TL;DR Food: 5/5 🌮 Service: 5/5 👨🍳 What we ate: Quesa birria tacos! (see attached for photos) Includes birria tacos (with cheese!) and consome (yes - this is what you see on tik tok). Tacos el Noa Noa had DELICIOUS birria tacos! The thing my SO and I liked the most about these tacos is that they were not as greasy as other birria tacos that I've had (and this led to me not instantly falling into a food coma). Pro tip: let the birria taco soak in the consome for a couple seconds (~5 seconds) before taking a bite - this gives the taco enough time to soak up all the consome and leads to a really delicious bite 😋 We also got the french fries which were also delicious but nothing too crazy The service here is also delightful - very nice people :) Will definitely be returning!
My husband and I are from bakersfield and wanted to find a taco truck serving birria tacos and we found this one and I must say that this food is AMAZING!! The tacos are delicious and the meat was so tender..food that makes you go mmm. 👍🏼 I definitely recommend this place because we definitely will come back.
Great Mexican food at sensible prices (for Sunnyvale :) ). Got a delicious, very large California Burrito with Chorizo for ~$14 here. Timely and friendly service and they didn’t skimp on the ingredients. This is a food truck - no seating, take-out only.
I try to go here at least once a week! It’s really fast and good. The tacos are usually what I go with. There is no where to sit and eat or park for an extended period of time.
Best quesabirras that I've had. They pack them with meat and cheese. The staff always hooking us up with consome for our birria also a must have. I've tried other birra tacos but this spot still takes the win.Good TJ style hotdogs too. Worth a try if your in the area.
maybe the best mexican food i’ve had in the bay area. delicious meat, fair prices. we parked down the street and walked over. no real seating area but it’s street tacos so i’m not complaining
Surprisingly very delicious tacos! Their famous quesabirria taco ($4.50) was really juicy and election without being overly salty. Carnitas ($2.75) was also good. Generous cup of au jous dipping sauce and 2 other salsa, grilled onions and sliced radish. Contactless payment available. No eating in the parking lot where it's located though, so you have to either bring it inside the nearby sports bar or take it home. Credit card fee.
This place is BOMB 💣 They messed up my order but I still ate it and it was sooo good. I've had the burrito, the tacos and the quesabirria. It hard to trust good carne asada but the meat quality is excellent. I ate my daughter plain taco and even that was so yummy. When they cook the tortilla, it tastes like they dab it on the meat and it is infused with flavor. 🤤
Delicious quesabirria tacos!! Frankly it was our first time trying them and this place happened to show up in our search. They did not disappoint! We came here on a weekday night and there was not much of a wait. Their tacos are served with slices of radish, some sauteed onions, and generous onions and cilantro. It's the perfect combo of salt, fat, acid, and heat (as Samin Nosrat would say). Not to mention the delightful contrast in textures with the crispy tortilla, tender meat, melty queso, and of course the consomme.
Looooove their Quesabirria! I usually get 3 for $15 and it’s super worth it! Haven’t tried anything else in the menu because it’s that good!!
Best quesabirria in the area! We come here at least once a week for it! So juicy and crunchy!!
Wow. I just had one of the best tortas ever from here. The ingredients were delicious and perfectly rationed. They were generous with the avocado slices. And the torta was very large and heavy, Too large for me to finish. The salsas were delicious as well. The service was good. I suppose the only downside is that you can’t eat there or in your car. There’s actually a sign that asks people not to eat in their car. You can eat inside the bar if you’re over 21 but the bar was very loud, so I opted to take my food home.
Ok wow wow wow! The best food experiences are the most random ones. This quesibirria will stay in your memory for a long time. Between a litre of jamaica and three tacos for $18 you’ll find a whole lot of amazingness on a plate.
Ordered al pastor taco. Meat was cooked just right, and onions were soft and sweet. Great portion size.
