Location was busy. Service was good. Employees were kind and helpful. Took longer than expected, but food was being made to order and was hot and accurate. We were given plenty of napkins for our food. Our order was placed via the app and picked up at the counter. Bathrooms were clean and spacious and not confining, also the floors were not wet. Employees were helpful and more than willing to answer questions.

I stopped here on my way to Savannah and it was pretty busy. I waited patiently for my order number to be called and it was very prompt and staff was very friendly. When I got my order I noticed the cookies were missing but I was going to eat my meal and wait for the crowd to die down and ask for them on my way out. Part way through my meal, a very nice staff member who I assume was the manager, brought me fresh from the oven cookies and apologized for the delay. Not often does McDonald's go above and beyond, so I like to recognize it when they do.

Found a hair in my fries and they didn't seem to care. They always mess up my order. That was 6 years ago. Today I was thanked for being a valued customer at the pay window and greeted with a wave and a smile at the pickup window and my order was correct.

This is the best McDonald's location I've seen in a long while! The line still gets long during lunch hours but overall the customer service is and the food has always been on point for me. This restaurant is a convenient location yet also safe day or night. Much appreciation to the Richmond Hill, GA McDonald's team!!

For a McDonald's attached to a gas station convenience store, this McDonald's is better than most. I've never received bad food or a sloppy order, the contents of the bags are always organized and accurate, and especially when they're busy. If you need some gas and are hungry for McDonald's, then stop here. They also have the benefit of having a traffic light to help you safely get back on the road.

12/31/21 Had a pleasant experience at this McDonald's. We used the screen ordering machine. It was quite busy but we got our food 10 mins after ordering. Food was hot. Staff was pleasant.

We stopped at this establishment on Halloween at 3:45pm. It was very busy to not be at meal time. We had to pull up to wait for fries and as we waited, 3 other vehicles were waiting too. As the worker brought the others before us, she asked what we waited on. “3 large fries and ranch” my husband replied. We waited patiently and she was so kind to include 2 apple pies for our wait. Everything was made fresh and was delicious

Once again.. 640pm I order a coffee. Pay. Pulled up, was ask to pull up. NO COFFEE. I figured maybe a few minutes. It's now 656 and still waiting. This is uncalled for. They had brought out orders for 2 customers and I said I was waiting on a coffee. I finally went in after 20 minutes. They acted like they forgot or something. Then it took her another 5 minutes to get it. I got back to my room and the coffee tasted funny. This is what I saw when I took off the lid

Service is the reason for this review. Our family was traveling from S Carolina to Fl in the snow and needed a break. I wish I knew her name to write it here, but she was so kind to help us and wish us safe travels. Truly a sweet spot in a long journey home.

To the beautiful people of the Richmond Hill McDonald’s at the loves truckstop. Thank you for your hard work. I can’t imagine what it’s like to try to work a morning breakfast rush right off the interstate at a truckstop with a high traffic volume my hat’s off to you for your professionalism, dealing with people like me who are hangry and uncaffeinated I can only imagine the negativity you deal with just trying to do your job. I came in this morning and I myself was not at my finest and you dealt with me with grace for that, I say I’m sorry and thank you very much!

I swing by this McDonald’s regularly while I’m working if it's a long my route, and it never disappoints! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner; the food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The employees are always friendly, on top of their game, bathrooms are always clean, and my food comes out fast every time. I visit a lot of McDonald’s locations because of my job and convenience, and this one is easily one of the best-run I’ve been to! Keep up the great work y'all!

I ordered lunch at 12:11. I was told to pull up to wait for my ordered. At 12:20 I received half of my order and was told they would be right out with the rest. At 12:34 I unbuckled my autistic child and went inside to get his happy meal. My double cheese burger $5 meal was supposed to be no pickle and no onions but had both on it. I could no longer wait for my food to be remade and had to leave for my child's appointment. I definitely should have chosen a different McDonald's.

