My order was ready when I arrived. It was well prepared and HOT. Even though the staff was busy, they were professional and friendly.

I haven't visited here in such a long time. Nice facelift. Pizzas the same great taste. The hostess was great.

Pizza Hut in Plattsburgh is one of the best places I have ever eaten I eat there four days a week and they are so kind so courteous and so attentive to my needs one of the best Pizza Huts in the entire New York state in my opinion

In Montréal we don't have the eat in Pizza Huts anymore with the red booths and hanging lamps like when we were kids so it was so nice to eat at this location in Plattsburgh! The staff was super friendly and the food was just as good as we remembered. We came in around closing time, a group of 8 people and they seated us right away and served us with a smile the whole time. Thanks again and keep up the great work gang! :)

Some of the best pie we've had in a long time !! Vegues were fresh not too much sauce and tasted delish !!! Girls at the pickup counter were super nice and all smiles.

I always bring my daughter to this Pizza Hut for her reading reward program. The food is great and the wait staff is awesome! Paige goes above and beyond to make our visit special every time. I've always loved Pizza hut!! With all the places to eat in Plattsburgh to eat this is my favorite. My boyfriend and I enjoy doing the trivia they have on their large TV's. The food is always good and the staff are nice and accommodating.

I took my dad here for his birthday because you wanted some pan pizza. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in many years because the last couple times I've went it has not been that great. I will say this time was excellent and he was very satisfied all the food that we got came out very hot and was excellent.

Got the gluten-free crust with all the veggies and jalapenos to boot... Delicious. Hot. And hostess was honest enough to warn us that there could be no guarantees that the crust was COMPLETELY allergy-free. MY fussy wife did a double- take, but told her to bring it on-- we were starved; and I am versed in resuscitation methods and can drive fast...to the hospital if need be. All's well that ends well. We will go back soon.

As always, the Hut didn't dissapoint! Service was amazing, as well as the pizza. I mean it's not gourmet pizza, but the pies we as good as we were expecting!

So I had ordered from the app and it had accidentally switched my order from delivery to pick up and about a half an hour later I called and they were more than helpful they gave me extra food plus an extra dessert just for the miscalculation and it was delivered within minutes, and Not only was the help good the food is always great I've never really had a problem with this place that I can think of so don't hesitate ordering yourself some Pizza Hut this place goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Myself and the party I was with thought. The pizza tasted different, it didn't taste like normal. But the atmosphere was great, service was awesome. Couldn't ask for better but not sure about the pizza.

Online and curbside pickup are always smooth they're always kind and respectful of the social distancing protocols. Food is always fully cooked and still hot when I pick it up. And even through their masks I can tell there is service with a smile.

The new employee that took my order made sure to confirm with a coworker to ensure the accuracy of his answers. And as always, can't go wrong with stuffed crust and butter garlic sauce!

I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money. What an absolute pleasure! I asked how I could tip her personally, but since it was door dash it wasn’t possible. I intend to tip her in person on my next visit, but in the meantime I’ll give the tip of my appreciation! Some people are meant for this business, and as a personal lifer in the industry I’d welcome Jade on my team in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Although today's visit with this family of 4 was absolutely wonderful and and our waitress exceeded our expectations by a long shot compared to our last couple visits. I do have a recurring issue with our local Hut. We are always told about the "deals" and are continually given a specific price , but then when it's time for the bill to be brought. IT'S NEVER THE SAME AMOUNT. granted I'm aware of sales tax , extra toppings etc. But if I could change anything about each visit. It'd be the fact of proper menu knowledge. 2 basic pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks exceeded $70. #Crazy

Neither the wife nor I had been to Pizza Hut in many years. We found ourselves in an extended stay at a local hotel and neither of us wanted to go out to get dinner. After looking through the local pizza joints, we finally settled on Pizza Hut. We got a local special of two medium pizzas for a reduced price. In addition, we got garlic knots. While it was great because we were so hungry, they lost a star for the rembered greasy crust. The garlic knots were delicious and we wished we had more. I would not turn down pizza from there, but it still is not my first choice of pizza.

well one thing i didnt like is my grandkids wanted 1 cheese pizza and that was that but i order 2 things cheese and i think sausage and paid 12 dollars my pizza was 3 toppings for 10.00. i think kids should have been 11 dollars.

