This Place is the Best Bill Millers I have ever been too. The staff does a remarkable job of making you feel at home and welcomed. The food quality is amazing, great flavor and good portions. The restaurant itself is very clean and has plenty of room to sit. The AC works so those hot Texas days are very bearable here. If you have tried Bill Millers elsewhere and were turned off, give this one a try, you'll be amazed. I was.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. We had a small wait in line but that is to be expected somewhere that serves good food. I had the rodeo plate with the brisket sausage and pork spare ribs all of which were delicious. potato salad was also very good!

The offer a variety of food...from breakfast tacos, fies chicken to brisket. Sauce is not the best in my opinion and they want to smother everything with it. Hold the sauce.

Bbq is ok. I actually prefer their fried chicken. Grab some pickles and onions from the cold bar too

I like the fast service going through the drive through. Food is good for the price. Only issue i have is i order unsweetened tea and sometimes they give me sweet tea by mistake. I know this is Texas and everyone loves sweet tea b ut i am prediabetic and am limited on my sugar intake. They are not the only restaurant that this happens. Last week it happened at 3 different places so i understand they try to get orders out fast.

Its been a while since I came here, the reason I stopped coming was, last time I got a family chicken tenders order and they were very small, I tought it was because of the pandemic thing. So, this time I got me the three piece tender meal, expecting them to be at least like the size of the GChick pieces. Really disapointed again, too small, they looked like a wing size !... Will need to try another item in the menu. Service was excellent.

Today I dined in, and it happened. This Bill Miller's CONSISTENTLY, leaves cheese out of my taco. I know it's a small thing, but when I stop for breakfast on my way to work, its ALWAYS the potato and egg. At .50, this Bill Miller has stolen about 10$ from me in cheese withholding alone. I don't have time to turn around and fix it, I work in San Antonio. Infuriating problem. The tea sometimes tastes like chemicals first thing in the morning. Every other complaint I have is stereotypical across Bill Miller's company. This would be 1 star, but I really like Reuben and Sylvia and Rosy.

My family visits our local bill millers very regularly. The quality of the food has become disappointing. Today I ordered chicken strips and got more of a nugget that was hollow. It was take out so I didn’t notice until I got home. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten dried up or even a strip with lots of breading and just a slither of chicken. I’m disappointed that a worker wouldn’t take a few seconds to make sure the customer is getting good quality food.

They forgot the sausage on my rancher plate, and all the brisket pieces were pure fat.

Not BBQ... There's more fried chicken on the menu than meats, and the meat plate comes drowning in tomato water. I've never been to a "BBQ " place that didn't even have the smell of smoke before now. The brisket lacked flavor and had the texture of boiled meat. The sides weren't any better, and had the hallmarks of mass production with no passion or care. I did enjoy the slice of pecan pie, though.

Put my online order in at 6:30 or so in the morning, Knowing they didn't open till 7:30 I decided to show up at 7:45. Still made me wait it didn't have my order ready but apparently everyone going through the drive-thru was able to get their order and then when I asked about getting a little tub of pico for all the tacos that I ordered they said they would have to charge me even though it was free on the salad bar. Don't know what's going on here but I know if I ordered it individually I would get it for free. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the tacos were very skimpy. Might need to find a new place to get tacos.

The bbq sauce tastes like straight up tomato soup, if this is what yall like in south texas I feel so bad for yall! The service is amazing but the food is lacking. Chicken was very dry and had to be saved by dumping in that god awful sauce.

We have had so many bad experiences with the drive thru. They never get the order right, ever. When you order breakfast tacos don’t they assume that you would like hot sauce! No they always forget to put it in unless you ask for it 3-4 times. And, you order things and they charge you for it and it doesn’t end up in the bag. We always have to call and complain but it doesn’t do a bit of good. Done eating here at this location.

Against the pope

I ordered breakfast this morning and 1 of my hot sauce cups looked odd. How do I make sense out of this...🤔 Bus boy recycles hot sauce at manager's requests... or its the kitchen crew. Neither is acceptable... DISGUSTING 🤮. Who ate from these cups? Do they gave STDs, COVID, ROTTON TEETH??? This is nasty.

I went by Monday, August 31st at 3:34. I ordered white chicken breast with two sides and a sausage and rib plate with three sides. The ticket on the bag is correct. But what we got was ALL wrong. Both plates were like this. Brisket and sausage. Even the sides were wrong. They should be double checking. I wonder if people before and after were wrong too.
