I wish their food was still higher quality like it was in the 70's and 80's. The store is staffed by young kids that aren't taught how to be nice, the food kinda sucks, and the prices are way higher than they should be for the type of experience you get. At least the food doesn't give you the "taco bell, rush home" experience.

This location has probably been the worst when it comes to getting your order correctly. I've have had multiple times where they for got a meal, sauces or just give you the wrong order in general. If you go through the drive through don't leave the window until you know you have everything. If you don't and you report it they'll just say they're sorry and strive better next time and won't offer a refund!

Was to get lunch for my family. First off ordering inside they take forever to give ur ur food. This hasn't been the first time they have forgotten items in my order. Im stupid for coming back here but when u have grandchildren that want a Happy meal what more can u do. But as for myself I'm over this Mc Donald's so sad to know this is the only McDonald's out in Ridgecrest.

The dining area was discussing and there was no one even sitting in the dining area. You could see their frosty machine covered in old ice cream and old toppings. They didn't even clean it between uses a common safety practice for food safety and allergies. It took 20 minutes to get fries. That was my order fries even when it said my order was ready for pick up I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to actually be done.

Since ‘McMarro’ has acquired our local McDonalds, a few things are repetitively evident when dining in: -Slow, Rude Service -DoorDash orders take priority -Kiosks are a joke, the orders are still incorrect, and maybe you get your receipt While I don’t use Drive Through my family has, and it’s a gamble too. This McDonald’s has THE WORST customer service. Today, I went to call to check if the caramel frappes were available, when they picked up, they immediately hung up so I called again and when they picked up the phone again, I asked if they had the frappes available, only to be hung up on again. I called like, 4 more times only to be hung up on every time. So I went to the store, and had to wait over TWENTY MINUTES INSIDE because NO ONE was up front because they needed a manager to help a customer before us, but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t mean they can just completely avoid eye contact with us when there was a line starting to build up. When someone finally stepped out front, not to help us but to put a mobile order on the cart, I caught them and asked if they had the frappes to be met with a no. Waste of my morning and my time. Other times that I come here, it’s a long wait for a little order and usually met with rude workers.

Ordered McCrispy Spicy Deluxe and received a McChicken with two slices of pickle on it, nothing else. I paid for the deluxe so I could eat some vegetables without going and spending that money on groceries that would very well have given me what I was looking for. Do better please.

I've been McDonald's all over the West Coast and this, hands down is the worst one! First, the prices were really high; like $4.79 for oatmeal. I can often get it for around $3. Next, they failed to carry any coffee creamer. The caramel coffee didn't taste sweet at all; they claimed they "added caramel" to it Then, when my oatmeal was delivered, they failed to bring apples, raisins, and Splenda. This place is really disorganized and should just be closed and put out of its misery.

Waited at the drive thru speaker this morning(7/30/2025 @0600) for 15 minutes with no response with 8 other vehicles. Drove around to the window and staff still ignored and did not respond. an employee went outside with a headset on and I asked "are you open?" I was completely ignored. I go there 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast. Not anymore, I was able to get my breakfast at Albertacos and it was quick and around the same price.

Terrible experience. I ordered ahead using the app and paid, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru without ever receiving my food. I had to leave because the delay was excessive. They wasted my time and kept my money. Completely unacceptable.

I went here for some nuggets and there was a piece of a dead bug in my food. I had to throw the whole thing away. I was pissed because I didn’t notice until I got home. Will not be returning here.