I'm addicted to breadsticks and butter garlic sauce! My boyfriend likes the stuff crust pepperoni pizza. The traditional wings were amazing. They're expensive but that's normal. I spent 52 dollars and got 20 breadsticks, 6 butter garlicsauce, 6 wings, large stuff crust pepperoni pizza and a large Pepsi. I eat there alot lately 😋 super nice staff. I order pick up and sit down and eat a little for my lunch break then bring the rest home. I highly recommend.

I love pizza hut. There wings are phenomenal. The only thing I didn't like was I got the the medium thin crust pepperoni and onion pizza for the 1st time and it was horrible. It taste like there was no sauce and you were chewing on a piece of cardboard. I love the rest of there food but that pizza was bad!!

Corporate pizza, squeezed for every nickle, bound for every dime and gimmicked to the will of a bottom line. But the staff is nice, the place is clean but dated, feels the same way it did in the 80's. A plus for nostalgia seekers though. The white butter garlic sauce is a true diamond in the rough though quite delicious. Bread sticks are great, spaghetti is fair, prices are average. Overall, nothing to be excited about but nothing to really to admonish either. 4 stars.

The food was delicious our waitress was very pleasant, I did let her know that the beer she served me was outdated. I couldn't even finish it knowing that. I'm sorry they didn't take it off the bill that I know. But other than that everything was really good we will be back. Another thing we notice the floor should be cleaned up better it was quite messy. I understand it's hard to find help these days, it won't make us stop going there that's for sure because the food and the waitress I give five stars

General the food is what can expect fro. Fast food. This visit not so good. Wait staff and stagg nice and friendly. Clean bathroom. Pizza had no taste.

Went with a larger party with a warning. Seemed like they were not busy but were not as attentive as they could be. The food was good and the cleanness was decent. It's in a main location and always has people there.

Asked waitress to hold the sausage on my supreme but she held the beef and not the sausage. I'm allergic to the fennel seeds in the sausage.

The service was exceptional for us. The server was extremely friendly and food was relatively quick. I did feel bad for a couple that came in that left after not being served for 10 minutes though.

Food was good. But service not the greatest. We waited at the entrance for awhile which would b understandable if busy, but it wasnt. A man behind the counter said hi. But as we were waiting, the two waitresses on duty walked by without even acknowledging us. Then finally one comes over and says to follow her, (wearing shredded jean shorts and flannel shirt, and face sheild) puts silverware on table and walks away without saying a word. Then finally the other waitress comes over and acts friendly, taking our order, because I'm sure it's her tips she's thinking of. But as I said the food was good. So good job kitchen staff, not so good waitstaff.

Regular cheese pizza was not good. Very pricey place, spent close to $100 for 3 adults. Might have gone to a real restaurant and would have spent almost the same. Salad bar didn't look appealing and lack variety of vegetables.

The pizza is what you would expect but it's the customer service that's severely lacking here. I placed an order through the app and was sent several notifications that my order was accepted, being made, and was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the restaurant and was told my order was never sent in, despite me having proof of it on the app. The cashiers were less than helpful and kept telling me no, I was wrong. They even paraded other staff members and cooks through the front, each of which told me nope, my order was never received or made. (Imagine how embarrassing it is to be told you're wrong by multiple people, despite having screenshots that told you your order was ready for pick up.) Eventually, another customer intervened and explained that the computer system there doesn't work well with the app and that her order had been declined. Turns out, mine was too. (I can't help but wonder why another customer had to step in and assist me, rather than an actual team member?) I then asked the cashier if I could place an order. Instead of being told yes, I was encouraged to use the app... which I was just told did not work. The cashier then told me that I could just go somewhere else. She continued to stand in the kitchen, away from the cash register, just staring at me. Eventually, someone else came out from the kitchen and kindly took my order. Admittedly, we will not be going back. It's one thing for a restaurant's app not to work but, it's another when cashiers are rude, unkind, and treat customers as if they're being denied service. There are plenty of other pizza places in Plattsburgh. We'll be going to one of those next time.

Pizza Hut has really gone down in the years. Their food is mediocre the staff is so-so most of the time. The atmosphere hasn't changed in many years, and there's a weird smell in this place. It's not a very pleasant smell.

