OMW! My hubby & I ordered a turtle sundae & a chocolate brownie sundae. The custard sundaes were YUMMYLICIOUS!!! Way better than other ice-cream places around town. 10+ 🌟 Highly recommend. Some young gentlemen there said the food is also delicious. 👍🏻👌🏻

Their vent system was not working right the it was warm/hot . Food was great service was also.

I usually love Freddy's. Today the grilled cheese was excellent as always! The fries though, barely warm and rasted like day old McDonald's French fries. Yuk. I'll update if it gets better next time

Though, the female manager that was on duty left a sour taste in my mouth. She was rude to my husband and made it seem like he was lying about not receiving some of our sons food. A bit unprofessional how she talked to her employees in front of customers as well.

I only had a malt at this location so I don't know how the food is here overall. The malt could have been A LOT maltier. Really didn't have much of a malt taste. The size compared to cost makes it very unlikely I'll be getting another malt here any time soon. Service was great, store is clean, and I like the atmosphere. Too bad Freddy's food isn't really worth the price.

I hope there are some changes made with the managers, employees, and most of all the food.

The food was good but a bit too greesy for my pallet... however the restraunt wasn't the cleanest... but worse was the women's restroom.. it was FILTHY, and it wasn't the kind just from a busy day...

This place gets one star and I’ll tell you why. Walking in the place seems decent, it took me a moment to look over the menu; the prices were on the higher side so I decided to dine in to get the most bank for my buck. Initially, I was going to grab some sweet tea but there were flies and it was slightly uncovered at the top so I settled for a fountain drink. I waited about 10 minutes in total for my order. My burger had the wrong sauce on it so I had to wait an additional few minutes to get my order made proper. The music in the diner is barely audible therefore I was left to the entertainment of the kitchen which was filled with colorful gossip and conversation about other staff, staff was comfortable enough to casually joke about supposed felons working there. Another customer and I exchanged looks, surprising to hear for the both of us I guess. How they cleared their background checks is beyond me. Not sure they realize that you can pretty much hear everything that’s going on in there otherwise I’d assume conversation and language would be more regulated. Customer service was okay. As for my meal, my burger wasn’t horrible and my fries came out hot the second time around. Overall my experience was underwhelming and a tad off putting. Not a place I see myself coming back to never mind the town.

Went from great to not worth coming in because of several issues that you won't seem to remedy. Your employees do not seem to want to make tea. They have clearly changed management or ran away the good workers you had as well that we used to see in there keeping things in line, and now they have bad attitudes with customers. Cleanliness is no longer. Can't get an order right and served old food to top it off. Can't rely on items being available that are staples like the custard. Do better. There's a reason your regular customers stop coming and your formerly bustling business is a ghost town now, and you can't seem to respond to feedback or make things right so yeah people don't come back when you do that to them and waste their money. This is my favorite burger and ice cream place. I was unsure about trying them at first but I'm glad I did. Always consistent and good to me. They never complain when I come in late for my order when I need a pick up after dealing with groceries at that place nearby them I won't name. The people there have great customer service and really treat you right. They've been awesome about getting my order correct and I have had zero issues with any food allergies so they definitely clean and practice basic protocols about that or I would have found out the hard way. The frozen custard you just have a ton of options with and I could eat myself sick because it's too good. Their pickles and fries are literally the best too. Do not skip this place.

When I got my burger it was very sloppily assembled and not very good. I will not likely return to this location.

The older lady with the braids I think her name was Kristel had a very disgusting attitude obviously didn’t want to be there. I even think she went to the back to eat after asking her a question and she never came back. The Hispanic guy and lady are super sweet and knowledgeable though it sucks I had to deal with this bitter woman.
