Wow. Simply wow. I am compelled to write this review as I sit here scraping up the last morsels of every dish we just ordered. My mind is blown. I’ve eaten at some of the finest establishments in the world and our meal tonight was definitely up there in terms of flavour, quality, and inventiveness. We had the shrimp and grits, and could literally taste the passion and care that went into crafting such a fine, complex layer of flavors, textures, and unexpected notes. Later we found out that it is the Chef’s specialty and one of the favourite dishes he creates, and you can truly tell. The marinade on the shrimp and the hint of citrus butter - an absolute plot twist and a huge wow. This might just be a last-meal wish dish. We also had one of the Thanksgiving specials - the Autumn-inspired salad, which was AMAZING!! A combination of fresh, greens that held up beautifully and did not wilt, with roasted parsnips for a touch of earthy sweetness, the most divine, perfectly ripe fresh figs that provided a subtle floral note, with almost a smokey sweetness…All finished off with THE most perfectly balanced apple cider vinaigrette. The salad was SO fresh and light and satisfying. Also the portions were enormous and definitely a fantastic value for size and quality. Also, our server, Diego, was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable - definitely top notch service. Lastly, the ambiance of the newly renovated space is stunning. Ample indoor and outdoor spaces with light, bright, contemporary decor. If my novel hasn’t convinced you yet, just go! You won’t regret it!! Also, to the Caretta team - PLEASE make the Autumn salad a mainstay!

Great restaurant in Singer Hotel by Hilton. Love the view and how cozy it feels dining here. Staff was great and bartender was friendly.

Not only is this this fine dining establishment the best one you will find on the island, it is one of the best in the entire Palm Beach area, I would stake my Google reputation on that. Chef Glenn and his incredible co-stars have designed a truly remarkable menu, showcased by the most decadent shrimp and grits imaginable. For burger aficionados, the double cheese is cooked to perfection and will leave those at your table begging for a second bite. The atmosphere on the patio was on par with the rest of the hotel which has been completely redesigned in true Hilton fashion. My thanks to Presha, the most lovely hostess, and of course, Chef Glenn and his team for such a spectacular dining experience that will certainly not be my last.

The service was amazing and the double cheeseburger with fries are phenomenal the plate was fresh the ketchup was so amazing to dip the fries in and it was an unbeatable deal that you can’t just get anywhere else the burger was loaded with enough meat and vegetables and sauce and seasonings just perfect. The waiter is an amazing person I would so go back again and highly recommend this to everyone that visits.

The food was so delicious. The crab fritters were amazing and the Caribbean Chicken was so tender.

Our server Brandon was amazing - made our birthday dinner special! Very accommodating and helpful with us with allergies and when we asked for the filet to be cooked up (I ordered m/r and should have ordered medium so my fault)! The filet was very tender and flavourful both ways. Atmosphere was beautiful and staff was great.

Great for breakfast. Portions are HUGE for the All American breakfast, Pancakes, and yogurt / granola bowl. Depending on your appetite, you will have take home or can split them between two people. Bar is good during the day too for drinks by the pool.

This place is very spacious and the food is well above average. Service is somewhat slow, probably expected for Florida. The shrimp and grits were super tasty. Highly recommended. Everything else seems very fresh

The only downside is they serve cocktails in single use cheap plastic if you sit outside. I am not talking about beach area but the outside tables. I ‘ve asked why and I have been told because of regulations and as they are not allowed to serve in glass if drinking outdoors area. All in all, I recommend this place and I will come back. If you don’t know what to order or if you like mix seafood, order seafood platter. It’s perfect for 2, yum and worth it. Be aware that they charge 20% on top of menu price as service charge( around Christmas time, not sure if that is all around the year ). Still prices are reasonable for the quality food and great view.

Caretta Caretta is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels relaxed but elevated — perfect for a special night out or a memorable dinner by the water. The seafood is incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted, from the appetizers to dessert. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in both presentation and quality. Service is attentive, professional, and welcoming without being overbearing. The entire experience feels refined yet comfortable.

Went to Careta Caretta on Valentine's day . Diego our waiter was amazing unfortunately he was the only waiter in the entire place ,everyone else was runners and didn't know where dishes were going most of the time . He was able to tell us what items were gluten free ,but then when he brought us desserts he came running back over and had to inform us that they in fact were not gluten free anymore due to menu changes. Thankfully I had not eaten any of it and was saved a trip to the hospital . He was even knowledgeable about what items could have cross contamination and I was able to avoid those items as well. Again unfortunately service was slow due to him being the only waiter but he was a rockstar all the same. He deserves a bonus and for any Celiac people I wouldn't recommend eating here for now until they can get their menu better written and menu items don't get changed on the fly .

We visited this establishment on 1/4/25. Great views, food and drinks. However our pleasant lunch/early dinner was distracted by the bickering workers who clearly did not get along. The bartender had very degrading remarks for the other staff. I felt empathy for the other staff, who deserve to be treated as a valued member. If we come back to that establishment, I'd refuse service from that particular individual. It was appalling.

I stayed at the Singer Island hotel for my birthday on August 12th and made a reservation to dine at Caretta Caretta restaurant at 08:00 pm. When I arrived, I was seated in a corner, which felt odd given that the restaurant was nearly empty and several other tables were available. My server was very short and dismissive, with a cold attitude. He seemed impatient while taking my order. When I asked for a mimosa, he brought me a dirty glass of hot orange juice that was almost half empty and had red stains on it that looked like wine (picture below). I politely pointed it out, but he was nonchalant and didn’t even apologize. I felt rushed while ordering my food, and he barely checked on me throughout the meal. The server didn’t even give me time to order an entrée, because he was rushing me. After I ordered appetizers, he took the menu from me. I told him I was not finished, he distracted me and took the menu away. The entire experience was disappointing. As a party of five arrived, he began rushing me to finish and leave. He was aware it was my birthday, he even mentioned it when I first arrived, yet he brought out a cake without candles. Only after I reminded him did he return with the cake and a lit candle. After that, he disappeared again for quite some time. Overall, the service was unpleasant. I regretted choosing that restaurant for my birthday dinner; the server’s behavior completely ruined what should have been a special night.

Went there for valentines day dinner. Thankfully it wasnt packed because they only had one person taking everyone's order and like 4 or 5 people bringing out food. Diego was an absolute champion in helping us after the restaurant was to cheap to hire more waiters or pay them enough to have them come in on valentine's day. Restaurant is also to cheap to have menus with a note of whats gluten free and whats not. We had breakfast there and the waitress told us what was gluten free from memory. We had been told two of the dessert items were gluten free. Shortly after they had been dropped off at our table but before we had started eating them Diego came running over and told us the ingredients had been changed at some point and it was no longer gluten free which saved us from a hospital trip. Fancy looking place, with staff that cares. Management obviously isnt to worried about customers.