There were no prices on the breakfast menu to compare value meal costs to a la carte pricing. We found a bit of bone and shell in the sausage McMuffin with egg. The waste paper basket in the restroom was overflowing. The clerk was unsure whether or not there was cheese on the McMuffin. (There was.) She was also unsure of any "deals" for us (Seniors)

This was just your average McDonald's. The people working there were nice though. It was a little difficult to get back on the interstate because you couldn't really make a left turn out of this location. I would eat there again if I was going the other direction.

I saw a recent review about this, and I agree 1000%. The manager on duty this morning lacked customer service skills because she sat there and argued with me!! I placed a mobile order last night, I had 4 different items and one of those being a latte. They said their machine was down, would I like to replace it with something else? I said no, I rather come back tomorrow for it. They said okay, just speak with the manager and let them know. Came this morning, explained the situation and talked with the manager and she was about to refuse to do it and started arguing with me and finally she said she would THIS TIME. I get you don’t wanna give out free lattes, but I PAID for this and showed my receipt! I am giving this place 4 stars though because it is my regular McDonald’s and they are usually good, but this lady is a 0/1000. Next time, don’t argue with the customer over a $3 drink. smh

I stopped in and got some lunch. The restaurant appeared mostly clean,the service was quick. My fries were hot but my double Fish Filet was far from hot. Very disappointed in that fact. The restroom could have used a cleaning, the trash was overflowing, and just appeared like it's been a while since an employee had tendered to it. Overall ess than an enjoyable visit.

McDonald's is just going up on their faces. Made the food quality smaller. Then again I'm older. I don't remember back when you could get a by Friday but actually large but times change so you get what you get and that burgers just don't taste the way they used to. Overall I gave him a three star personnel. Was okay. Didn't take care for the food. The restaurant was okay for cleanliness I don't think I would go there again

Stop here after work to grab dinner. Don't know why any of them sell smoothies. The machine is never working. Always no apple pies. My chicken was hard on my sandwich. The only good thing was the fries were hot and I had good customer service.

This morning around 9 am I went thru the drive thru. The cashier was very friendly. The hash browns were soggy and not crispy. The team leader for this crew needs to delegate and get the parking lot and trash cans cleaned up.

My wife and I stopped here on our way back north to Virginia. This was our first stop, 3 hours into our 13-hour drive. Our order took a while, I didn't think much of it as they were busy, then people that ordered after us started getting their orders, and 3-4 customers came back complaining about mistakes, having our almost 2 year old son and trying to make good time we didn't check our bag until we already hit 95, my wife called and they asked us to come back which wasn't plausible, whoever answered the call told my wife it wasn't there fault, but if we turned around they would give us our missing food, which made me feel like there was a lack of accountability. Apparently, a refund can't be done without the customer present despite the mobile app being used, which isn't the locations fault, but a corporate flaw. The eggs were over cooked by a long shot in my daughter's food.

This morning, I ordered a small mango smoothie in the drive through, which was almost $4. What I received was almost only a half full cup of barley blended syrup. I could barely drink it because was so many chucks of ice not blended. Very disappointed 😞. In a world like today , $4 is alot .. wish I would of spent it somewhere else.

Young people at our drive thru windows, need to know how to speak plainly, and to concentrate more on what the customers ordering, than in what they thought they heard. They need to make eye contact and give a pleasant smile, instead of giving the impression that they do not like their job. Other than that the food was prepared fresh and accurate. Friendly people, but worse food ever! Fillet of fish was cooked multiple times probably starting with lunch. The double cheese burgers were cold and look like they had fallen on the floor—everything was askew. The chicken nuggets had been cooked multiple time—the last time the oil was not hot enough so the food was super greasy.

I placed an online order with this store before I left the house. I thought I'd ordered with a different McDonald's so it took me over fifteen minutes to arrive. My order was still not ready and I had to wait over 20 additional minutes to get my food. With the exception of two very nice employees, the others were rude to other customers and dismissive of their extensive wait times. Will not go back to this location.

I get the Biscuits and sausage gravy every morning. This location here barely puts any on theirs so be prepared to pay an extra $1.50 so it isn't so dry and so that you have enough gravy to cover the biscuits!!!