I got the quesabirria and carnitas taco and both were delicious. The beans and rice were good. The taco truck area was really clean and it was comfortable bc they had chairs and umbrellas available while you wait. will definitely be back for the tacos!! So delicious.
Tacos El Noa Noa in Sunnyvale is a hidden gem serving up delicious street tacos. Here's what impressed me: Fresh & Fast: There's a small parking lot, but be aware – the signs say it's for takeout only, encouraging you to free up spots for others. There aren't any tables on-site, but they do have chairs outside the truck for waiting. Taco Time: They offer a variety of quesadillas, burritos, tacos, and tortas. I opted for the carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor tacos. They were packaged perfectly for takeout, arriving home warm and secure. Flavorful Fixings: Each taco came with a game-changer: caramelized onions! Lemon, radish, and a side of their red and green hot sauces rounded out the package. Delicious on Its Own: Honestly, I didn't even need the hot sauce. Every taco was fantastic – generous portions of tender, juicy meat with perfectly balanced flavors. This is a top contender for the Bay area's street taco scene. Highly recommend!
Extremely juicy quesabirria at $4.50 each. No notes otherwise. They don’t have seating onsite so you can only take it to go.
quick and easy service. To-go only. Prices are kinda missing from the front menu. Paying in cash is better, you save .50c per taco. I ordered a tripa taco and 2 quesabirria tacos with a grapefruit jarritos. the quesabirra was pretty good. cheesy, and the tortilla had a good slight crisp to them. the tripa was pretty good. I thought the portion of meat would be more but it wasn't bad for the price. their orange sauce is deliciously spicy and their green sauce is a good mild sauce.
Fabulous tacos and burritos. The birria tacos with grilled onions were best local birria I've tasted and the carnitas was very tasty as well. Consumme had a depth of beef, spices, and flavor. Birria burrito was also loaded with meat and a serious meal on its own. Orange and green salsas were really good. Quick service, quality product, with a friendly team makes this a local spot you should definitely check out.
Never had quesabirria when I was in CDMX. Tho the birria itself is close to the birria I had in Mexico City. I recommend getting their quesabirria. The other tacos are okay. Food: Excellent Service: Good Ambiance: NA
The quesabirrias are absolutely delicious. It has become my go-to place in the South Bay, if I am craving quesabirrias. I only wish that they would give out more salsas. They give you the same amount whether you order 2 or 5 quesabirrias.
Nice tacos, I really like their torta, they add avocado to it and it's really nice with spicy sauce. This one is slightly expensive than other taco trucks. This one is still very authentic Mexican and one of the best Mexican food trucks on the south fair oaks av in Sunnyvale. There is parking by the truck. This one is open till late on Fri and Sat.
One of the best quesabirria tacos i have eaten in the bay area with a nice n slightly crispy taco and the meat is cooked so rich, quesadias are huge, great veggie tacos and burritos for vegetarians. The vegetables they use are freshly cut. So glad to have Noa Noa in the neighborhood
Located in the parking lot of Bert’s Stadium, Tacos el Noa Noa is a taco truck with an adjacent shade tent over a bunch of plastic chairs. There are no tables though. I tried their signature Quesabirria tacos which were $4 each. It’s tender beef and cheese in a semi-hard corn shell. It comes with a dipping sauce, as well as the usual red and greed sauces. Squeezed a bit of lemon and dipped it in the sauce and OMG, this thing is juicy delicious! Insane! Just a slight crunchiness from the shell and a totally tasty melt-in-your-mouth perfectly spiced bite inside. The dipping sauce was so good I just drank what was left after the meal! The green sauce was also excellent as a dip. The radish slices were great to cleanse the palate between tacos. Highly recommended, especially if you are tired of the typical taco truck and want to try something new like this Quesabirria.
They definitely earn the line that’s waiting to pick up their awesome food! I was having difficulty deciding but the gentleman who helped me explained the offerings for me. The food itself was super tasty and you can tell, heartily and thoughtfully prepared! The horchata was quite refreshing, especially after a long bike ride! I like how the consommé added flavor without much oil/grease. Very pleased with my first visit!

