Excellent people. The manager is great. Good coffee. Fast. Thanks for a great 1st experience!

Love this place!!! Their iced mocha is delicious and the cookies warmed up.... DELECTABLE!! My only complaint is the price, but I'm literally paying for someone else to make me coffee so it evens out.

This location at the corner of Custer and Parker is consistent and a pleasure! Stark contrast to the location by my home. I go out of my way to get my orders at this location. Product consistent and better quality. Always a smile and a happy face.that’s what I come here for.

They take care of customers well if a drink wasn't right. They will remake it. They give out a coupon also when something didnt turn out right.. They take care of us way better then the scooter on Alma and hedgehox . Those workers has never done what this scooter has done. So I'm now I regular here from now on. Even if I'm not supposed to go that direction to work . I would go that direction anyways . This is what i call good costumer service here ... the newer workers still need work though on the customer servicing . But hopefully this review help let them know to do a better job. . Like some people do and don't want whip cream on drink. So ask before closing lid. It happen 3 times to me already so hopefully this will help. Because I'm not trying to be mean lol I am a manager at a retail store so I know and understand what it's all about lol. And try remember a regular costumer too... most the one who has been there for a while already know who I am by my voice lol. So they know exactly what I like . But overall. This store is WAY WAY better. One of the best.......Over on Alma there is one who fake nice then soon as they hear my voice. They become so rude and not well costumer service and did nothing to replace the half cold sandwich they did. Here it is always well warmed up and I never once got sick. So this will be my scooters no matter where I'm at in this city

This drive thru is conveniently located on the northwest corner of Custer & Parker in Plano. My order was regular coffee with cream & sugar. It was promptly served hot & delicious by friendly staff. I'm glad Scooter's is in Texas now! My first experience was in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska and I enjoyed there too years ago.

Everyone has their favorite coffee place and Scooter's is one of my favorite 😍 ❤️ I recently went to get the new French Toast sandwich and it was DELICIOUS 😋! The staff is always nice and friendly and my kiddo loves the snack pack!

such fast and friendly service! there were a few cars ahead and behind me and the girl who was working did amazing seemingly all by herself. good for her…not sure how that works safety wise unfortunately.

Great coffee! They also gave my two Dobermans a “pup cup!” Soon as they said pup cup….my dogs ears perked up! They guys there were very sweet too!

Sent $17 mobile order over at 7:50 pm and it went through. I got to the DRIVE-THRU at 7:56 pm and I get to the speaker and a recorded message comes on saying they're closed. I pull to the window and see no one. About 4 minutes later a lady.ces.walking from around the corner and notices me and comes to the window. She didn't have my order but brought it up and filled it, albeit seemingly reluctantly. They really shouldn't close before closing time.

Usually our go to coffee spot and usually our go to Scooters, but today something was off. Not a good experience. The iced latte was made with skim milk because after inwas asked 3 times what I wanted I watched her use skim (ugh). The blended coffee we received came with whip, which it wasn't supposed to and it looked like no espresso was put in it. Wasted $13 today.

Went for happy hour on Fridays which is half price drinks. Somehow still got charged almost $8 for 2 drinks when the drinks I got were supposedly $5.95 and $5.75 before tax. Just took it and left because the line was long. Then the drinks were sweet caramel syrup, tasted like no coffee in the caramelicious and the smoothie tasted like a hint of strawberry with ice. Guess since it was almost half price I got what they wanted to give. No thanks! Just to follow up on owner's response. The link was not a get in contact link, it was a link for a survey, so don't know what the point of that response was. Thanks for acting like you were really concerned about my review though. Maybe I will try the shop again on Friday to see if my drinks will actually be half off and tasty!