Service was quick and good. My breadsticks were good and the salad was so-so but the cheddar broccoli soup was SOUR.....foul. One bite was all it took, I hope I don't get sick. It's been a while and it's probably going to be even longer til I visit again.

After going here for about 40 years now, we noticed the toppings on our pizza were very scarce. The cashier mentioned it to the manager, and he flat out told us it's always been the same. I guess the manager is always right. There are always other restaurants to visit!

Yesterday January 31st I ordered a pizza and 16 boneless wings. The cheese on the pizza was burnt and there was barely to no sauce. The wings were soggy and my family did not appreciate it.

Our thin crust pizza was burnt, cinnobuns r microwaved. Def gone down hill in past few years.

Pizza hut employees and managers are so f××××××g rude I had placed a order on line n got charged so I wanted to Verify the order so see if they had gotten it and when they picked up the experience on the phone was so rude very unprofessional I never had a experience with pizza hut like this I go there atleast 2a week for my kids but now never again I well be going back p.s. I want my money back

The pizza was very dry the garlic butter tasted old the cheese was crunchy I was not very happy with my meal. I think we deserve a gift card or a really fresh pizza.

Driving up to Canada stopped at the pizza Hut as stated on my gps. They offered a two 2 topping for 12$ and extra 1$ for pan... Open the box.. No pan style and instead of beef just pepperoni.. Wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes.. For another two pizzas and possibility of someone spitting in my food. Pizza kinda bland and not what I was expecting... Anyways.. I'd skip this place and just go to Walmart for the microwave pizza next time

I live less than a mile away and waited for the delivery driver for over 30min from when they said they were on the way. And not just this time but every time. The food is so cold that it's not worth eating. The driver stands there looking for a tip after, like he did something worth a tip. Hot food=tip. Cold food=bad review. Not to mention buying 16 wings I should receive 16 wings not 14 with the sauce all over everything as if the container was dropped.

Ordered out last pm, chicken Alfredo, came with bread sticks, Alfredo came in aluminum container, no cover inside a pizza box, everything was sooo cold and tasted gross, Alfredo had no chicken! Will NOT order from this place again.

Our family usually goes out to pizza hut every couple weeks and usually everything is great including our waitress which is usually the same one. This time it was completely different including the waitress. We always order appetizers first then pizza and kids meals after. We had to send one of the kids meals back that came out with our appetizers. And then within 2 minutes of sending it back, it came back out with our pizza and other kids meal. We didn't even have time to eat one of our wings that we had for appetizers. Our table of was crammed full of food all at once which wasn't how we ordered it! The waitress said ,sorry but that's how the cooks are sending the stuff out. We were so upset we asked for to go boxes and just left. Big disappointment! Spent close to $60. on food we couldn't enjoy and ruined our family night out!

Not very good service. I called for carry out, the person answering the phone was not knowledgeable about the menu and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to figure out what was in the $20 box. Upon arrival a male staff came up to a female staff at the register and said “the new cook better not yell at me like that again” & the female replied “she yelled at me too.” This should not be said or talked about in front of customers. Second I watched 2 customers cash out before me and there were mistakes on their orders. They should have received their correct order and been compensated for the restaurant’s mistake.

After repeated bad service and low quality food I can no longer recommend this place. To Dan and Tammy, this 1 star is for you. It should be zero. Fyi, Chicken Parmesan sandwiches should have marinara sauce on them (its on the menu). Cheese breadsticks should be 100% covered in cheese (it's in the name) and not dry and burned. Some of the staff understand that. Unfortunately, the GM, Dan, and the supervisor of servers, Tammy, don't understand that.

7/31/24-HAPPENED AGAIN, how funny, we ordered 2 pepperoni pizza and received 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese! They gave us the cheese for free, but it sucked and we had to wait around 10 minutes for them to make another pepperoni. Meanwhile, the other two that we did have are getting cold. Two times in a row this place has screwed up an online order that is totally unacceptable and incompetent. Prior screw up: Ordered mobile and got honey bbq when I ordered hot wings! FYI only a six year old would order bbq wings and they’re not old enough to order! I got robbed! And a large pizza is literally 14 inches. That’s the smallest large pizza I’ve ever seen in my life for 20 + bucks. Also, the “large” pizza is the smallest large pizza ever! My hand is 9” from pinky to thumb. See the pic, this large pizza is lucky to be 14”, ask subway what happens when products aren’t to size as advertised.