This might not be the best quesobirria we have had but it is very good regardless. Not at all greasy like some competitors. Very clean preparation and good flavor. Their service is fast and attentive. Since this is a good truck in a gas station parking lot, it’s hard to overlook the atmosphere. There are a few seats for eating or waiting but you would be best taking your food to-go
The quesabirria tacos here are life-changing. The flavors are complex and nuanced without being heavy or greasy. We also got to try their chile verde (special item) which was amazing as well.
I drive by here all the time and I always see a huge line and today I happen to catch them when they had a very short wait time. Impulsively I decided to stop and wait and I’m so happy I did. The food was great.. five stars out of five stars. I am impressed.

Enjoyed the chicken taco the most. Regular birria meat was too dry for my liking. Hoping it was a fluke, will try the quesabirria another day. The parking lot was packed, don't go during a rush if not finding parking makes you feel frustrated.
This is legit the cleanest looking takeout of birria tacos I've ever had, no oil seeping onto the plate and dripping over the side into the aluminum, tissues were clean, and they clearly let the tacos drip dry before serving it That being said, great birria tacos, fresh lemons (cool to touch, not like it's been sitting next to a griddle for 3 hours), awesome melted cheese and meat. Only downside is the cup the broth comes in is a bit small for my taste. Chicken quesadilla was also bomb, I finished up my sister's 2 hours after we got it, tasted great even without microwaving. Also, no long term parking, just for ordering and pick up. You gotta go into the parking lot across the street to eat it if you're driving in
Been this spot a few times. I usually get the birria tacos. Those are prolly the best tacos they got on the menu. This time stopped for lunch. Did their special for 3 tacos, rice and beans, and a soda. ~$15 is a deal. Choose carne asada, carnitas, and adobada. All standard with cilantro and onions. Nothing over the top but you can’t beat the price and the amount of food they give you. Should also note they ask you to take food to go if you’re not originally parking there for the bar.

We've only eater their food a couple times and its been good but today we ordered 3 tacos and 1 burritos with carbitas and they were unedible. The carnitas were chopped into small squares and hard as a rock. We'll give them another try another day and see if it changes.
Great food. Horrible prices !! This was my go to taco truck. They have great food but lately they make up prices as they go along. I've taken my family of 4 to eat here before, without breaking the bank. On June 10th just us girls went and for 3 regular tacos and a super nacho the price was $27. I think it's time to begin the search for new taco truck.
I wish I could give 3.5, but 4 feels like too much, so here we are. Had a chicken burrito. It was okay, but lacking in the chicken portion side of the equation. Not coming back.
After getting my teeth cleaned today I decided to get my choppers a bite to eat. I was craving a Quesabirria. After searching my Yelp app I stumbled across tacos el Noa-Noa food truck. The run down: #1.Kind of hard to get to due to construction going on all over the place, I parked across the street and took my chances J walking. #2. It’s located in a dingy parking lot. #3. Windows on the truck are filthy. #4. Lots of oil used to cook the corn Birria shell. #5. Comes with a green sauce, red sauce, and Birria au jus. The au jus was pretty much flavor less, the green sauce was tangy (like it was spoiled) the red sauce had a little heat and was very smoky. #6. The highlight of the Quesabirria was the sautéed onions on the side. As for the Quesabirria I found the meat lacking in flavor, lots of cheese and very oily. Bottom line I can not recommend

Cold overpriced tacos, asked for extra spice sauce for 4 tacos and they guy said “it’s gon be extra”. Just a bread with a bunch of ingredients without any authenticity. Would not recommend, better eat at chipotle
Food was somehow fantastically bland and tasteless. We ordered an Asada plate, 6 tacos and a burrito, all failed to deliver. Consommé was just sour. Other Mexican places are leagues ahead of them.
