We’ve gotten delivery from here a few times and everything has been amazing! Tonight I got a Stromboli and it was the best Stromboli I’ve ever had. Prices are great, portions are good size. I have enough for 2 meals. Must try!

My family loves the pizza here. Crisp but chewy NYC style crust. great ingredients. Super impressed with how good it is. We are rooting for them to survive the pandemic!

I had the Hawaiian calzone and side salad. Everything was excellent and super fresh with high quality ingredients. Tiffanie at the counter was very personable, nice and made sure I had napkins, silverware and plates for my to go order. I highly recommend this local restaurant.

Best real true NYC pizza in town. I asked for half the cheese so I can see the sauce. Thin and crisp. And boom I had New York city pizza in my mouth. Like wow. There sauce is perfect. Not too sweet with a little bit. The vegetables on the supreme where fresh green peppers where the perfect size. Onions Al's perfect so the made the mushrooms melt. Oh no. folks this is how pizza is made. Thank you Armittos for bringing some of my home here.

Placed our order, the food was fresh, wasn't a lot of people there and this is the first time I tried this restaurant out but they are top notch. There was no pressure no anything and the place is extremely clean, when I went to use the bathroom that's the one thing I noticed. It was extremely clean. All the way down to the end the dinner was great. And just the kindness when we were leaving. It may be new to this town this restaurant is definitely a place to check out. We had to tortellini and it was fresh. Salads were good. In my meal was cooked to perfection. It's not very often you find a place like this. But I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere was great.

The kids chicken fingers were fried perfectly and fries were still soft yet fully cooked. The delivery driver was punctual and unlike most places he didn't seem annoyed or inconvenienced. Thank you for the delicious food!

When we called, the woman Who took our order was extremely polite, which we NEVER get from other local pizza places!! That delivery time was excellent, they said 45 minutes, food got here in 30 minutes. The taste and quality of the food was absolutely perfect! Killer pizza! Food was hot; Wings were excellent, ordered teriyaki, and they tasted like really good Chinese food. Salad was fresh and crispy, NOT soggy!! Delivery driver was extremely pleasant and very courteous. Will definitely order out again. Thank you for a refreshing experience!!

After some time, the server came with a free plate of knots because the owner had made our pizza but didn't like the way it came out so he made ANOTHER one!!!! ❤️ That right there told me this place IS OFFICIAL!!! This owner went above and beyond to make sure the food he served looked and tasted good!!! I'm beyond excited to know this owner cares about his customers!! That alone speaks highly of your restaurant! ❤️ My husband and I eat out often and it's so hard to find good customer service anywhere these days. So I want to Thank you Armittos for the delicious food, AWESOME customer service and the dedication you have to your job! You have made me a permanent customer!!!

The food was great when it finally arrived. The waitress was super but the kitchen seemed disorganized. Most of the appetizers came out after half the main dishes. Could be a good restaurant if they get their act together in the kitchen.

Very nice, very clean, and very Tech Savvy (Apple Pay & Samsung Pay) new Italian Eatery and Pizzeria. The food is what you would expect, Calzones are delicious, Pizza is wonderful, but where this place excels is service. Fantastic Delivery, and the Dining area; which is full of natural light during the day with the huge windows gives an almost bright sunny day picnic atmosphere.. Prices are on par with most other itailian eateries in the area.. I expect this place to be around for some time if their good service continues.

We decided to try because we had the oizza at a birthday party. Honestly they are not bad, actually good. Pizza should have a good balance of sauce, and cheese. This place has got it down. Greek salad is great as well. Staff is friendly and eager to please

Wings and mozz sticks were great! However I was craving real fettuccine Alfredo and was highly disappointed..got cheap noodles with store bought Alfredo sauce. For $16 I was expecting a good homemade Alfredo. Would go here again but definitely not for that!

I give it only 3 being fair (ONLY) because ive haven't tasted any food from there, and the one time I was going to order 2 pies and if they had wings that would of been my order. But unfortunately I was on hold for about 11 minutes without saying please hold on again. Maybe I would of. I do get it, places can be busy but it takes a second to say please hold a little bit more, but no. So I took myself to another pizza place, and it wasn't Domino's.

My wife and I decided for something "Italian" and stopped in for the first time here. Its a nice and spacious place but sitting in was cold enough for my wife. We made our order. Got our drinks, but no bread with butter that would usually come being in an "Italian" restaurant. But never got any. Than waited for at least 15 minutes to get our first plate which my wife ordered. Chicken strips with French fries. So the fries had next to no taste on them. No salt, no problem. We waited for the waiter and no show. He was stuck in the back for at least another 10 minutes. My wife got up and went to the counter. Stood there calling for someone to come up and get her salt and some silverware? Finally the cook/owner came out and helped to get it for us. Yet I was still waiting for my pepperoni Calzone to come. So close to 30 minutes waiting I finally got my food and the garlic knots. So this is the break down of food and taste factor. Chicken strips had no taste to it as so did the fries. The garlic knots was dry with even the garlic sauce that tasted like salt instead of garlic. My calzone was most bread and the cheese tasted like polly-o string cheese. Coke out of the fountain tasted like Pepsi. So in all, I gave Armitto's a 3 out of 5 stars. 1st star because its a nice establishement. 2nd star of how clean it is in there. 3rd star because the owner is nice. My wife only ate 2 pieces of chicken and a couple of fries. I ate one side of my calzone and I had 2 garlic knots. Place maybe a nice place to visit and try it once. But if they couldn't bring out napkins and utensils as well as the salt and pepper to at least feel welcomed, sorry but I won't come back. I give honest opinions on ratings of establishments. Good luck in this economy these days.

