I have quite possibly the worst chipotle in Johnson. City ny where I live but I love a big fat burrito. On my way to adk I stopped here and took a a chance and got great service tonight. Thanks.
I travel for work, I’m in a different city/state every 4 weeks and chipotle is always my everyday go to after the gym. This location has by far been the best so far. The team there right now is all hard working and great with customer service. Thanks guys. I loved every bowl I got each week!
Friendly staff and quick service. Tables were not clean but on request it was cleaned immediately. Due to online orders in outlet order gets delayed. No complain about taste of food and portion size. Paper Napkins and spoons not refilled may be due to its night time. Plenty of parking space for cars. Overall Satisfied with service.
Went to eat here passing through town an hour after they opened. Friendly & quick staff but the tables were very dirty and the guacamole was brown. Ordered it not realizing what I thought was refried beans was actually the guacamole. I couldn't get myself to eat it. If anything, the guacamole should be made fresh, not used from day(s) prior.
The food is good here. However the tables are typically not clean. The cashier stepped away after charging my debit card without giving me a receipt. So I waited and asked for a copy. Then I realized it wasn’t mine and she forgot cups for the soda fountain. Went back for cups and the correct receipt. She tells me my receipt is in the garbage and asked if I still want it. I said yes and she reprinted it. How about “I’m sorry. I’ll reprint it.” Instead of risking making the customer upset. Then she didn’t tell us there’s no ice at the fountain. The soda is room temp and I didn’t have the energy to bother with her again. I’ve worked in customer service in the past, but admittedly not in a fast restaurant. Is it really this hard?
Food is good here. Lettuce & other veggies were fresh. People are nice. But every single table was dirty and disgusting. Food debris on every single table, every time we come. Bird poop on tables outside. Floors are dirty & disgusting. Bathrooms are beyond unsanitary. This place is really gross. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. And there are plenty of staff here to clean up. No garbage or recycling containers in the outdoor dining area. Whoever owns or managers this place should be ashamed. Get your people to keep this place clean. Yuck.
The staff were friendly and food was fine but this is the second time I visited this particular location and each time the tables and utensil/soda machine areas were filthy. Although there were no others sitting in the restaurant and it was not busy at the counter, it was impossible to find a clean table. The manager on duty should make sure someone is responsible for cleanliness.
Yesterday was my first time ever eating Chipotle, and what a disappointment it was. Among a few other things items for my husband, I ordered a burrito bowl w/white rice, lettuce, half chicken and half steak. While the chicken was tasty, the rice was hard and crunchy in some spots and the steak was as tough and dry as a leather boot from the Wild West. I also ordered 2 sides of red chimichuri. I only recieved one, and it was half full. It wasn't even enough to for my burrito bowl, let alone my chips. Speaking of the chips, we ordered 2 small bags and almost left without them. My husband looked in the bag before he left and didnt see them. He told the employee, and thier response was, "they're in the bag." They were not. We did end up getting them though after speaking up. My husband likes Chipotle and he ordered for himself the day before, didnt check inside the bag, and they forgot the chips. So yesterday was the second time in a row. I feel like this food has the potential of being really good, but my experience was just terrible. I do have to say though, the red chimichuri is absolutely delicious. I just wish I hadn't recieved less than half of what I ordered. I hope that bringing attention to this might help improve this location. I also tried to submit this through the "contact us" form on their website, and I just kept getting errors.
Terrible. Out of almost everything, including Steak, Guac, Beans, etc. Worker was rude about it too. No ice, no lemonade, and TERRIBLE portion sizes. You would think they would be some what lenient considering they are missing half the ingredients. Just sad really. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Totally gone downhill! Portion sizes have been going down but this is now just utterly ridiculous! We will NEVER go back. We ordered and picked up. There was like maybe a tablespoon of meat and the rest was veggies and barely any of that either. Totally ripped off. They are cheating their customers! So we are done being cheated. Good luck surviving in this economy when you do that to customers!
I've been to several Chipotle and the food has always been just fine. I don't know what the deal is with the Queensbury / Glens Falls location but I've ordered from there twice now and it's substandard and half as good compared to every other location I've been to. Barely any meat in very wet tacos slopped into a delivery box with no care whatsoever. No other Chipotle I've been to has ever been like this. It's the worst, skip it. I won't be ordering from here again.
Not a great experience. Food was solid, but the staff was indifferent - rude (and my bar is pretty low). Tables/floor were dirty and covered with old food, etc. Garbages were overflowing. Hopefully, it was just an off (VERY off) night...
The portions were tiny! We ordered two burrito bowls with double protein and you would think we had ordered half portions. My kids genuinely gasped when they saw their order, and asked what the hell is this. We live in manhattan and order chipotle regularly. Awhile ago I read a news article how different chipotle stores served different portions. Seriously shocked. Even my burrito was half the size of other stores. Do NOT order from this location unless you want to be ripped off.
Got here at 7:45pm. There is a line to the door with one person making burritos and bowls. This place is very busy and very unders-taffed. Employees were arguing while helping customers. It's 3 hours before closing and there is barely any food left !!
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle location for over a year, and I’ve finally had enough. Every time I order a veggie bowl, which doesn’t even include meat, they consistently skimp on the ingredients. I have to ask for more just to get a normal portion, and even then, I’m often met with resistance or given barely any extra. What’s worse is that when I politely ask for more, I’ve been met with eye rolls or clear attitude from staff. It’s uncomfortable and honestly rude. There’s one specific employee who does this almost every time, and it makes the experience really unpleasant. I shouldn’t feel hesitant to ask for a fair portion, especially as a paying customer. It’s disappointing that after a whole year, this issue hasn’t improved. I really hope management sees this and takes it seriously.
I ordered food from here and gave them a generous tip, when I got my food it messed up and about half the regular portion. I went in to get it fixed and the manager told me she’ll remake it but wouldn’t do it ever again. She didn’t apologize for the fact that the food was less and even argued it wasn’t, then remade my bowl and gave me barbacoa instead of al pastor to be spiteful. I’ll never ever be going back to chipotle, i’ll go to moes every single time now. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.
