'm often at Pacific East Mall for a massage upstairs and I usually add on lunch or dinner at Pho Saigon II. I just love the pho here. I usually have the beef pho and it is always tasty. Add a Vietnamese iced coffee and you have a great meal. My friend likes the chicken pho. They are fast and very nice here. This is not a place to go to have a waiter constantly check in on you, this is a simple place where they give you your food and beverages and then when you are done you pay. If you have other needs during your meal you figure it out or go up to the counter and ask. I did not find the service to be bad at all, so I'm not sure why others complained about it. We were greeted nicely, our order was taken quickly once we decided and the drinks, sauces and food came out in pretty quick succession.
Delicious and authentic pho with fair price. During COVID, their take out orders were always packed carefully with pho, noodle soup, and veggies separately. Meat ball is home made and taste as meat, not some starchy balls with no meat you would have experienced other places.
I am Indonesian, one of my favorite Noodle soup is Vietnamese noodle Soup / Pho. My selection this time is beef, tendon and tripe with rice noodle with extra meatball soup on the side. 2 Spring rolls shrimp and crispy spring rolls. Wow it made my day, buddy!!! Have some, guys!! Cheers!!!
I've been going her since forever always getting the seafood pho! Casual dinner and I've never had to wait to get a seat. Great for families and afterwards you can hang around the mall and visit the shops
Big bowl of pho for 8 dollars. My husband loves to come here when he's hungry due to the huge amount of food and fast service. Taste wise it's quite good too.
Great food friendly owner. A little pricey but it's good quality and open pretty late for a sit down chinese restaurant. Right off the freeway too. I didn't know what I wanted and they were very patient and helpful. I suggest the hong kong style pan fried noodles with seafood.
Really comforting well done noodle soup. I ordered the seafood soup, the noodles had a good chew, broth was great. Can’t go wrong.
Quick stop for pho before heading home with the wife. Its inside a shopping center. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good too. I recommend this place.
This is some of the best pho I’ve ever had in my life. It’s nice and quiet and the food is delicious.
My go to Pho place in the east bay, I always get a small chicken pho with either spring roles or egg rolls and the peanut sauce. I always leave happy and with left overs 😊
Been coming to here for years. The pho soups, all the vermicelli, the rice plates, the appetizers, and the beverages are always amazing. I am so happy this place is still here till this day. The broth is always so good in their soups.
Food is good. Pho broth is excellent. Portion for rice place it good too. Chicken wings are HUGE and very flavorful. 2 ND time here and good place to stop in if you want to eat after shopping at 99 Ranch Market. Seem short staffed so be patient.
I honestly really liked this place and the main reason for this is that they are predictable. You walk in and it's what you expect a solid, tried and true formula to what makes a classic pho restaurant. It's nostalgic because I grew up going to places that looked exactly like it. Overall, reasonable prices, tasty food, hardly a wait, band a solid choice.
Plenty of good food and reasonable prices. When I visited I was in a small group and they easily accommodated us. An Asian among us did the ordering for the group, it turned out hr had made great choices. Some things I was not familiar with. But it was all good. Can't wait for our group to go back.
my kids and I love Pho. the owner knew our favorite foods. we always ordered the same foods everytimes. egg noodles with beef stew.😀😁 He knew us and never went wrong there.. happy meals happy tummies
One of the best bowls of pho in town. I would recommend stopping by for a #13 (small) and an iced coffee. The pho broth is rich and salty, and the strips of brisket are really nice. The service is also very fast and friendly.
Pho tasted great. Overall, it was a good experience. They give a lot of food and really quickly. Food literally came in less than 3 minutes. Definitely recommend getting the beef balls cause I'm typically not a big fan, but these were fire.
Really good bowl of pho...especially during this chilly weather. Broth had a nice deep flavor. Bowl had plenty of meat and noodles. Really filling, decent prices, worth a return visit if I'm in the area.
Pho Saigon II is perhaps one of the last honest noodles houses in the Bay Area where the price is affordable while not sacrificing on quality and quantity.
BEST COMBO PLATE IN THE EAST BAY Great standby Vietnamese food including pho, in a cafeteria environment, with quick-service and good prices. The vermicelli combo, and the combo plate number 53 are to die for. Place is highly recommended!
Best pho I had in my life. Just going here once won’t do it justice, and I am sure I will return for it for million times!
Came here on a rainy day. Best decision ever. Fast and efficient. Food was delicious.
Fresh, tasty fresh shrimp rolls & Vietnmese noodle soup!

For the price of 3 Big Macs you can get 4x the food in half the time. Also, it's delicious.
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was prompt, and the staff made us feel right at home. The food was a culinary masterpiece. The restaurant's ambiance is serene and tastefully decorated. A must-visit!
Durian shake 10/10! Not overly sweet. #30 Egg noodle soup w/ wonton & bbq pork amazing flavor would have liked more meat. 8/10 Would come again!
My go-to here is the #1 combination pho. Portions are generous and the broth is amazing! Deep flavor and when I refrigerate the leftover broth, it congeals which shows it's quality. I eat here at least once a week.