I would give a higher score than what I did but as a customer I was very dissatisfied about my experience. I ordered two things which were a Frappe with extra whip and caramel with a Big Mac (light lettuce) and both of these items somehow came to me without any of the thins I added on to it. A manager on the clock I presume was also extremely rude to one of their employees while I waited for my order in the lobby. As a customer I don't expect to come across these things while awaiting for my order as this also contributed to my low score rate. I would like to give a personal shout out to Cynthia who made my visit a smidge better, I appreciate them. All in all I'm very disappointed here that I couldn't do a voice survey neither since I didn't get a receipt. Im also very disappointed in the customer service in this location and the quality of their food.

The drive thru lines are slow. I'm assuming it is because there aren't enough people employees scheduled to keep the lines moving swiftly. Food is about as good as it can be expected coming from McDonald's

Menu board showed 2 burritos hash browns and orange juice for 7.19. I specifically asked the clerk if it came with juice. She said yes. My bill totaled 9.60. I questioned it and was told 1.70 was for the juice. The manager explained that the combo came with coffee even though it showed juice. She would not credit me even though the clerk confirmed that she told me juice was included. Very bad customer service. McDonald's suck.

Ordered at 12:430pm included in my order strawberry cream pies The pie provided was over 3 hours PASS the toss time. It was burnt dry and old. Unfortunately, I didn't recognize it until I was already over 15 miles up I-95. Given a 2 star because the service was fast but don't let that interfere with your quality of food.

At 8:30 in the morning I purchased the number two large with an additional hash brown which I was charged $10.13 I paid and got told to pull forward that they had no more hash browns I watched numerous cars go by and walked in the restaurant 10 minutes later and the manager then asked me for my receipt.

The CDC could set up shop in the bathrooms here and be busy for 15 years. Filthy. I would rather use a pig pen than to return here. Obviously hasn't been cleaned properly in a very very long time. Will this common trend today be celebrated in Black History Month 20 years from now? Good work!

This McDonald’s don’t know what they’re doing! I ask for a Quarter pounder with cheese, Large Fry, medium Coke. First they give/charge me for a large Coke, then they bring the wrong order. Then, after a total of 20 minutes; as I was going in, they give me my order. I will never go back to this location. I don’t recommend this location to anyone!!

I placed an order through the mobile app once I arrived I checked in. Cashier didn’t know what she was doing kept saying they didn’t have my order. I asked for a manager the manager comes and I didn’t like her tone of voice at all she was over talking me with an attitude telling me they didn’t have my order. I finally said can you let me speak and once I said what I had to say she asked me what my order was and said that it was already checked in and they had it. She then proceeds to give me my order and her tone of voice changed apologizing for the mistake. I took my order to dine in. I need mayonnaise so I asked the cashier for a pack of mayonnaise she then proceeds to point as if to say go ask someone else. Waited in line for two mintues I then asked the cashier for mayonnaise again because she had no customers. She then proceeds to give me the packet. I don’t no appreciate none of their service everybody seemed to have an attitude with me and all I wanted was food that I paid for

This location just can not get their act together - I’m giving up - I really don’t like giving reviews like this - yes I know it’s McDonald’s - but it’s same issues every time - TONS of employees- walking over each other - no help - where is mgmt to help train their staff !! we did a mobile order - waited in drive thru 20 min for our pre-ordered mobile order- to be wrong again.. yikes !! - then they argued about the order when the receipt clearly states hot mocha coffee- they were wrong - iced mocha coffee is NOT hot - hot is NOT iced- they asked us to come inside- 15 min later- … again soooooo many employees running around scattered- we were not rude about it- we are not mad- it’s just lack of training - slow down and check your orders- read your screen / double check orders - thank you AND after we get in our car and drove off - his hot caramel mocha - was NOT a caramel mocha - well dang !! I guess that’s the experience to expect from McDonald’s-

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel and Oreos. I didn’t get any Oreos in my frappe and they charged me for it. My fries were hard as hell and they put no napkins in the bag. My bf ordered hot mustard for his fries and didn’t even get it in the bag. It’s not even about the food no more. It’s the money I spent on this. I worked a 12 hour shift and came straight here thinking I was going to enjoy my meal and I did NOT.

