A bit of a hidden gem for me as someone from California. A friend introduced this place to me, and I was quickly impressed. $8 after tax for 2 bone in chicken pieces, 1 side, and a tortilla or dinner roll. Service was extremely quick. Dine in had metal utensils! And the chicken was surprisingly good, considering it is a fast food place. Juicy, tender, skin is crispy and flavorful. And the sides are impressive. Fried sweet plantains, beans, and yuca fries were all delicious. You have grilled vs fried for chicken options. If you don't have health constraints, go for the fried every time. I liked the fried so much more that I had to include a photo of it even though it was blurry. And if you fill out the survey on the receipt you can turn it in the same visit for 2 extra free pieces of chicken so.. 👀. Overall a steal, budget friendly, would def come again

If you're looking for some BOMB fried chicken, look no further!! This place is soooo delicious and reheats really good for leftovers too. It's the only place I go to now. It's so juicy and packed with flavor. You've got to try it!

The crunchiest chicken you’ll ever have! The sides are great, too. We had the corn salad, plantains, and rice. Their French fries aren’t the best…not crispy enough, so we drive across the street for McDonald’s fries. 🍟

I enjoyed the food for the most part, but one side of the chicken was definitely undercooked as I can tell as I bit into it. The prices are very reasonable in terms of what you get, but I probably won’t return because of the lackluster experience due to the hype of this place.

I’m not sure why none of their locations seem to have chicken breast available. (Especially this one) Almost every time I go there to eat, I’m told they are out of it. While the chicken itself is good, the service tends to be hit or miss. Consistency matters—not just in the food, but also in the customer experience. Selling good chicken is important, but providing reliable service and having key menu items available should be a priority as well.

Second time at this location, first time was great. Chicken has good seasoning and service was helpful. This second time the manager Ana on duty seemed short and charged me more for the meal that’s priced at $7.85. I got charged $10.01 which doesn’t add up. When I asked the employee he first said it was taxes. Also doesn’t add up. Then when I told him yes my taxes were $.86 he said oh yeah our prices went up because chicken is more now. Well then don’t have prices and then charge people more without telling them first or better yet, change the prices on the menu. If they do that all day makes you wonder how much more money they are skimming from each customer. Deceptive business practices makes for non return sales. Hopefully this review helps anyone not trying to get scammed by their low prices.

I do not recommend this place. They didn't want to sell me 4 breasts until the legs ran out, they didn't want to sell me.

We love pollo campero, the locations in Guatemala are a staple but the ones here in the states are horrible. We arrived for dinner and straight off the bat the entire restaurant was dirty. From the lobby to the restrooms. The cashier's seem unhappy and really unwilling give you adequate help. The good thing is there is a self service kiosk. There was blood drips by one of the restrooms near the toilet handle. Definitely not safe for kids to enter.

Place was a mess! Ownership and management should take a field trip to a Chick-fil-A to see how the front end of the store and bathrooms should be maintained. I got pretty sick after eating their 4 piece special in their store.
