade syrups, locally roasted coffee, and it's a small local business! They have great coffee, good snacks, and packaged coffee and gifts for you to take home! Highly recommend!

I have been here many times, and after trying every other coffee shop in the area, I’ve decided this is the best one as far as the actual coffee goes. They make a perfect latte (especially the vanilla and the lemma latte!) and the staff is amazing. They seem genuinely happy to see their customers and seem like they enjoy working here. As far as ambience goes, it would be nice if there was a little more effort to make it cozy or interesting with some plants or some cushions, as it comes off a little sterile, but otherwise it’s a great local establishment.

All over DFW haven't found a coffee shop with this consistent level of kindness - they smile no matter the time of day or amount of people. The women who run the shop set the tone with next level hospitality. The excellent coffee is a bonus. Try the pour-over.
Delicious coffee. Tried the Lemma Latte (hot) and I enjoyed the rich full bodied taste of their espresso. Came here to read and relax, enjoyed the atmosphere, and I will be back.

Cute coffee shop! Their matcha is good but not very sweet, not for me but great for people who want flavored lattes without a lot of sweetness. Plenty of seating! Not a lot of food options and the ones they have are kind of expensive but there are plenty of other places to grab food nearby. The staff is super nice! Lemma is rarely every very busy but finding parking can be a challenge.
Got the Lemma iced latte, a flat white, hot chocolate, and the strawberry pop tart. Unfortunately, everything was very mediocre at best and honestly not good. The flat white was too sweet, even though we only asked for a splash of simple syrup. The Lemma latte had an unpleasant, unbalanced flavor. The hot chocolate was borderline atrocious, and the pastry was flat-out bad. If I’m going to put sugar in my body, I want it to actually be worth it. None of this was. Small tables too. That said, the staff was super nice and the ambience is genuinely very nice, which makes it even more disappointing that the drinks and pastries didn’t match the space. Edit in response to the owner’s reply: It was disappointing to receive a response that felt dismissive and invalidated the concerns I raised, especially since my feedback had nothing to do with aesthetics. A place can look great and still miss the mark on taste and quality control. Constructive reviews are an opportunity to listen and improve, not to label customers as a “wrong fit.”

I came in on a Sunday about 1 hour to closing. I work night shift so finding a coffee shop open on my way to work was nice. I was greeted pretty warmly by the manager at the front, but the barista that took my order couldn’t be bothered to even give me any kind of eye contact and seemed bothered I came in. I ordered the caramel apple matcha latte and I’m really disappointed. 8+ dollars for a latte that tastes like dirty dish water. Can’t say I’ll be back.
Coffee was not good AT ALL. I ordered 2 vanilla lattes and both coffee’s tasted very bitter and no vanilla taste whatsoever. I waited almost 20 minutes for two coffees and was acknowledged by one of the workers if i was waiting on anything else and i said i hadn’t received either of my coffee’s. They apologized and said that someone else had taken my order and were going to remake it. I honestly don’t know if they were just rushing since i had been waiting but for almost $20 that I paid I could have gone somewhere else and had real good tasting coffee.
Honestly, I really hate leaving negative reviews but I felt like I had to.. I’ve come into this location a few times and have been helped by the same girl. she’s kind of short, glasses, short hair... I’m not sure if she’s a manager but both times I’ve interacted with her, she’s been surprisingly rude. The first time I came in, I really didnt know anything about coffee and she was really condescending about my lack of knowledge. I kinda passed it off as her having a bad day, but second time she just seemed really dismissive and it made me feel uncomfortable. It honestly felt like she didn’t want me to be there and it made me feel uninvited. I really hate saying that because I love lemmas coffee, I go to their Frisco location pretty often and have always had great experiences there. (very lovely employees!) That’s why it was such a surprise to have this kind of energy at this location. I just dont know why they would employ these type of people? or at least just have some better customer service training. regardless I hope they do something! it wasn't a fun experience.
