Pho 62 Grill & Noodle

Place is great! Comfortable seating as well as prompt service. Both taking your order and bringing it out to your table. Nice hostess and very pleasant. Food is on point and have not been dissappointed yet. I found it worthwhile to give them a shout out since they deserve it! Strongly recommend this place!

Whenever I come here I know 2 things. #1- I will get fast, friendly service. #2- the food always hits the spot. I usually get in, get my food and get on my way within 30 mins. The broth of the pho is so delicious. Everything is filling and worth the money.

Possibly my favorite Vietnamese restaurant of all time! We've been here 3 times and have only good things to say. Their rice and noodle dishes are amazing, and so is their taro smoothie. Oddly, we haven't been in the mood for pho when we visit - but seeing as everything else is delicious, I'm sure it's great too. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive, and the wait is never long. They're open until 10pm, which has been helpful when we've had to take a late dinner.

Absolutely one of our favorite pho restaurants and recommend for anyone looking for an amazing Vietnamese restaurant! The service is great and as fast as possible if not as busy, welcoming staff and delicious food. I always get the wonton pho with rice noodles, spring roll and egg rolls are delicious too.

Very good restaurant overall. My wife is Vietnamese we Vietnamese food pretty much on and every other day basis. This restaurant all the staff are Vietnamese so you can talk to them and Vietnamese. They also speak English fluently. Whenever my wife's dad visits from Vietnam we bring him here. Whenever we have a guest over we bring them here. The food is excellent and at a good price.

About 11 years ago, I had my first taste of homemade Pho w grilled chicken, cooked my a Pacific Islander. It was so awesome, that I crave it often. In Pensacola, where I live, the best restaurant Pho I've had was made at Pho Real on Davis Hwy. Here in California, the Pho at Pho 62, is so good, it reminds me of the homemade Pho that my girlfriend made all those years ago!

Not the greatest PHO I had, but the best in Rialto. I must admit I been hooked with their food at this location...BUT! there has been like 2 times where the broth wasn't flavorful and lacked ingredients. It was WATERFUL. So! PHO 62... work on making every customers bowls 100% Thanks.

The food was great tasting and plentiful for the price. Only complaints is that I was never offered a refill(assuming they do this restaurant style) and saw a child walk into the kitchen area. Clearly a sanitation issue. I hope this doesn't happen again on my next visit or I will do see to action as this shouldn't be allowed in any dining setting. Overall was an okay experience. May go again at some point.

First time I came here was 5 stars........the second time was very different.......I came to pick up my order that I ordered over the phone........an asian women approched me and didnt say anything........I figured she didnt soeak much english but how hard is it to say hi........I assumed she was there to serve me so I said hi.......she still did not say anything.........I told her I wanted to pick up my phone order and I wanted to order additional rice and a soda........ she walked away and didnt come back.......I was really thirsty and no one was up front for a long time so I grabbed a soda out of the frig and it was warm....... a younger girl finally gave me my order and I left

The Good and The Bad, "The GOOD" the food was delicious👍 I truly enjoyed everything we ate. The host was kind and attentive, and the place looks clean and spacious. "The BAD" 😔 "Red flag" The moment I sat at our table I was smacked by the smell of stinky dirty wash cloth 😖 its one of my pet peeves "I hate it, "Bacteria" I would have gave it a 4 🌟 if it wasn't for that. Please use clean bleached rags to clean your surfaces.

I only gave it a three star rating because there was an ANT floating in my soup!!! I love Vietnamese cuisine and was craving pho, so I was looking forward to it!! Unfortunately the insect really threw my craving astray!! I ate my boyfriend's noodles and it was really tasteful, but don't think I'll have Vietnamese for a while!!!

Went on their grand opening. When we were inquiring about the "free drink promo" the server said that the soda machine was down (it tasted funny). I asked her if I could order tea instead, she agreed. While we were eating a cook came out from the back and filled his cup with coke.........so were they lying to not give out so many free sodas???. Our food arrived promptly and was pretty tasty. When we got our bill they charged us for the tea (which is still cheaper than the soda). When we asked for the clarification about the drink she just said that the soda is the only thing that's free. That was pretty frustrating.

