Siamo stati davvero bene in questo Bistrò. Ottimo cibo, ben cucinato. Pasta fresca e pesce freschissimo. Si vede che c'è passione e molta cura. Arredi molto curati e originali. E chicca finale: abbiamo conosciuto i proprietari che guarda caso provengono dalla località da cui arriviamo noi. Simpaticissimo incontro.

Ottimo ristorantino nel centro di Monterosso a mare. Il servizio è ottimo e i piatti e la qualità del cibo apprezzatissima. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e anche i prezzi sono abbordabili.

Un posto autentico che spicca rispetto ai tanti ristoranti per turisti. Ottimo cibo, atmosfera piacevole, personale gentile e simpatico che ci ha accolto con un sorriso nonostante stessero per chiudere la cucina e con il quale abbiamo piacevolmente scambiato due chiacchiere nel corso della serata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Una visita a Monterosso ci ha permesso di conoscere questo locale, piccolino ma ben curato. Abbiamo pranzato ottimamente con spaghetti alle acciughe fresche e gnocchi fatti in casa al pesto, poi abbiamo preso la crostata al pistacchio e frutta fresca tutto ottimo e ben presentato. Certo il costo è medio alto, specie per i dolci, anche se fatti in casa e buonissimi 10 euro,a mio parere è un po' alto. Così come l'acqua a 2.50 ma che è quella depurata. In questo caso non dico di non pagarla, ma magari non come una imbottigliata. Insomma totale con coperto e acqua in due 59.50. Ma siamo a Monterosso, e comunque ripeto, abbiamo mangiato bene.

Piatti molto buoni (e anche belli) e porzioni giuste, persone professionali e gentili, il prezzo è sicuramente adeguato al luogo e alla qualità. Consigliato!!!

Siamo arrivati in pieno Gennaio alle 14, ma siamo stati accolti come se fosse piena stagione. Purtroppo avevano finito i tagliolini, ma anche gli spaghetti al pesto son stati perfetti. Consigliato davvero, pranzo ottimo a prezzi onestissimi!

La prima cosa che si nota al Tosca Bistrot di Monterosso è l’estrema gentilezza: un dettaglio che, in un luogo ad alta densità turistica, vale il doppio. Il menù è curato, con piatti mai banali, proposti con attenzione alle materie prime e senza inutili artifici. In sala il servizio è impeccabile: posate cambiate ad ogni portata — cosa ormai rara, anche in locali che si definiscono di fascia più alta. La carta dei vini è fatta da chi ama davvero il vino, con abbinamenti del territorio perfetti. La proprietaria è una presenza discreta ma fondamentale: la sua passione e attenzione si percepiscono in ogni dettaglio e rappresentano un vero plus dell’esperienza. La carta dei dolci non è da meno del resto: curata, golosa e coerente con la filosofia del locale. Dei piatti non diciamo nulla: andateli a scoprire. Un’esperienza che merita pienamente le sue cinque stelle… e mezza!

Ristorante di altissimo livello. La location è forse il punto carente, nonostante sia buona. La posizione è azzeccata, in centro a monterosso, peccato però che non conoscendolo sia difficile identificarlo dato che è coperto da un mini porticato. Forse un’insegna o qualche oggetto per identificare meglio il locale potrebbero essere impiegati. Il servizio è impeccabile. Nonostante il cameriere mi sembra sia solamente uno, anche in presenza di un numero considerevole di coperti riesce a gestirli tutti egregiamente. Si viene accolti con una ciotola di pane squisito che ti invoglia a fare la scarpetta anche sul piatto vuoto. Sé questa finisce sono pronti a portarne una seconda. Ad ogni portata vengono cambiate le posate e senza doverlo chiedere ci hanno portato anche dei piattini per dividerci i piatti (dato che avevamo preso un secondo in due e un dolce in due). Sempre sorridenti e cordiali sembrano felici per ogni cliente che arriva e ti trattano da re! Per quanto riguarda il cibo penso sia inattaccabile. Abbiamo assaggiato 3 primi (due erano del giorno mentre uno era del menù): “pasta al nero di seppia con pesce spada pinoli capperi e pomodori”, “pasta all’uovo con gamberi e pesto” e “pasta gamberi e burrata”. Ogni ingrediente sembra sia azzeccato e lega bene con gli altri. Piatti saporiti e pesce fresco, non quel pesce da super mercato. Per secondo ci siamo concessi un “filetto di pesce spada agli agrumi” che veramente sapeva di agrumi. Questa cosa mi ha stupito, era un sapore ultra delicato e fine. Filetto morbido e abbondante. La “tagliata di tonno su letto di pistacchi” era altrettanto buona. I dolci sono stati il tocco di classe. Abbiamo preso un cremoso al pistacchio con frutti di bosco che mi ha deliziato il palato. Da amante del pistacchio devo dire che era molto buono. Una bella esperienza! Siamo stati contenti di aver scoperto questa gemma nel cuore di monterosso l’ultimo giorno di vacanza e di essere riusciti a concluderla in bellezza.

