I was in Las Vegas Nevada recently November 2025 that Applebee’s was terrific waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu the food was delicious it was served within (5) minutes I had the Pattymelt combo and the meat was a cube steak to my surprise normally they are made with a hamburger patty what a treat that was Marlene Williams

Applebees Anaheim has great food (new O M Cheeseburger, Blondie dessert, new coloeful drinks) and the best friendly staff! They are all so helpful and nice this busy Friday night! Will be back

I have worked in the food industry for a decade pre-pandemic. And I am glad to say that the lv of welcome, service and hospitality was FAR BEYOND any possible expectation. Our server Ms. Jossie was warm, inviting and personable with us, it was real.... It's very rare to find a server who will really listen to the appetizing wants of both parties and recommend to the best of there ability while taking into consideration any food allergies either party might have. The manager Jeremy went above and beyond for us by giving us a free double portioned chicken alfredo since the one we got last night was poorly portioned. Thank you for making it worth it! Food was great and management was great. Will definitely come back if ever in the area.

We usually go to the Eastvale Applebee's, but we were in the area and decided to go here. There was a limited time offer on this O-M-cheese burger. Very good 👍👍. The new girl, Josie, was a delight to talk to as well. Thank you very much!

Ton was our butler tonight as he was gret. We started our meat off with the chip 'n' pinching dip. My friend Dirt was there and he got a bowl of lettuce. I got the cheeseburger skillet meal, and Dirt did too. We shared some mustard like Lassie and the Tramp. Overall excellent experience, excellent environment, and excellent employees. They had hit tv show Friends on one of the tvs which I enjoyed. Thank you.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here over the weekend. Karmyn our server was amazing! She is personable, funny, and kind. She took our order quickly. We didn’t have to wait long for anything! My Favorite Spot in Rocklin! Applebee’s is hands down my favorite spot in Rocklin! I absolutely love everything about this place—the service, the food, and the overall experience are always top-notch. My go-to dish is the Caesar Salad—it's just perfect every time, and I highly recommend it! I also can’t get enough of the Perfect Patron Margarita—it’s my favorite cocktail. Overall, everything here is amazing, and I always leave satisfied. If you're in Rocklin, don't miss out on this gem!

I liked the atmosphere and the our server had great customer service. We ordered a lot of food, and it was all good, but some of the food items could have been warmer. The meat in the wonton tacos were on the colder side as well as the French onion soup.

A well run Applebee's. Clean site, we were greeted immediately and our table was waiting for us even though not all our party had arrived. Our dinner selections were deliver all at once for our large group and they were hot, not cold. I really like the pay terminals at the tables and booths. No waiting for a server to pay and that allows the servers more time to meet your needs.

Our server, Levi, was terrific especially with such a big group! We had a great time hanging out and celebrating our recent project together. I thought the service and staff were friendly and very helpful. The fare was reasonably ordinary American comfort food but very reasonably priced so hard to find fault with it overall. Arrived at 1230 the day after Christmas, there were about 3 other tables but only one server. Another table left due to the wait time for drinks. We werent in a rush, so we waited and got our drinks within 15 mins of sitting down. They were out of ribs which was a bummer for one person at our table but the riblets were a good second choice. The crispy chicken sandwich was pretty basic and a little dry. The kids cheese pizza was fine. Overall everything was okay. This was my first time to an Applebees in years and honestly I don’t really care to go back anytime soon.

Had the all-you-can-eat Riblets & Fries. Was good. I just never got our coleslaw. Other than that, you can mix n match the boneless chicken or fried shrimp if you'd like. Service was good, and the price was right for what you can get. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs as well.

Came here for lunch one rainy day, and even though there was hardly anyone there, service was kind of slow. It felt like the staff were just hiding in the back. I asked if the garlic parmesan wings were dry or saucy, and the worker said they were saucy. When I got them, it was literally just butter and grated parmesan cheese on it... That's not saucy. What a huge disappointment. Thankfully, everything else was good (the quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, nachos, and spinach dip).

Went for lunch and it was very slow in here, not a lot of guests. Oddly the service was just okay even though they were not busy, and the food took a bit. The food was just okay, nothing special. Had a burger and fries, and it was on a white plate and just seemed small with free fries. It was okay, nothing special but others tried other things and thought they were good. Overall, just not all that special

I grew up going to Applebee's. I came to this location and was very disappointed. We were sitting in the high chairs over in the bar area, but our waitress was in the booth area, which means we had to wait to get her attention for longer and ask ths bartender and other waitress for assistance. It felt like they didnt want to help us, which makes sense if we arent their table. I also saw my waitress reach over the bar and grab cherries for my drink and put them in a saucer before bringing them to me. I don't know when she last washed her hands before she did that. It put a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my enjoyment of my food. The only reason the score isn't a 1 star is because my mom liked the way her plate tasted.

