I eat here quite often, and the subs are always delicious. This location is usually INCREDIBLY busy with both in store customers and online orders, and you can see the workers here busting their asses to make sure that everyone is waited on and that all the orders get out in a relatively timely fashion. I have been here a few times when people in line and also delivery drivers (DoorDash etc) have been extremely rude and impatient with the employees, a few even heckling them, because of wait times. What we need to realize is that these kids are trying their hardest to accommodate everyone, and that they can’t control how busy they are going to be! Patience is a virtue and manners get you further than snarkiness!
Great food and excellent customer service! I had no idea that Jersey Mike's had a kids meal until the employees told me they did. When they asked my son what kind of cheese he wanted, he said Pepperoni, and they did it for him. This place was awesome and I would absolutely recommend this location for sure.
No wait everyone was very friendly. Richie is great always a pleasure seeing him. The one thing that some customers need to understand is that door dash and app orders need to be completed as well just because that customer is not there in person their order needs to be done as well. Sitting with my grandson we heard a customer complain about waiting.. she waited maybe a total of 1 minute. On any customer complaint I believe it is the customer not the staff that’s the problem
They are consistent with the quality. I've personally only had good subs from this spot and the other locations nearby. Whoever was on grill tonight did an outstanding job. Can't go wrong going here.
Stopped to get subs and had an amazing experience. Subs are made fresh right in front of you and the deli meat was sliced right when I ordered the sub. My hubby loves the Jersey Shore Favorite with ham, cappacolo, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes with oil and vinegar. He ordered a giant sub. I got the ham sub. Both were delicious and the bread was very fresh and subs were excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Guys making subs were professional, clean, and happy to be there !! I also got a fresh chocolate chip cookie and it was great. Highly recommend ! ( Thursday night was when I went and the staff was great).
Almost $20 for a sub come on now this isn't New York City
The food is always absolutely delicious every time I come here. No complaints on that end. The only thing that is frustrating is the service. I don't know if they need more help or if they need to come up with a better system but whenever they are slightly busy, they are slower than molasses.
Went there today, an hour ago.. walked into the store, no customers at all in the place, there was a guy behind the counter, I greeted him with a "hey there how are ya".. I get from him, "do you know what you want..".. Im like what the hell... ( ive been in the resteraunt buisness for 30 plus years) and i will say i have never greeted a customer like that.. Anyway, I proceed to order.. 1 giant turkey, and 1 giant philly cheese steak..Two younger girls pop out from out back, talking among themselves, the girl fixing my sub, cant be bothered to say hi what can i get for you on this... Nope i get a what do u want on this.. like im bothering her.. The other girl is fixing my philly cheese, order is done she hands me my order,i said thank you, have a good night.. she walks away.. Does anyone care about there job anymore?? There is no more work ethics in anyone! Very sad... Anyway, i get home with our subs.. I will say this was the worst philly cheese steak ive ever had! there..was nothing on it.. (the meat and veggies) and the bread was dry... My husband took his turkey sub out and the his roll was hard as a rock on the ends..I just wanted to apologize to the staff at the queensbury store, i most certainly didn't mean to bother you all by ordering 2 subs..A little constructive criticism here....what would happen if someone that has never been there before got treated like that? That's never ordered, and had no idea how things work there.. I gaurentee you they would not be back.. people that have a bad experience at a place tell more people about it then people that had a good. Brush up some people skills, it goes a long way to be nice to people..
On the DoorDash app you can not make your own sandwich or customize what meats are on the sandwich. I hate ham and tried to call the store 5 times. I order the Italian with no ham. Subway allows you to switch out meats on DoorDash and leave notes. And subway answers the phone when you call. This should be addressed with DoorDash and Uber Eats. Furthermore I was a sandwich artist in the past and I know it could get busy and miss a phone call but 5x? Unacceptable.
I've been here more than a few times now. My dad likes this spot but yesterday I went with my Mom (her first experience at JMs). The heavier set dude with ponytail was pretty aggressive with just trying to get us through the line when she was obviously confused about how the menu and ordering worked. There was 2 people behind us in line, all the dude had to do was take 10 second and answer a question instead of having me do it but I could tell he was having it so I just helped her and she got a hot sub as did I. We waited for our subs and were expecting to be able to get some dressing and Salt/Pepper on our subs but the dude rudely told us to move to the other side after we paid and she had tipped, which I was floored about given how little help the guy was. We get our subs and weren't given the opportunity to have any other vegetables like pickles our dressing and or Salt/Pepper then every single table is dirty. Last time I came in to this place they were serving brown lettuce to people and laughing about it. I work in the industry, you can't expect people to pay 14 bucks for a sub with brown lettuce and sit and dirty tables. Don't think I'll be coming back to this place. Sucks because I live locally and usually do like the brand.
