I went in to place a to go order, after working until 3am. I noticed a note on the door, asking all customers for patience, due to being understaffed. I was greeted by Joe, with a big smile. Joe asked if I was placing a Togo order, as I was. So I decided to to inquire about the note on the door, and I asked was he the only person working. He replied, yes, he was. I told him, it’s okay, I can leave. I didn’t want to be a burden. He said NO… NO… NO… I’m fine. That’s why he put the note on the door. He took my order… Cooked my food… made sure I had all my condiments… and answered the phone… ALL this was done without a frown! Without frustration! His energy was NOT off, one bit. I wanna say, he even had customers in the dining room. Employees like him, DO NOT get the credit due and sometimes neither the pay. I don’t know if this review will go far, but I hope it gets to someone who can give Joe his flowers and a raise, he’s well deserving of it. I go here a few times a week. Their rewards program has helped me out during hard times. Sometimes the orders are missing small things like the butter or more than one syrup (I usually order short or full stack 3 to 5 pancakes). I feel like 2 syrup for short stack and 4 for full stack to be not dry and absorb the syrup and not be overly mushy. About the same for butter (every other pancake). I rated 4 out of 5 on service because sometimes I have a long wait for to go orders. Today I had no wait there. Which was amazing. That cashier is always on point. Occasionally they do offer a coffee for the wait. Which is appreciated. Atmosphere 4 out of 5 because I feel like they should use the garden beds for scenery like pretty flowers or statues. And maybe decor that would give someone reason to start a conversation about it. Give them something to look at while eating. I normally don't eat in, I sit under the tree in the back parking lot. They never mess the food order up which is better than 90% of food places which is awesome. The food is always good, they've only not cooked my pancakes right once out of like 20+ times. My pancakes were flat because the pancake iron was hot . They taught me something new. I didn't know that is why they weren't fluffy. There were workers there who were bullying me as a homeless customer if I say my bag down outside although they seen me coming in to eat a few times a week . I feel safer ordering food from there now because I don't think they work there anymore. The rest of the employees have treated me with the same respect as any other customer which is appreciated and honesty it's just basic humanity or common courtesy. I appreciate y'all and your rewards program because it has kept me from starving or just being hungry in general. You're appreciated.

A year ago I had an awful experience at this location. I spoke with the manager Christina and she assured me she would correct, fix, and make up for all that happen. Well she offer me to come again and I refuse until today I decided to pay a visit. Well let me tell you how proud I am of her and her crew she currently has. When I walked in the restaurant didn't smell moldy as it once did, not missing ceiling tiles, no bucket to catch the water falling from the ceiling, no waitress walking around with every color in there heads. I was greeted with a 😃 smile, talked to so sweet and nice. My waitress Trinity, my god so humble and kind sat me at my table and ask what I would like to drink. Moments later she came back took my order had a short conversation with me and then proceeded to put that order in. While waiting I spoke with Christina and complimented her on the restaurant and she also had on some very nice smelling perfume that I had to know what kind so I can go find me some. Nevertheless my food came out on a timely manner, it's presentation was beautiful, and hot. Trinity came and check on me occasionally and then gave me my ticket. I complimented her on a job well done. In a year she made a major change for the good I see myself coming back in the future and enjoying my breakfast!

The food was great, I ordered the strawberry French toast and it was delicious. The waitress that was serving us was the sweetest to me and my family. Overall it was pretty good.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. The pancakes were cold. They only had 2 cooks in the back, so I understand, but it was a mess!! Also the fire alarm went off when an elderly lady decided she was going to leave through the wrong exit. Guess she tried to dine and dash! Other than all that, I had good friends and family with me so for the most part it was enjoyable

Worst service ever. 4 wait staff that I see so far but not coming to check if we would have like anything else or let us know about our food. 30 mins & nothing. Please train your staff how to make a paying customer at ease while waiting for their meals.

Just now left from eating with my family. Monday afternoon, June 4th, from 2:40pm to 4:15pm. Server was a nice guy, a bit unprofessional, but it's ihop so I don't really mind. However, the place was filthy, trash all over the floor, some kind of liquid pooled up under several tables with visible footprints going through them. They weren't super busy, there were only 2 other people eating there. We ordered 4 things, and it took over an hour to get the food out to us. Server didn't get us silverware for a little while after we got the food. The Cheese steak meat was burnt, but the onions were raw. The meat in the omelet was like rubber, completely inedible. The appetizer sampler was okay and the banana Foster pancakes were okay too, only had like 3 slices of banana though. Everything was cold, which suggests that the food had been done for a while. This begs the question of why it took over an hour for the food to get out to us if it's been done for a while. My wife now has mild food poisoning with diarrhea, we're hoping it doesn't get any worse. Took my 2 kids to the bathroom and it stank so bad of ammonia. Look at the urinal and it's full of urine that has been there for so long, it's separated and started turning brown. With how bad it was, I highly doubt this was a one off situation. Don't go here, it's sickeningly bad and unsanitary. Whoever is in charge here needs to do their job and fire people or just make sure they're doing their jobs.

Worst service ever. I wouldn't come back even if they serve for free. I got my order 20 minutes after and not only that, apart from the fact that was late I missed my avocado and the runner waitress brought it after 15 minutes when of course I had finished and not only that Just take a look of the avocado!! But I got even more, the manager or whatsoever, the one in charge of the service came to table to apologize cause my husband was missing his tres leches pancakes too. And when we asked her politely to take it back even they charge them, she got angry!! God. Worst worst worst.

This has been the third time in a row that my to go order is not correct It would be really nice that they fix this ongoing issue, pretty often they do not pack your pancakes toppings, this time they missed the 3 Leches add ons I really like the food in here and the staff is kind, just double check your to go order before leaving the place

Had breakfast with my daughter and grandkids Sunday August 31, 2025. I spent over $60 and gave a $20 tip. I sat there patiently waiting on my food . I also wanted to swap out applesauce on the kids plate to mozzarella stick that I was charged $10 for. Still I didn't complain. After I paid and left I realized I left my wallet. Went back to see if someone turned it in or can they look at the camera to see what happened. I spoke with my server from that day and she went get the manager. I asked the manager about cameras and was told the system was down. I asked when was the system down? I was told @10am. Coincidentally the same time I was there. Im not happy. I eat there often but never again. I know gor a fact I left my wallet there but I guess someone needed it more then me. And it's not about the money that wssin it's about my pictures of my deceased family members my ID I'm over it .Will get back with my police report

No air conditioning??? No Ice Tea. Who runs out of tea?! If I were the manager would have got $50.00 go to Walmart (same parking lot???!!!) buy and make tea. Take care of your customers. Place was not busy we were seated in a timely manner. Waited awhile for server to come she said food would take 30 to 40 min. We placed our order and said we’ll drink our coffee while we waited. About 10 minutes later she said she would start a fresh pot of coffee for us. (Really?) had to ask for creamers when she showed up with 2 cups. We were a party of 3. Finally got served to find a hair in my food. She said she would comp my meal and make me another one. Got the check and food was not taken off. Ask for manager who was unconcerned and said she made another one so she didn’t take it off. Not what we were told. Manager was VERY RUDE. She took the food off the table that I asked to put in a to go box since we were there so long and I just wanted to leave. Incompetent staff and management. The place was dirty with silverware on the dingy floor. Will never go back. Manager needs customer service training.
