The burrito bowl is good, but sometimes they run out of ingredients like fajita veggies, which is a disappointment because we really enjoy those in our bowl. If they're going to have a shortage, they should prepare the items in advance rather than after they've finished serving. Additionally, the portion size of the chicken can be small; it often depends on who is preparing the bowl.

Very rushed. Employees do not listen to simple instructions..restaurant very dirty ..burrito had a good flavor but all my meat was on one side and rice and toppings on the other ..

Honestly I think some places ran by teens is okay but this one is not. They always have an attitude in the front, roll their eyes, or ignore you. The girls at the Togo area are eating as they prep, and the guys in the back aren’t the worst, friendly and welcoming but they are just slow and sloppy with the work, getting pork into the chicken, some people couldn’t eat it now. The tables are dirty, drinks always empty, flys and nats, just wondering when a manager who’s over 21 will set in and clean it up.

The last and finally time me and my husband ordered from here I found a leaf 🍃 in ny Chipotle bowl. It was through doordash and I submitted a picture with the leaf 🤢🤢🤮🤮through doordash but we didn't even receive a refund. If your going to eat here eat at your own risk because that was disgusting finding a leaf from outside in my bowl and we haven't been back since/never will. These people do not care how the food is handled at this establishment. Downright disgusting🤮🤮🤢🤢

😮‍💨 Server [[[[Abigail]]]] probably wasn't feeling like she didn't wanna be there at all that day. Took ””like a”” scoop of beans and rice in to my Chicken Bowl and I asked for enough to at least reach the middle part of the bowl when its ***flattened***(I wouldn't and didn't tell her to flatten it out) out but she was rushing through and didn't like how I asked if she could at least put enough to reach the middle of the bowl flat, and she charged me extra💲3.20 for telling her to put at least enough instead of trying rushing a person out. She acts as if she's getting commotion and promotion to manager ☝️🤓📏for such ((one)) cheap sly skimpy scoundrel move she made being a skimp managment police🚨 . Instead of making my bowl 🥣 with my sides on the side and not on the bowl like the {{{sour cream🥛-(that wont do well stored for later and will go☣️ bad 🤢when I don't have access to a fridge🧊 till I come off from work or far from home or busy) and avocado🥑-(that turns brown 🟤quick and I surely dont want it sitting on my food yet I know its separate cost, im explaining why a person wouldn't want there stuff that is not on the side if they had a choice without extra bs😤) all 3 (WET💦) sauces🫕 and a ton of water💦 juice in the corn🌽 scoop-(if kept in for a while in the food then it'll ruin 🥲🤮the food sitting in the stuff and I can't have it all |||soggy 🗑️and wet 💦& can't reheat ♨️ the uncooked vegetables🥬🍅 to taste right and can't control how⚖️ much you want on it and risking putting too much sauce 🌶️🥵or water💦 in the food from how wet the corn🌽 and green🟢 sauce is|||| and that [Abigail👁️👄👁️💅] one doing extra that I didn't want with my service charged me 💲3.20 😑 MORE cuz I asked for my stuff to be on the Side and Not In the Bowl. I scanned my🧾 free entree point rewards and showed it to her and scanned it she even saw it on the computer and then said “you can tap it now” and charged me the whole false order even the stuff I told her to leave OFF💀 then I had to get a refund🙄 just to be there messing my order/day/time/& service up. Told her I can't afford half of the food I ordered and she took them off and the vinaigrettes and I had to tell her 2 Vinaigrettes come with the order 🤦, had to teller to give them back. Hope the person changes jobs someday soon.

I found a metal 1/2 washer in my food!! 😡 Thank God the washer wasn’t in my toddler's food because if he would’ve swallowed it he could have died!!! 🤬 I called the location 3 different times and couldn’t get an employee on the phone. I luckily didn’t break a tooth on it but, the thought of my kid eating it and what could’ve happened makes me belligerent!!

All of the employees had a poor attitude, I understand being busy but that’s truly no excuse for the poor customer service we received. For 27 dollars we got a bowl with rice that didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl and a burrito that was smashed together.

First time visitor. Last time visitor! Choices were very confusing. Not explained well. Young servers were more interested in flirting with each other and being on their phones. Had no idea what I was actually ordering or what the price was. $17.21 later I got something that was not very appetizing. Queso tasted 'processed'. Buritto was made into what I would call a 'clump'. Like a softball shaped wad. I asked for half n half. Chicken on one end, beef on the other. The 2 were just piled in the middle. Little extras offered, no care in how it was compiled. No concern to what you actually wanted. Move along sir, you are bothering us. Please don't go here. You will be disappointed, as I was. As I said, I had high hopes. I had never been. I will never, ever return. I hope the young lady running the register and the guy at the end of the line, have a happy life together. That's just not what i went there to support. I should have went to Fuzzy's or Taco Bell!

Ordered on the app and ordered double chicken and double rice they put half a scoop of chicken and half a scoop of rice and payed almost 20$ tried to get a refund on the app and never got it

Asked for double chicken for a mobile order. Get my order and when I open it it’s literally all the scraps and barely a single serving. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this with mobile orders . Ghetto. It’s Port Arthur.
