Best Pei Wei in the dfw area. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Plus they always give me the best recommendations on entrees when I don’t know what to eat. 10/5 stars!

Tried the General Tso’s Spicy Tofu at Pei Wei crispy tofu with a nice kick and good flavor balance. Portion was satisfying and the fortune cookie was a fun little touch to end the meal. Solid option if you want something spicy and vegetarian-friendly.

The absolute best stop for delicious food at any moment of the day. I work at a law firm around the corner and this is my go to spot for lunch because everything is top notch. The cleanliness is a 10/10, the manager is the most lovely efficient woman I’ve met . I am a repetitive customer for a reason , this spot is the most amazing out of all the pei Wei franchise I’ve visited. Teriyaki chicken and the firecracker are insanely good. The dumplings and crab Rangoon’s are my absolute favorite. I felt compelled to leave this review because it is honestly just a wonderful experience everytime I go and I would love for why one to know ! Thank you Richardson Pei Wei Manager and staff!

Just want to say a good word about the manager Nieves at the 1425 E. Renner Road #610, Richardson TX location. We originally wanted to order the Shrimp Protein Rice Bowl. But it’s no longer available on the menu. So the cashier just told us that she only knew about the PeiWei sweet chili sauce shrimp bowl. After we took the food home, it tasted way too sweet that it gave my wife a headache. So I went back to the restaurant and asked the cashier how they could make it that sweet for the customers. She then asked the manager (Nieves) what to do. The manager was so understanding that she exchanged it for us for something (Mongolian Steak) that’s much more acceptable to my wife’s health. Before Nieves the manager did this wonderful service, my wife and I were talking about may be it’s time not to order from PeiWei again because their foods are just too sweet to our taste. But after Nieves made a recommendation of another dish to take care of us, that changed our view about PeiWei. The dish recommended by Nieves actually was very good to our taste and health. So I think Nieves had just saved the reputation of PeiWei in us. Thank you Nieves!

Pei Wei used to be a staple when I was in high school for going to lunch, but they had changed the menu and lost focus. This was my first time back in over 5 years and it was very good. The firecracker chicken and fried rice was very fresh and the service was very quick. I am excited to go back and continue trying the rest of the menu.

Quick, clean, efficient and friendly! The food was very delicious and fresh, especially the Bourbon Chicken. The size of the spring roll was underwhelming considering the price. Romaine would have been a better choice for the lettuce wrap and the way they cut the iceberg wedge makes it a little awkward to eat but otherwise the food was very good. Service would have been better if while cleaning tables the chairs weren't shoved around loudly, the chairs are heavy and make a loud noise on the floor, they should train staff to lift instead of scraping the floor with the chair. But otherwise, this place is worth your time and money. Not complaining, just painting a complete picture of an enjoyable dinner.

Good food at a good price. Be forewarned: if you order the sushi it takes a WHILE to get. Like 15-20 minutes. The test of my party had already finished by the time I received my mail. Four star knock off because I'd have simply changed my order if I'd know "just a bit longer" was 15 minutes.

Clean restaurant, but that is basically where the positive ends. Walked in and was greeted by a worker who was cleaning some table, but when she was done she left me waiting at the register for a couple of minutes while she tried to get some online orders ready for customers not even present. Paid the up charge for lo mein only to get overcooked spaghetti with no flavor as you can see in the picture. For $20 I expect a lot better than this.

Service might not always be the best , but the food always hits I don’t recommend DoorDash better go pick it up yourself to verify correct order , their cooks definitely keep it consistent without missing a beat , been here different times of the day and food always comes out the same. Good job

A solid 3. The meat portions could be bigger. The rice is good, the crab wontons are excellent. Need more natural drink options. The standard soda with sweet or unsweetened tea is basic. Add different types of teas and sales will go up. nobody wants fresh fancy asian food with avg drink options that can be found at Wally world. Do better in that department. This place definitely leaves me wanting more. Its avg. I would go with other options instead.

Places order for chicken fried rice and got something different. They add some sauce, taste luke ginger. Gross! Never going back again. How hard is it to make a chicken fried rice. Plus the lady that took the order had an attitude. She forgot to give me my cups and if I hadn't asked for them u wo wouldn't gotten them.

Ordered food at 8:45 and they apparently close at 9. But the website said pick up at 9:14 and the workers didn’t want to let me in even though my food was on the counter. Your site shouldn’t let people order that late if you close at 9…

Very disappointed. I’ve had plain lo mein before & it can be very flavorful (not from this location) .. this meal was gross & I didn’t even finish my food… My husband ordered chicken & broccoli with rice. The rice was hard, chicken had NO flavor & the broccoli was ALRIGHT. Would not order from here again.
