I visited Bahama Buck’s last night, and the experience was absolutely amazing! We ordered smoothies and a mangonada, and both were delicious and refreshing. The ambience was great, and the staff was polite, well-trained, and very courteous. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend this place!

We finally had the chance to try Bahama Buck's shaved ice, and even in December, it was a hit! The flavors are fantastic, and the texture is so smooth and refreshing. It’s definitely a fun treat that can be enjoyed year-round. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making it a great experience all around. I’m so excited for them and will be back to support this new business. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for something unique and delicious!

Thank you to the Staff members here for understanding and having A1 customer service ! Very helpful, patient, drinks were perfect 🥰 if you haven't tried them, you have to try their snow! Amazing! Soft and fluffy tasteful and doesn't melt right away in the texas heat, although it will be very messy eventually, so grab the napkins lots so worth it

I think the flavors are amazing and the amount you get is well worth the price. My issue is that the moment I walked in, my feet were sticking to the ground. The was just an ick factor. The toys were dirty, the floor was dirty and the tables were dirty. I just didn’t want to touch anything. But again, the prices and flavors were great, but I think I’ll just use the drive through if I go back in the future.

Visit was not great! The electronic only paying only system made for a frustrating transaction and took too long!! Bowl seemed to be small not the large, but taste was good, more solid frozen than at other locations.

I added a picture of what a real mangonada should look like. That’s is not what’s sold here. I should’ve known better from the moment I saw it was located in Richmond, Texas. Definitely not a mangonada, very disappointed. If they would’ve named it “mango flavor” or something then it’s valid but the name mangonada is 100% out of its league. Another red flag was that the place next-door was packed and this one was empty. That’s my fault for still walking in.

So I decided to go to this location about 20 minutes before closing. Usually it's not a big deal. I was only ordering one small cone so I figured it would be okay. I work a lot and I usually don't get off till well after everything's closed. So it was nice to get off early and have a nice dinner with my wife and then we decided to get a little sweet treat before heading home. I arrived at this location at 11:35 when it closed at 12:00 and I pulled up to the drive-thru and there was no response. So I went out around front to use the front door to go inside and there was two employees by looks of it. Two teenage girls that were ducking beneath the counter. Looking at the drive-thru window to see if I was still there. They were bobbing up and down until they saw me at the front door at which point they both screamed and laughed and ran to the back. The front door was locked but still they saw me screamed and ran. They then proceeded to peek out the window that separates the front of the store from the back of the store. Four times before I decided to just call it quits. I then went around back to the drive-thru and was like. Hey I just want one thing You guys don't close for 15 minutes Is that okay? At which point they responded with no it's not okay and we closed for the night and we'll all have to ask my coworker and all this other stuff and it's like okay. If you don't want to work then why I have a job. If you don't want to be open late then why stay open late. This was insanely unprofessional and I've actually never experienced something like that to that degree. I understand going to a restaurant or something before closing isn't exactly the best thing, but when it's just a snow cone or a scoop of ice cream I'm at a loss. I will be back to speak to the manager or owner but until then good Lord. If you go here you may as well not go anywhere near to when they close. Probably 1 or 2 hours because good luck. And as a recommendation, if your employees don't want to work, don't stay open late

I'm not one to usually complain, but my experience here was pretty rough. The service was so slow. What made it worse was seeing only two people working while there were easily 10-15 customers waiting. I ordered a simple sno and it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it wasn't even what I expected. The manager seriously needs to do better with staffing. Definitely not worth the wait. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry or expect quality.
