I like starbucks included the taste and staff attitude instead of other coffee shop. I tried other coffee shop in Glendale mall, or others with similar price or even higher price but they didn’t recap my order always, then gave me the wrong one.

This is my local Starbucks and I’ve noticed that no matter how busy it is, no matter how rude customers may be, the employees at this location are kind and professional. I can’t imagine how patient they must be.

Stopped by today to see some friends. People working at this Starbucks were super nice. They were very professional, kind and accommodating. It was really refreshing! I noticed that everybody was very hard-working. I got four drinks, and they were prepared accurately and in no time. Both the lady working at the cash register, and the gentleman who made the drinks were extremely polite and welcoming. Thank you folks very much! I really appreciate it.

Nice location however I must have ordered a good 4/5 times via mobile and every single time my order is incorrect. I don’t know if it’s supply issues and they are trying to cut down on ingredients used, or the staff is not properly trained but I always have to ask them to fix my drink. They’re also super busy so maybe that’s why.

My order was wrong. Got a medium and got a small, and they used milk instead of the coconut and I suffer from Ibs….so want a refund. I would’ve stayed but I dropped by in between my client appointment. /:

Employees closed 30 minutes early before posted hours. I think it’s very unlikely that Starbucks corporate would approve of that

The girls working here have bad attitudes

I was very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks today (on Central Ave in Glendale). I usually come here often, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming — but today was a completely different experience. ⠀ The cashier, a girl wearing a cap and glasses, with curly hair in pigtails (her name tag was smudged — it looked like “Nadja” or “Naija”, but it was hard to read), was extremely unfriendly. She didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, and asked confusing questions. I asked for one chocolate croissant, but for some reason she rang up two. ⠀ Then she just walked away without saying anything, leaving me standing at the register. When she came back, she pressed a button with a stone-cold expression, handed me the croissant with a visibly annoyed look, and walked off without saying thank you or goodbye. ⠀ It was a very uncomfortable experience. I didn’t expect this kind of attitude at my favorite café. I hope management will pay attention to the quality of customer service — because for me, it’s not just about the food, it’s also about human interaction.

No plug at this store. You can not sit and charge your phone. There is no electricity for customers. They said we don't want customers to sit a long time.

Well its my birthday today and i was eager for my free coffee. Only to be done with it in 3 sips because it was filled to the brim with ice. Idk why they would serve this - it was legit 3 sips of coffee. If they were out of the syrup or milk why not just tell me instead of compensating with A LOT of ice. This photo doesnt even do justice to the amount of ice they put in this cup. This cup was comically filled with ice. I’ve had other Starbucks locations make this exact drink for me and I sometimes cant finish it because of the equitable ice to coffee ratio. But damn they really gave me the sip equivalent of getting to the center of a tootsie pop thats crazy. Anyway happy bday to me i guess. I get a cup of ice.

The shift was completely incompetent this evening, March 7th, at 9:30 PM. Two tall guys in the kitchen and one girl behind the register. The order had been prepared for a long time and was waiting for someone to bag it (one glass of a drink). Neither worker did so. I asked the girl behind the register for help. She went and checked, said the order was ready but needed bagging, and then went back behind the register. These two guys had no intention of bagging the order; judging by their "busyness," they didn't even ask the people waiting what they were waiting for or if they needed help. They were just tasting the ingredients and weren't entirely sure whether it was the right ingredient for the cocktail or not. In the end, I had to bag the order myself, since none of the other workers on that shift were up to it or were too busy with something else for a long time.
