I've been frequently visiting this Starbucks, and the service is always very punctual and the employees are all very kind. It's a good place to get some work done if you have noise canceling headphones or aren't sensitive to noise. I often order on the app and my orders always come out quickly and well-made. I definitely will keep visiting this location!

There is this worker her name is Day, she was so kind to offer my friend a free drink because hers fell and spilled everywhere. I don’t even see her as JUST a worker I see her as also a friend. Literally she is the best worker at Starbucks that I have ever talked to and experienced with her. Day, if you see this just know I was the girl in the white shirt and red pants and I absolutely don’t even know how much I love you ! She got my custom drink on absolute POINT and we talked and made jokes together, I love her, periodt.

I rarely write reviews, but this location deserves it 110%!! I would come here every week to get some homework done, and the employees quickly recognized me as a regular and would refer to me by name. Always very friendly and quick service, and they offer me free or discounted refills on my refresher even though I would have to pay full price normally.

This is my favorite Starbucks because I pretty much like everything about this one. Any hot food I order comes out evenly heated, I don’t always get that experience in other Starbucks. My favorite drink is hot Earl Grey tea and I’m really enjoying the free refills on that! It’s so nice to walk in and have a pleasant interaction with the baristas. I was just in yesterday and Jay-R took my order. He was so kind and welcoming not just to me, but to every customer that came in. I don’t have that where I live, I want to drive to this location because of the way I’m treated. It’s a lovely group of people working there. It’s clean. It’s only a few steps from the parking garage (free parking 2 hours!) aside from moving to Pike and Rose I can’t imagine it being any better for me and my family. Thank you, Jay-R and EVERY barista at Pike and Rose 11860 Grand Park Ave., North Bethesda, we’ll be back! 😀

Every person working here on 1/9 around 1:50pm needs a ✨raise✨ - or a fat bonus.. or both? 👀 I have never met a friendlier staff in all my years going to Starbucks, truly. Attentive, personable, compassionate. Mind you I was there for less than 5mins and was able to pick up on all of that. I hope both sides of all of their pillows are always cold, every light is green, and that they all get those bonuses I mentioned 👀 (from y'all tho ❤️)

Great atmosphere with a local café vibe. Shoutout to the amazing baristas especially Dee :)

Stopped by every day for a week while staying nearby, super convenient location. Staff varied a bit, but overall a solid experience and great for quick coffee runs with my kid.

I usually like this Starbucks but today I went and the sweet cream cold foam I asked for he didn’t even spin it that long and it just melted right into the drink because it was so thin and not made right. So I went back up and was like isn’t the sweet cream foam supposed to be thickened? Usually when I get it it’s thickened more he made it again and SANE THING! I watched him spin it about maybe 8 seconds and pour it right on top of my drink. I POST MY STARBUCKS DRINKS on IG/TikTok AND COULDN’T POST THIS ONE BECAUSE HE JUST WAS LAZY. I was very disappointed and it was my 200 points drink too.

In store experiencen is always great here. Very nice staff. Lovely ambience. But the delivery experience is hit or miss. Currently sipping an iced coffee... with no ice. NONE. Like, it's summer time, it's an iced drink ... why no ice? And I know it isn't because it was sitting there for a while before it was picked up by the delivery professional because the food was still warm. The barista just decided to not add ice. Grrr.

Got my order wrong which was tea. It wasn’t hot or filled up either and I just placed the order. I asked the guy if I could get it remade and it did not come out good. 2 stars for him remaking it but the customer service and quality of something simple was disappointing.

UPDATED 06/21/2022 - On 06/19/2022, I ordered through the Starbucks app a Chai Tea Latte. The option of “no water” was not available. I called to cancel and change the order since it wasn’t an option through the Starbucks app. Craig said he would make the London Fog Latte with no water. The London Fog Latte wasn’t ready when I arrived. Instead, the Chai Tea Latte was still at the bar. I had been unable to find a parking space which delayed my arrival. However, the drink should have been ready. Craig made the London Fog Latte with no water after I went through the line. There was a very messy table and seat near the door. Emily and another Asian looking female Starbucks employee expected me to wipe the table and seats. Craig instead wiped the table and seats. I commended his effort. However, Emily continued to be rude towards me as I was in the line. After about two hours, I got up to use the bathroom. Emily ignored me when I spoke of the bathrooms needing to be cleaned. The female Starbucks employee that helped me at the front said the bathrooms would be cleaned. Even though Craig received praise for cleaning the table, he did not correct his colleague when she was rude to me in front of him. This rudeness continued till I left. I am not sure what caused the passive aggressive behavior in Emily or the other employee. I regret providing Craig praise, because in the end he, Emily, and the other Asian female Starbucks employee ignored my concerns about the customer service and bathrooms.

Unfortunately, I came to Starbucks what is a Latina girl I ordered some. She gave me the wrong drinks and I had to wear it more than 15 minutes or two chocolate croissant. It’s unfair that you Guys hard people like that with the customers they serve better Attention