Multiple times we’ve placed an order on the app and gone to pick it up from this location and been told they could not give us our order, or a refund! Nobody in there seems to know what’s going and you can’t call or talk to a manager for any help. Don’t waste your time trying to deal with this McDonald’s location.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. To wait 30 minutes with only 2 others in line is ridiculous, then the counter person was dismissive as though us requesting our order perturbed her. When we asked to get our money back, she said she needed a manager but never informed the manager of the issues. The sad part is that there were at least 4 people in the kitchen plus a person at the window. There was only 1 truck at the window and no one else at the drive thru. One man that came in after us had 2 separate orders and got them both before us. A terrible, terrible experience.

If you enjoy being screeched at for no reason come here. It’s McDonald’s not chick-fil-a so expectations are already pretty low but some people are over achievers. In short I was out for a walk taking a break from work. Dine in was closed so I walked up to the drive through speaker and the lady working burst open the back door and screamed “ DONT WALK THROUGH MY DRIVE THROUGH!!!!!” before ripping the door shut behind her. I’m not entitled to be served but I think everyone deserves at least a little respect. To that lady I pray you overcome whatever you’re going through and have a good prosperous life 🙌🙏 God bless

Ordered through the app. It took over 45 minutes to get my order of two happy meals and fries. 45 minutes. We went in after 20 to see what the problem was and they told us they were just busy and it would be another 20 minutes. I went back on the app to try to cancel but it showed the food as already being delivered. Don't waste your time with this place.

The worst service ever. Rude employees not interested in getting your order correct. Argumentative when asking for corrections to the order. Bathrooms and dining in need of some serious cleaning. My opinion is that the automated ordering has given the employees here a license to avoid/ignore customers and to do as little as possible regarding customers. I can find a more pleasant way to spend my money and recommend the same to others. McDonald's should learn from Chick-fil-a.

Went in for some fresh fries..because mines was old. I got the same quality. Usually that means cook some fresh ones. Not to pre-place fries on the holder for x amount of minutes..just for fast service. Second time this happened. Just not coming back.

Came here for coffee only and they can't do that correctly here. Asked for Splenda and of course they can't give it to you, they have to add it. In this case, they didn't. This is the third crappy visit to a McDonald's that I have had in the south and I can't help but to think that this is the norm.

Wish I could hive -3 rating. This place is a disaster ! The food is adequate at best. The staff leaves something to be desired. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting ! The ladies bathrooms had toilet paper all over the door (looked like someone TP’D the whole bathroom. One toilet had feces smeared all over the seat . The second stall someone had peed all over the seat and in the floor . No soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands. Health Depayrment needs to close this place down , to keep the public safe ! Do yourself a favor , don’t stop here , just keep driving ! NEVER AGAIN !

I ordered food and the screen had everything up there correctly. When I paid the woman wouldn’t tell me what I ordered to certify that it was all there and when I got the receipt it showed I was missing two meals. I asked to add them and they were rude and told me no I would have to wrap back around.

So I ordered a bacon cheese quarter pounder . When I opened the box it looked GROSS sloppily put together to the point that the pickles didn't even make it on the burger just thrown in to the box and there was NO bacon to be found!!! Very very disappointed 😞 that I paid for slopp in a box. Do better!

One of the dirtiest bathrooms I've seen and the store is dead. Employees standing around while the bathrooms have been growing things on every single surface for months if not longer and dont forget the lake of urine covering the floor. Seems like almost every store or business that's run by "The best floor cleaners" is dirtier than Jeffery E. Do better or catch a boat home.

I come by this location almost every Wednesday on the way to Brunswick for work. I always order through the mobile app and Mrs. Lynn is always at the first window. I don’t know if they were having a bad day. Mrs. Lynn was very ugly to me and so was the manager. I felt like I was being called a liar over my mobile order. Very frustrating. I always go to this one because every one is so nice. Well this put a very bad taste in my mouth I will just go to another one from now on.

