Delicious food in generous portions and friendly service! Everything is made from scratch and cooked fresh to order, so the food comes out hot and crispy. The fries were great- very well-seasoned. I also loved the menu concept where you can order almost anything as either a melt or a quesadilla! I will be coming back!

The ROC Bomb, is a blend of the Rochester's staple culinary contribution "Garbage Plate" with a uni twist. It's on an incredible grilled cheese sandwich. It will fill the heartiest of appetites, without breaking the bank. Very delicious, very filling and worth every penny.

The sandwiches are amazing, I have gotten the Cool Bird twice and each time it was excellent. I am not a fan of the chips or the fries, but it could my taste buds, my co-workers liked them just fine. We used Grubhub both times and everything was fine, nothing missing etc...

I got the really Philly and Home made chips. Not only was the food fresh but it was huge. I loved the caramelized onions. The melted cheese as I pulled apart. I HIGHLY recommend you try it. It's in the Marketplace mall in the food court. Plus the Staff is all family and very friendly!

Fantastic food. A true hole in the wall though, very limited advertisement and not the easiest place to stumble upon. But im 100% sure that you wont regret it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will make sure to reccomend to others and go back myself. P.s. very reasonable prices.

The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly and was able to get our order to us relatively quickly. This is a great place to get some delicious food while shopping around at the mall.

Forgot to take a picture, but it was so delicious and the people working were so fun and helpful. Cheesy, crispy bread, nice and saucy. Nothing was soggy or dry, which is fairly tough to achieve with a grilled cheese. Cannot wait to come back and try another!

If there’s any reason to visit the shell of Marketplace Mall, it’s to eat here! Wanted to try new food and this came up on my google search so I tried the Roc Bomb which is essentially like a garbage plate grilled cheese sandwich and it was GOOD. They provide everything in to-go containers so if you can’t finish you can just take it any leave. Very friendly staff.

l was the winner in the contest last month so l came to pick up my tuna melt today and l got to go but l did try a piece before l got on the bus ok let me just say this the best tuna melt l ever had love how everything melts in your mouth and you get full with just eating one slice the fries was good l just should had asked for a pack of salt but it was good l will come back one day AAA please stop and try this place you will love it

I stopped in, first time, to get some things to go. The food was very good and the person taking the order was very friendly and talkative. I also particularly liked the color choice of much of the decor, a nice shade of purple.

Large portions, unique offerings and warmed up fantastic in the toaster oven (I could only finish half my sammie!). Having spent a lot of time in St. Louis I've enjoyed many a fried ravioli and theirs was top notch. Highly recommend and grateful there is a place like this open in VG now!

Really really good! Surprisingly wide selection of menu items. Don't limit your thoughts to just cheese on toast. It goes way beyond that. And really good quality too. I will definitely return. And I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. So inviting and comfortable. Really recommend you give it a try, soon.

My favorite dish is the Hangry Quesadilla 😋 theyre so yummy. The people there are so sweet ant attentative. Definitely gonna dine in more. I usually order takeout but I've never had a bad order from them!!!!

Sadly, there are no gluten-free options here, and even fewer dairy-free (I know: no surprises there, either), but the menu looks SO GOOD.

Not the greatest atmosphere. Food was just okay. Cashier was friendly but no real service.

My second time going there the first time was good, today I went there again and ordered a Turkey Melt and I barely had any turkey on it. I told the lady when I got food I was coming back to try a burger. I don't know now if I will return..

Canceled my order after an hour I usually order with my co worker I decided to order on my own and not a good experience.. Okay thank you for letting me know I called and was put on hold for over 5 mins. .

Ok food but great location. Not the best customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, and take a while to take your order. 2 grilled cheeses took 30 minutes to come out with one other table seated in the restaurant.

I work at Marketplace Mall and on 4 separate occasions including today, I always had to go back and get something they forgot to put in with my food. I ordered the Cajun ranch sauce everytime I go there and when I go back to my store, it's not there so I waste extra money and time for something I should've had in the 1st place. And I ordered the Cool Bird quesadilla which has chicken, ranch, bacon and cheddar jack cheese. When I went back to my store today, they forgot my ranch AGAIN and they even forgot what I asked for when I went back and i was there 5 minutes prior to get my order and I had to make a 2nd trip that same day(today) because they didn't put bacon or ranch in my quesadilla and opened up my quesadilla to them and they said they'll take care of it. Well they only took care of half of my quesadilla and they just threw bacon and ranch on it in sloppy manner and it was still opened up and aren't you not suppose to bring food back to the kitchen after customers touch it? And I found a hair on my food too. Totally lost my appetite now and I just wasted 13 bucks. And you expect me to pay the price I did when I don't get exactly what I pay for? And the fact that they gave me the same cold quesadilla back but they just put cooked bacon on a cold quesadilla and I couldn't get a fresh one? Sorry but it's not worth the headache and I gave this place many chances. Good food when it's ordered correctly but that seems to be hard to ask for. It's 2 stars because they gave me a free soda.

Rude owner who refused to display customer service. I’ve frequently visited this establishment. The owner clearly didn’t want to fix her mistake. She’s unprofessional and rude. 0/10! I do not recommend!

I had a fries and a Pepsi and even though fries aren't anything special, these were far below my expectations

I ordered food from the Grilled cheese factory and not only did they make my order completely wrong, they refused to remake the order or give me a refund. The customer service was horrible. The Owner of the restaurant is a racist. She resorted to calling the police, expecting a reaction out of me, but I handled it calmly. I do not recommend dining here. Spend your money else where!

i’m a doordash driver and it’s vital that orders are ready when i am there to pick it up because doordash will give u a citation for various amounts of things. the order wasn’t even started by the time i arrived and the balding woman took her sweet time chatting with her coworkers. if you’re employees don’t care about the company that’s fine but do not mess with other people’s time and money.

I’ve had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. The owner is not professional she needs to seriously reconsider being in business. The food is subpar at best. I do not recommend please save your hard earned money in these hard times. The recession is not the time to be spending money on takeout, but I gave this business a chance and I’m really disappointed.

The owner is a very nice lady, but they charge .05 cents for ketchup packet. She raises the prices when she needs money I personally won’t eat there again.
