Food is always great at habit!! Onions grilled to perfection sweet potato fries delicious although I asked for 1 more container of ranch dressing and worker with a bit of an attitude did charge me, really? Come on! Ya could’ve gotten perfect review across the board!

I recently visited this location and even thought it was busy and a wait time over 10 minutes it was definitely worth it. My order was hot and on point. Cashier was very friendly and patient. The manager was great too, she kept encouraging her staff while working with them. The place looked very clean which was a plus. Definitely coming back.

My favorite the ahi tuna sandwich is a must try. It is very good.

Best to come with a promotion offer, which periodically appears on its app once you register. Try to avoid coming here just after school is over: it is deluged with high school kids.

Finally got to try The Habit Burger Grill in PV! Ordering online via their app for curbside pickup was a snap. The strawberry malt with whipped cream was sweet and delicious. I got the grilled chicken sandwich to be healthy, but I swapped out the bread for sourdough, and it was greasy and oozing with mayo, so dunno how healthy it actually was. The chicken breast itself was a bit dry, so I probably won’t get it again in the future unless I was trying to be healthy. The Santa Barbara char was beefy and cheesy quite yummy. I did notice both sandwiches had soggy bottoms from all the grease and mayo, so maybe go lite on the mayo next time. Tempura green beans were good. Side Caesar salad was crisp and tangy from lemon. Had to save the other side salad for later because I was too stuffed. The food is good but a gut busting amount of calories.

It's hard to write anything as a five star restaurant. Because this is not Michelin rated But at least they brought back the steak sandwich. I ask for teriyaki sauce instead of the other two funky things they offer for this. The meat is substantial and the bun is okay. It's my go-to now when I'm hungry.

This is my first time visiting this fast food restaurant. The store is not big. Maybe due to the lack of staffs, the cleanliness of the seats needs to be improved. The price of food is slightly higher than McDonald's, but the standard of food is very good. The fried onions are worth recommending.

This is the 2nd time I’ve eaten here, we attempted to do a pick up order however the staff were rude and clueless about the order. Our pickup time was 5pm my husband was waiting around for 45 minutes and no one had a clue about the order?? This is the last time we will eat there 🤔

I am kind of surprised how terrible the service is here. I am not asking for 5 star but it took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers. This was after I ordered it. When I checked on my order to see if I missed hearing it the staff gave me attitude. I don't know if the manager is missing but this place needs management.

I never write reviews. I have no problem with the food at habit I think it’s great. Yet, this time at Habit in the drive thru my family and I had a horrible experience. The girl was super rude and all over the place. We asked for a family meal and she charged it all separately . Missing a fry(you’re supposed to get 4 we got three) we asked for a separate tempura green bean(didn’t get it). We get ranch for all of the items, 2 for the nuggets and a couple more for the others, we got 2 ranch total. And then it total she was super rude, not friendly at all. We ended up getting charged over 60 dollars somehow for 4 burgers 3 fries, and 10 nuggets. To keep in mind this is usually a meal that is typically 30-45 bucks. And we didn’t even get everything that was owed to us. Hope this was just a bad day with the girl, but still. Not happy with the customer serve at all.

If improvements are not made quickly, many customers will be disappointed, and this will eventually have negative consequences for the business. I believe responsible action is urgently needed.