We had a family member that stopped in for dinner with their family and the night manager "Liz " was very rude to our family member. They will not be back to that store because of her. They also said that both restrooms where a mess and that sometime vomited all over one of the stalls and that it was already dry so it hadnt been cleaned. Like I days they went be back until the employees including managers take a course in public service so they know how to speak to the public and are not rude.

Just got the worst egg McMuffin of my life. The bottom bun was burned black. Didn’t discover it until I was back on the highway. I’m not real surprised by the way the staff walked around like a bunch of zombies who didn’t care about anything.

Ordered at drive thru was given one price, pulled up to pay, given a price adding on $1.75 after paying, cashier gives me change that was $2 short..when I addressed my concern was told nothing can be done at window cause I ordered at 1st window. I parked, went inside to tell manager, who promptly went to female employee stating "you didn't give the $2 only gave the change "..the tone felt like this wasn't the 1st time this was done to a customer but since she was caught just give the money back. Totally displeased with this encounter.

Absolutely disgusting how this employee talk and do not care about their customers. The nasty attitudes towards people who come into this establishment is sickening. The attached picture is of the “employee” cussing at her staff and customers. I get it’s McDonalds, can’t expect much. But from reading the reviews, I can see this is an ongoing issue and McDonald’s nor the owner of the establishment seem to care about. If you are reading this review, please do not waste your time, money or energy at this disgusting location.

Just went thru the drive thru and the person taking my order at the speaker was in such a hurry that she didn’t get my order correct. She kept speaking over us not giving us a chance to say the order. When we got to the window and told her what we were missing she was rude and acted like we never said what we ordered. On fryday 01-30 2026 at 12:30 am. I placed my order and they told me to have a seat that they will bring my food to my table i wait 30 minutes for my food I grabbed the number they put on my table and my receipt talked to the " manager " and they look at me like I'm lying. So i had nothing to do but leave the place hungry, on top of that they didn't reimbursed my money. And that to me is stealing. Thank you McDonald's

The manager on duty lacks customer service skills. If you’re using the app and the items ordered aren’t available she refuses to assist you. They charge you knowing the product isn’t available. She directed me to request a refund through the app, when clearly the app says to contact the store. 0/10

The absolute worst one I have ever been in. The kiosk didn't print a receipt. There was food all over the floors. The workers are nasty looking and rude. The fries that I ordered had a very sour/rotten taste to them. And the bathrooms were nasty too. It has been a while since my last stop here but I will not be stopping there again. I instantly regretted not driving on by.

I just got my food and went to grab a fry and it looks like they were chewed and spit out into my bag. I waited in the drive through line forever because they didn’t know what order I had and we had two separate orders and they only gave us one and we had to wait for them to hand us the other one. They also always forget about the sauce that you order.

McCrispy Strips were burnt, not crispy at all, and meat was kinda chewy. Weird inedible cartilage piece in the chicken McNuggets. Fries were completely unsalted and a bit cool when we got them. Missing one of the dips asked for, no ketchup available, no extra napkins available, self serve kiosk was bad (no human service existed), way too expensive for the garbage we got.

Only ordered coffee and it was completely wrong. Went through drive thru and made it very clear what I want, very specific order which was displayed on the screen but totally wrong when I picked it up. I should have figured so because they did not give me a receipt. Supposed to be 8 sugar, 2 cream and a shot of carmel syrup. Obviously gave me no sugar, no carmel but 8 cream. Thank God I had sugar in my glove box.

Went in ordered a Double Bacon QP with Cheese add Veggies, with a Large Fry and Dr. Pepper. Received this raw burger half carton on soggy cold fries, and a Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. Called the location and spoke with the manager she caught a attitude spoke over me stating she personally made my meal and packed it and I was lying. I told her I had taken pictures of the food there where also people there when I got my food who tried telling them I was being honest. I was told not to bring the food back I explained I was not feeling well and threw up she proceeded to call me a liar and said she would not replace the meal I believe the manager said her name was Josalyn