My go-to place for Pho, and that's really saying something. Rich, beefy broth in a huge bowl with all the fixings. Get it to go and they don't skimp at all, with all the goodies in separate bags so you can put them together fresh. Cash only, proper stacks of green chopsticks, pay at the counter. Expect great food, not a waiter. The noodles are good too, but Pho is right there in the name...
Come here for Pho. Great broth without the cloves some places add for aromatics which I hate. As with most Pho the later in the day the better as the broth gets more flavor from the bones. Simple fare, descent portions, modest prices.
Not the best but pretty good. I usually order the seafood egg noodle or the mi bo kho so I don't know how good their pho is. Basil and jalapeno is always crisp and fresh.
Went for bún takeout today. Very tasty but I like the bún at Pho AoSen a bit better as theirs has more meat and pickled veg. I will go back nevertheless.
I can say one of the best Pho experiences. Good service much better than previous times. Prices are little bit high but was good.
Easy and simple place to get Pho, lots of options and quick to give food. The place was relatively clean and the price is super affordable. Will come here again!
The food is excellent, want to be a regular customer. But the young guy working there, refuses to take my delivery order, 3x's so far. The older Gentlemen is professional & courteous. Love the Pho!!
I met a friend here for lunch today. We both ordered the same thing, combo rice plate with egg roll, 2 giant fried chicken wings and a pork chop! I also wanted to try their jackfruit shake with boba! The meal came with soup and salad. The soup was flavorful, a tad salty for my taste but that's just me. The jackfruit shake was the bomb with the exception of the bobas, which was a little bit hard on some bites. I really like this combo. The eggroll was pretty big and tasty. The chicken wings were crispy goodness. The pork chop was just okay for me. I would come back here again to try the pho and get me some more jackfruit boba😋, hopefully the boba would be better.
The food was okay but not great. The place was kind of empty so there was lots of seating to choose from. We ordered the pho and a plate of grilled pork chop with fried egg. The flavors were good and it was just enough food for us all. I would have to complain a bit though at how gross the tableware was. It seemed like they're was a film of sticky/greasy filth on everything. Even wiping them with a napkin didn't help. The nastiest bit was touching the handle of the knife to cut up my pork chop. It was really nasty to the point I had to use a napkin to hold the handle. Yuck. Aside from the cleanliness, I would day the food was good if you are craving vietnamese food and you are also shopping in the mall. By the way. There aren't many shops left in the mall. Guess the rent is too high. Update 1/1/2023. Came back here with the family to eat some vietnamese food. The family ordered the usual Pho, but I decided to try something new. I ordered the BBQ pork & Shrimp vermicelli and it was pretty delicious with the sauce mixed that came with it. The noodles were just right (not too hard and not too soft) it had a good bite to it. The pork and shrimp were well seasoned, but the shrimp were on the small side. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and overall the food was really good.
CC accepted, decent Pho, ordered large and the size is smaller than other Pho places. Good portion of meat and noodles. Fast service.
Good pho and fresh and fried rolls in a no frills space. Great for groups. Cash only.

Much better than expected for a mall restaurant. I could tell the tempura oil was fresh and I only had 1 not so great piece of sushi in the Bento box. Our young guy waiter was terrific. Food was tasty for both of us. Bathrooms were clean. We will be back. Oh and make sure you grab the after dinner candy..really fun

This has been our "go to" place for Pho for over 20 years. There has either been a change in ownership or the cook staff. Soup flavor is just not what it used to be.
Basic for the dishes and service. I went in because of the high ratings, specifically for Pho. They didn't seat us they looked at us and and said yes I said table for two they pointed at a table and stayed seated (4 employees). Sat down for a few minutes looked through the menu then they rushed us through it( literally started while we said weren't ready) then didn't really answer the questions about the dishes so settled on the first of the two options of pho. Plates brought out quickly (that's great) however Nothing special or impressive just super plain noodles, broth and chicken (or shrimp if you reaallllly ask them a few times). Service was kinda non existent. Me and my mother had to keep getting up to ask ask for things - water (my mom was choking a little bit), another lemon wedge (gave us one plate for the soup with a handful of bean sprouts cilantro and 2 limes 4 pieces of jalapeno TO SHARE), a side dish of rice, and the check then they looked like they were upset about the 3 dollar tip which was generous considering the service or lack there of. Everything we asked for seemingingly bothered them. The flavor of the broth as really good with everything in it. But honestly for broth, noodles, and a few pieces of protein you could pass and go to another place for the same price. Won't be going there again.
Food was okay. Ive had better pho to be honest. The bowl of pho was small. Honestly, came here because it was close by. Its inside the plaza. There is a parking lot.

Took advantage of infrequent customer and did not include a second appetizer ordered, and then confirmed when picking up
It was not good. Just okay. We got a rice plate, number 1, and shrimp spring rolls. The rice plate had fatty meat, the shrimp rolls' skin was tough and chewy, and the pho soup was pretty bland.
Food was good but ican't help give it a low tasting due to cleanliness. There was a roach crawling om the floor. Ruined .y appetite. Will not be going back.
Simple food, no frills, no problem, no wait and the price is $$

I ordered pho special. Noodles are too soft, like it been soaking in the soup/hot water too long. The soup tasted very salty & I bet they put in a lot of fish sauce into it. Don't recommend any1 eating there
I often buy your "fresh" shrimp spring rolls with extra peanut sauce. Over the years you've reduced the quantity and quality of this sauce, necessitating that I order extra sauce. This time, I took it to go, ordering extra sauce, and you have now reduced reduced the amount so much that there wasn't enough for both spring rolls. I'm talking from ordinary dipping. Shame on you!