Staff is not competent to read simple instructions. Every time I order DoorDash, they screw up my order good thing you're only making a sandwich and not a brain surgeon
I usually don’t leave reviews but this was genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced. They ignored us when we were waiting to order, the one girl was finishing up a sub but the other two were just standing around. The person who took our original order was very disrespectful making comments about us with another coworker after we ordered. Following this he forgot one of the subs we ordered. My girlfriend notified them she had a severe dairy allergy, they even repeated it, then didn’t bother to clean the slicer after slicing cheese on it. The blonde woman who put on the toppings and checked us out was very aggressive and dismissive. When we were trying to choose our toppings, she also rolled her eyes each time we responded. she didn’t change gloves in between sandwiches either, which normally would be okay but she touched ingredients my girlfriend was allergic to then touched my girlfriends toppings and sandwich. She was made aware of the allergy. Very disappointing considering the prices of a sandwich here
Waited in line respectfully and then when it was my turn, the lady upfront (the manager) working was so rude, unprofessional I normally like jersey mikes not in this location. Not my fault you have to go orders and a big line. I wasn’t being rude and got attitude from the beginning. I will never go back to this location!
I am a door dash driver, I wanted to say I very politely started my experience here off by holding the door open for three customers walking inside to the restaurant, I than approached the counter, where I was met by a VERY RUDE and Disrespectful cashier who may have been a manager. They Demanded I show my phone to be able to pick up my customers orders. Which I complied with but when asked why the hostility I was told that. Orders have been going to the wrong houses and that it is dashers fault. I was told this as she started yelling at me and shoved my phone back into my chest and hands. Please note They have to read the first and last names to get the order and so do the Staff at jersery mikes. It is a fault on both ends. I think they need to be a bit more polite especially for the people they work with.

Place is just alright, worker kind of mean. Specially to pick up people. Not recommended. Even subway is better.
I actually love their subs. They are amazing but you should never order online. It will say ready in 20 minutes but in reality, it takes close to 45-60 minutes. I’ve ordered online 7 or 8 times now and I refuse to go anymore. I will show up late to pick up and they usually have not even started my order. So now it’s rushed and a few times they got my order wrong. I’ve seen staff argue with customers twice now. I couldn’t tell you who was right or who was wrong because I didn’t pay attention. But it was enough aggravation on both sides to make people snap. Instead of ordering online, you could wait on the line but that takes forever too. And their dining room is always messy. I’m not blaming staff. I’m sure they’re overworked and underpaid. Whoever is setting up online ordering is at fault. Whether it’s the individual franchisee owner or corporate, they don’t set a limit to online ordering. A hundred people could order in a ten minute span and they’ll take your money gladly. It’s a shame because I love the sandwiches here but I refuse to spend another dime
My boyfriend ordered two subs last night thru online and brought home to eat one of subs had way too much red vinegar on the sub so I’m not happy about that so thought I’d post this . My boyfriend did bring it back today because had no time to go back so went today instead .
Please change your gloves when working with food and taking money. You make a sandwich, cash someone out then go back to making food without changing gloves! It's gross, not everyone wants to eat dirty money.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for a business before, but the staff at the queensbury location are extremely rude. They ignore you when you walk in, are condescending, and have an attitude. Maybe the manager or franchise owner should spend a little time there to see exactly they what kind of business they’re operating.
Completely RUDE Staff!! Will never go back to this location again ! The kid that made my subs was the rudest person I have ever had wait on me anywhere ! I asked his name and he wouldn’t tell me . The girl that rang me out was rude as well , all I have for a meme on the receipt is Cody. Whoever the manager of this queensbury location is the should gave a staff meeting to let his staff learn how to treat a paying customer . Unless of course they don’t care either . I’ll never be back !!
I picked up my wife's order. And the kid with long blonde hair picked up my bag and threw it on the counter. Never looking at me, never saying a word. He turned around and continued talking to the kid on the grill. Got home and my wife was missing the $3 bacon she added and the side of pickles. Paying $20 for the sub and subpar service is crazy!!!!
Worse service ever . You try to order a sandwich that's custom and they argue with you. Funny thing is the sandwich i was trying to order was a there own virtual sandwich.. This being these second time I have had bad service I won't be back .
