The brisket biscuit that is only available on Tuesday was delicious! Definitely recommend a huge cinnamon roll to go with that!

Best donuts in town! The food tastes fresh and homemade and actually doesn't taste like grease. You can taste the flavors of the pastries and breakfast items like the burritos! The variety is amazing too of different choices they have. Once you've had Davis's Donuts, you won't go anywhere else. The atmosphere is so cozy, you will want to stay awhile.

I have no words that Express how amazing the eclair donut holes taste! Their biscuit was homemade, fresh, and filled with tasty goodness as well as the waffle breakfast sandwich. Ready to go back and get some good treats again!

I’ve been going around trying all the Donut shops in the area, and just wow! You know how to make some good breakfast! Got a bacon wrap, Zummo‘s kolache (which was absolutely banging) and a mini boudin kolache All of it was worth it, if you are in the area give them a try Thanks for a good meal!

Best donuts and kolaches in town! The workers are friendly and helpful. The donuts were enjoyably soft. They have so many kolaches, including ones with jalapeno. The dining room is huge and has several tables where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch. They accept credit card payments. There's ample parking in front. This is located on FM 365 and is very near El Viejo Tony's.

The breaded part of the Kolaches make it really good! Same goes for the donuts. It’s as if there isn’t much enriched flour used and more of a “from scratch” taste! I get the ham/cheese kolache bites and the regular size sausage cheese kolache. Also, can’t go wrong with normal glazed donuts!!

Great food and amazing service. First time visiting and the only complaint I have is I ordered way too much. Crawfish kolaches were fantastic and the belgian waffle sandwich was delicious. Definitely going back for more.

After my favorite childhood “donut shop” went out of business, I have tried almost every donut shop in south east Texas, looking for the same, old fashioned, freshly made kolache/donut experience. As soon as I walked into Daviss Donut, I knew it was a higher quality “donut shop”; with clean facilities, friendly staff, and an orderly kitchen, my senses were tingling with expectation. BUT, I was still questioning if it possessed the authentic taste that I had searched for ........ I ordered an assortment of their favorites and suggestions, and embarked on the true test. I WAS AMAZED!!!!!!! The kolache bread was perfect with a minuscule amount of flour residue still coating the freshly made bread. The balance of the thickness of the bread and meat and cheese was engineered with purpose. The crawfish and Boudain kolache needs a special achievement trophy all by itself! In closing.... we won’t just be back..... WE WILL BE BACK TOMORROW! Best donut shop in South East Texas!

However, I recently ordered a breakfast burrito that had the word “bacon” written directly on the wrapper with a Sharpie, and the ink had seeped through onto the tortilla itself. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat it for safety reasons. I recommend using stickers or another form of labeling instead of writing directly on the paper, as the ink can transfer to the food. I really enjoy this place, but I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

The donuts were very good however their customer service skills need some work. The lady at the counter had an attitude and it was not until the end after I paid that she thanked me and told me to have a good day. Working in customer service all my life they really need to have training or hire people with customer service skills. Overall Good donuts tho! 🍩

I travel back to Nederland to visit my family periodically, and one time I greatly enjoyed the crawfish kolaches. Unfortunately this place seems to only be open for business on a whim or fancy of the operators. The last few times I have tried to visit, they have been closed. Ten o'clock on a Saturday morning should be an ideal time to sell donuts, but alas again I have been denied. I will not be making an attempt to visit again in the future.

I went to daviss donuts to ask if they would make me a sandwich with no bread since I am on a KETO Diet. They refused to make me a po' boy which I love without bread. I. This area has so many doughnuts places, the thing that stands out from the others is customer service. It was a simple request. Me and my money are headed to Icy Doughnuts in Groves.

The new owner customer services, prices the food quality has gone down. He needs to sell it and move around before he loses all buiness. It's better donut shops if you drive to them. This place has failed since new management