Ordered online this evening at 5:30, website confirmed my order and said delivery time between 630- 645. A little after 7pm I called to check on the order status and was apologized to explaining you were short on staff. I'm a reasonable person who can understand why being understaffed could present a problem time wise. My order did not arrive until 8:17! Almost 3hrs later. This is completely unacceptable. On the good side your food is very good.

I'm torn with this restaurant. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. Lately every time we order, there is something that goes wrong. I will say, their pizza and garlic knots are great! Other menu items are a hit or a miss. We ordered for my sons birthday, and they made a mistake. Well, we had to feed the kids who got the right food, and ended up feeding all but one. We were told maybe 30 minutes, but waited another hour 1/2 for them to remake and bring his food so he could eat. And even then it was barely warm and the bun was firm when it got here. This isnt the first time we've had issues either. There was one time we got microwaved food. And you can't leave any negative comments on their FB page, because they delete it. So here I am... I think from here out, unless its the occasional pizza, we will be ordering elsewhere. Which is unfortunate because I really wanted to love this place and they seem like nice people. And I love to support our local businesses. But it's a lot of money to feed everyone, and not get good food and have everyone be happy. 😕

Giving a 2 after 6 months with well a decent amount of ordering and pickups, but I will say the food is excellent the staff is great but fridays no matter what week or time I find myself ordering getting the 50min wait time. Which that is fine I understand its busy of course but when something gets mixed up their some how and I have to wait an additional hour I'm not even close to being happy. I'd like to say this has happened more then once so it's an ongoing issue. They need to work on order tracking and timelines or offer a discount for having a 2hour order but none are in place, which is very unprofessional and inconvenient. Please correct your issues or other places will get better business theirs several that are good as well and do not take 2 hours or call you back asking you what your order was after the first hour.

Truth is the Food is Fantastic, Especially the wings.......Unfortunately, the Service is some of the worst I've ever seen. No body answers the phone or your on hold forever, worse they just take the phone off the hook because they don't have enough employees to run the shop!! My wife went in to order and the phone was sitting on the counter the young lady behind the counter said they had to close because nobody wanted to work. I truly hope they get things figured out.... The sauce was savoury and not sweet as it should be but the pizza overall was so-so. The crust in the point of the slice was soggy and sloppy and toward the edge, had the classic crunch that every pizza should have. Overall i likely wont try anything else

Nope! Didn’t even get to finish ordering my pizza for a delivery. The young lady on the phone started lecturing me to review the menu before I call. I guess I was asking too many questions. It was our first time ordering from this restaurant. She told me that there was line out the door, so I responded I don’t mind ordering elsewhere and then lady hung up on me. There is no way I will give this business any money

By the Time my small pizza with extra cheese was done my poutine and sides were cold not to mention wasn't done for another 30 minutes past pick up time, pizza was leaked with grease and the guy threw half the cheese off of the pizza when moving it. I think chuck-e-cheese has better pizza

I had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon, there were only 2 other tables with people-a 2 top and 4 top. Service was extremely slow but food was good EXCEPT for the American cheese put on half of the cheese steak sub. We tried to order takeout later that day but no one would pick up the phone. Today we went there to place a take out order for 2 cheese steak subs with provolone cheese only. It took 25 minutes for 2 subs and when we got home there was American cheese on both subs. We tried to call them but again no one would answer the phone. I will not eat nor order from them again.

I'll start with I order from here almost every week. I love the wings and pasta. But after ordering 56$ in delivery and only receiving half my order I call and tell them they forgot a alfredo dinner they claim I only ordered one but on my receipt it clearly shows 2 alfredo. So after having to argue about it they said fine we will bring you another. Guess what never showed up. Never again will I order from here.

First time in Plattsburgh, NY and wanted pizza but did not want a chain pizza restaurant. Called Armittos at 5:50 p.m. and was told by the staff that they were closing soon so they were not taking any orders. Online it says they were open until 10:00 p.m. Ended up ordering pizza from somewhere else and on my way back to my hotel drove by Armittos around 6:30 p.m. They were still open with lights on. This was extremely disappointing because I genuinely wanted a pizza from there. Very unprofessional and not good customer service to tell a paying customer that you cannot make their pizza because of “closing.” I guess it was some high schooler that just didn’t want to make a pizza so they were telling people they were closing “soon.”

After waiting over an hour for our food, we were greeted with nobody answering the phone. Turns out, they closed after we made our order, and they CONFIRMED it. We ordered at 7:52, they confirmed but the order never arrived. They closed at 9:00. I am now writing this review at 9:20, and still no food. You think they care for the customer? Nah, they rather close and steal your money, and then ask questions later. Would not recommend in any capacity, and we will be fighting for a full refund.

I called and complained and the Girl was snotty with me and said the owner would be there soon and would call me. No call. Needless to say, I was not happy about loosing $20.00. I definitely won't be ordering there again.
