Sorry the photo was a little late, but the food was so good that we couldn't wait. Service was excellent, from a kind, friendly, engaging staff. Everything came out quick. Beers on tap were great too. Had a Hoppy Magee from Danville Brewing which was excellent. Perfection in a glass. Overall a wonderful visit to Slow Hand. Well worth a visit if you like BBQ and craft beer.

I usually get the brisket sandwich which is fantastic. This time we tried the burger and the brisket Philly. Both are incredibly delicious! Also, SO happy the sweet potato tots are back. Mac&cheese is yum too! Great people, chill atmosphere, tasty beer selection. Highly recommend.

Solid BBQ place. Brisket was super tender and perfectly smoked. Great sauces and I even liked the sides even though I'm not a "sides" kind of guy.

BIG DADDY BEEF RIBS! I have traveled to more than 25 countries and this is definitely one of the best fall-off-the-bone ribs I've ever tasted!!!!! Been there for four straight weekends, coz it's only available on Sunday. TRY IT AND YOU'LL FALL OFF YOUR SEATS. 😁😁😁

Started with Pimento and Cheese dip, pairs really well with a dark ale or lager because the cheese is so heavy. The corn bread toast wedges are a good contrast to the texture of the dip. I had their Brisket and Tri Tip and they were moist and tender, done perfectly. I also tried their BBQ beans and Cole slaw. I can really taste a hint of Burbon in the beans. I like this place better than Kinders and Dickies BBQ.

Fantastic brisket and pork ribs! I’ve been trying out local BBQ spots around Concord and Walnut Creek, but Slow Hand BBQ in Pleasant Hill really blows the competition away. The meat is smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket melts in your mouth, and the ribs have the perfect balance of seasoning and juiciness. The casual vibe and friendly service make it even better. A must-try spot if you’re craving real BBQ in the Bay Area!

A new discovery that always wanted to visit and do not regret to a single bit of it. Service, food quality, prices, design and spirit. You, guys, did great. Thanks. Open space, variety of bbq food selection, juicy St.Louis stile ribs, smokey chicken, unlimited soft drinks and - Pliny the Elder! Cool and pleasant service offering a clean tables in the right time. Should I say more then just, well, I'll be back to enjoy.

Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However the food was not up to standard. Baby back ribs were dry and over cooked and to salty. Beans and potatoe salad is probably one of the worst I have had.

Beef brisket disappointingly dry and tough. And yes I ordered the "juicy" brisket. I can only imagine what the lean brisket was like. I don't think I'll be eating here again. I had better results at Dickeys BBQ while it was around.

I ordered catering for our office holiday party, and the experience was very disappointing. The order arrived over an hour late, which disrupted our event, and the food was cold when it finally arrived. There was no accountability taken for the delay and no compensation offered despite the inconvenience and poor quality of the food upon arrival. This was not the level of service I expected, especially for a large, pre-planned order.

Ordered from Uber eats my food got here in less than 10 minutes so that was good. The food is horrible and disgusting, brisket was HARD & tough, my grandpa cooks way better than this and we’re from the south. Ribs were flavorless. The baked potato was decent. Maybe I got them on a bad day because the reviews are good. Idk super disappointed :/