I think they using flavoring paste on their broth. They need to use ox tail to make the soup more flavor as it should be. Soup don't have any taste of original beef. Flat just like water. Would not eat there since it's not the same flavor as the soup place by waterman ave. and mill street. Thumbs down

Food was good other then me choking with a small metal thing, I was super scared couldn't believe this was happing I mean I had my child with me could been worse. Gladly my son didnt end up with my plate! And yes I still had to pay for one plate. All I asked was for them to be careful next time. Wont be going back that's for sure !

I went with my mom to try it for the first time. I was shocked to see how nice it looked inside and there was one more person in there and as soon as we walked in there was this man just standing there idk if he is the manager or what but it was weird just walking in and see someone just standing. When we sat down of course he came running to us giving us the menus and we looked around and then ordered our drinks first and then ordered our food we got the first pho in rice noodles in reg size both of them and he kept asking large right? And I kept saying no regular and then orders a side order of rice and he said just rice and I said yes .. Like idk if there's like a language barrier or trying to make me buy what he wants me to buy .And then a couple came in and sat behind us and they ordered there food after us and our order was ready and the waitress gave them our order and I heard them talking to that man that was just standing when my mom and I walked in .The man was telling him that it wasn't what they ordered and he said that he didn't touch it or anything and the man literally took the bowls and brought it straight to us without saying what happened and I asked him about it and he said to me they didn't touch it or ate there's nothing wrong. And I told my mom let's go bc I was like we can't get a new order bc obviously it went to the wrong table and they had it at their table for 5 min and I just walked out.

Ordered the spicy bowl and it was near inedible. I requested normal noodles and they still gave me the wrong thick type. Huge chunks of bone and near impossible to eat any of the minimal meat from it. Spent a few minutes trying to separate it myself while splashing hot soup all over, not proper. The other chunks of meat were too thick and tough also. I told them I couldn't eat it and they still charged me full price! Way to much hassle for improperly prepared ingredients. The regular pho broth is dark and has a huge anise type kick. Definitely better pho out there.

This used to my go to date night place with my boyfriend. Went there tonight and as I was prepping my food i looked down into my pho, and noticed there was a dead cockroach. I called it to the attention of the manager, who then grabbed the roach and rubbed it between her fingers as a way to confirm it was a roach. I wanted to take a picture as proof but I believe she purposely rubbed the proof so that I couldn't take a picture. Never going back again!

My biggest pet peeve is stingy stores that don’t include extra sauce when requested. I got 1 sauce packet of hoisen for my pho when I requested in big letters 10 packets. I would be greatful even for 5 but I only got 1. Pho is ok. Taste basic.

I don't like the curry chicken. It tastes artificial, the chicken is rubbery, slimmy and it's a strange color, kind of green. Not real chicken. But the worse thing about Pho 62 is their awful customer service. They never greet you or welcome you. They take a look at you and say, "TO GO? If they even notice or care you're standing there. Everytime I've gone I stand there with other hungry customers like a fool, while the staff take phone orders first & talk with each other. Never acknowledge that we are standing there. The last time I visited, I heard a lot of arguing in the kitchen between the waitress and an old woman and noticed that another waiting customer was completely ignored and he left. This place does NOT appreciate their customers. I found a better place. Not worth the wait or expensive plates.

disappointed went in yesterday been there more than 5 times really good place but unfortunately is been two times already that I found a piece of hair on my plate I let a worker know and he asked me if I wanted another plate of food I told him no because I get grossed out what if another hair gets on the other plate he got mad and told me this is the second time you do this if you don't get the food their not going to believe you and this and that (like if it was my fault a piece of hair was on my plate) he was just looking at me dirty I had my debit card on the table rude old guy took it with out me telling him and charges me just the drinks another worker brought my card leaves it on the table and walks away the guy came back and was mad treating me like if ive but the hair on my plate I told him that I love that places and that I've been coming here a lot of times ...they even know my fam because they also go there often I told him to check the cameras and he just kicked me out ! I loved that place won't go there ever again though not because supposedly I put that hair on my plate but because he was being so rude and kicked me out!!!!

Flavor was off. Pho tasted like perfume. Service was quick but was asked if I was hungry as I got my plate I was then told I should have gotten a bigger size 🍜 and she wasn't playing. Looked peeved I got small pho with sandwich.

Worst Pho and Phad Thai I had in my life after visiting 150 countries. Disgusting, the bones instead meat, very low quality of chicken. Not recomended unless you are ready to eat “rabbish”. Good is only tap water