Our server was MIA most of the time. Brought us our drinks and forgot our requested water. She finally brought it out after we reminded her 15 mins later. One of our meals was completely missing fries. She just sat the burger down and left. We eventually flagged her down and asked about the the fries. She then said " Yeah I know, they are cooking fresh ones". She never mentioned that being the case when she brough out the food. We later got a plate of fries. She never returned to inquire as to whether we needed refills or anything else. We looked for her to try and get a refill and didn't see her on the floor at all. The restaurant had very few patrons, so it wasn't a matter of being very busy. My guest joked about her napping in the back. It was quite embarrassing for me and should be for the manager. Sad.

6 people in the whole restaurant (3:30pm) it took 10 minutes for the server to come take order. We ordered appetizers, it took 20+ minutes to get them out to the table. Not impressed with the service at this location. The staff kept hiding in the back. I will say the Hostess was excellent,our group enjoyed her service. Maybe she should be there waitress/ bar tender.

Horrible experience, the food was full of hair, and I wanted to return one of the dishes, but the manager refused to give a refund. He said the people in the kitchen didn't have hair, but I saw them all without hairnets, going in and out without gloves, and I received terrible service when I complained.

I ordered from the 2 for $25 menu. Tbh the service 9:30pm was shit. They didn't tell me or show me my order when I paid. I had to go back in because I realized they forgot to add my other appetizer. My girlfriend asked for a well done steak. She got a medium rare steak. So we ended up with 2 medium rare steaks. The food in general was lacking of flavor. Tbh with you, I can remake this food. 10x better at home. I wanted to enjoy a full meal without making it myself. Now, feel I need to cook for myself more often. I feel like there was a lack of customer service in curbside pickup vs. dine in.

Waiter was horrible, while taking our drink order he was literally walking away and we weren't even done! He acted like he didn't want to be there. Drinks came all warm and watered down, perfect margaritas aren't supposed to be warm! Even got the flight it was warm. Food came, my chicken tenders were overcooked and fries were cold, my son and husbands food they said it was okay. Waiter never came by to see how we are doing, even the manager didn't stop to ask us how everything was. So overall horrible service, definitely not going back. And the Waiter kept going into the bathroom, makes you wonder????

Well, I can't rate it zero so one star it is. Our waiter took our drink order - 10 minutes later he saunters back with a beer and a diet Pepsi. Placed our food order and waited. And waited, and waited. Finished our drinks and had to leave. Asked the host to close our tab... The server looked up from the party he was helping and told us to go ahead and leave because they "were going to take a long time." No apologies, no concerns, no sense of urgency

We usually go for drinks, a few nights ago we decided to order food. Worst idea ever. First the server Evvaliniah kept asking the same questions about how to make a Cadillac. She wasn't paying attention because she kept running her mouth with other customers. Also we wanted to get her attention because the tomato "soup" was pretty much the size of a dip. Once she finally gave us her attention and put in an order for more soup the manager Tahlia came out with the attitude that she was right and we were wrong for complaining about the size of the "soup". We get the exact same drinks every time we go to this location and she overcharged for our drinks.

I’ve never left a review like this before, but my experience at this Applebee’s was so bad, I feel like I have to say something. The host, whose name was Dylan, was absolutely terrible at his job. From the moment I walked in, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and just plain rude. He acted like I was inconveniencing him just by showing up. No greeting, no smile, no sense of customer service at all. When I asked how long the wait would be, he rolled his eyes and gave a sarcastic answer like I was bothering him. I watched him treat other customers the same way—clearly this isn't a one-time thing. It set a really negative tone for the whole visit, and honestly, it ruined my night. Until Applebee’s decides to hire people who actually want to be there and treat customers with basic respect, I won’t be coming back. Dylan should not be in a customer-facing role—period. I hope management takes this seriously, because this location has officially lost my business until he's no longer working there

What happen to apple bees? I use to love eating here! My family and I came last night to the Rocklin location after years I’m not coming, but just to be disappointed in the service and the food! 0/0 Will NEVER come back! Thanks for the horrible experience, waste of money and horrible service!

By far the worst Applebee's we've ever been to. It took 15 minutes for someone to show up just to take drink orders and there were only about 8 tables with people at them. I don't blame our waiter, since he was also the bartender. I blame whoever made the schedule for a Saturday night. The Pub Waffle Fries that were served looked like the Wish version of the picture in the menu. Same with the Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders Mac and cheese. The Roast Beef sandwich looked like a microwave meal. And the yogurt and strawberries with my kid's meal was more like yogurt and A strawberry cut into 4 pieces. Will never go here again and recommend no one else does either.