Che bomba questo posto a Monterosso! Siamo capitati qui quasi per caso e… meno male! Personale super gentile, sorrisi veri e quell’accoglienza che ti fa sentire subito a casa (o meglio, in vacanza come si deve!). Il cibo? Una meraviglia. Piatti freschi e super saporiti! Insomma, tutto top! Se siete in zona, fatevi un favore e fermatevi qui. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente 🍝🍷

Cosa dire? Semplicemente sublime! Tutto perfetto, luogo, atmosfera, cucina genuina . Il cibo è preparato con tanto amore e passione dalla stessa titolare non che grandissima e umile Sig Tosca, da qui anche il nome del ristorante ❤️

Abbiamo pranzato qui in 2 di Domenica. L’antipasto di Muscoli alla marinara era delizioso, così come anche i primi (trofie al pesto e spaghetti ai frutti di mare) davvero buonissimi. Ottimo anche i dolci ed il limoncello locale. Cibo di alta qualità, pasta fresca e personale gentilissimo, cordiale e accogliente. Prezzi ottimali considerando l’ottima qualità dei prodotti e considerando il fatto che siamo alle 5 terre. Consigliatissimo

Esperienza ottima! Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo fuori. Ho ordinato lasagne al pesto. Erano buonissime, fresche e molto saporite. Anche il personale è gentile e disponibile. Consiglio molto questo locale per chi vuole venire a mangiare a Monterosso. Grande scelta nel menù di piatti di terra e di mare, disponibili anche piatti vegetariani.

Forse i tavoli erano un po’ stretti come dimensioni. Ordinati l’insalata tiepida di mare (piatto del giorno), gli spaghetti allo scoglio e le trofie con spada e melanzane (piatto del giorno). Il prezzo è ben giustificato!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling around Monterosso in Cinque Terre, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. I think it was one of the best pasta I had in my two weeks in Italy. The homemade tagliolini with cream and smoked salmon was absolutely delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and I devoured the whole plate in no time! The people at the restaurant were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better.

The best restaurant in Cinque Terre. Doesn't have the sea view, but wins at everything else: the food, the hospitality, the cost. This place should have a Michelin Star. Chef/owner is so friendly, engaging, and accommodating. We've gone to numerous other places and they all fall short. As such, we've been back multiple times, and we're only sad we can't eat here even more. Can't speak highly enough of our experiences here; this place should have a 5.0 star rating. P.S. the steamed mussels and tiramisu are out of this world.

Very nice place for a dinner. I went for the specialty of the day which was white fish filet with potatos, cherry tomatos and olives, and it was absolutely great! Also liked paña cotta a lot. Perfect service, good music, cozy space inside and two lovely terraces. High quality in all details.

If I could have given this restaurant 5 1/2 stars, I certainly would have. Everything from service to ambiance and certainly the amazing food. Tonight we had seafood fantasy as well as their daily special for pasta. All of this food was extremely good. We’ve been away in Italy now for several days and we would say that this has been the best pasta that we’ve had to date. If you’re visiting Monterosso, you have to stop at this lovely family run restaurant.

Wonderful place. We stayed in Monterosso for three nights and ate here twice because we just knew we would get a good meal. A bit pricey, but worth it. Also the service was exquisite, the main waitress (potential owner) remembered us the second time. The lemon anchovies are the best intro to anchovies. The pesto dishes hit the spot. Good selection of local wines too, try them!

Delicious! From our wine to our dessert everything was amazing. We were not disappointed. We came right at opening and had no issue getting a beautiful table outside. Our mussels were delicious, same with the pastas pictured (seafood & smoked salmon) as well as the branzino and tiramisu. I highly recommend coming for a meal. On top of all, our service was great. Two very nice and friendly ladies :) this restaurant deserves its high rating.

This place was absolutely wonderful. We were lucky and got a table without a reservation at lunch time but it got busy quickly so a reservation is smart. Every dish was so good! We had the prosciutto with cantaloupe, caprese salad, gnocchi, and regular pesto pasta. The service was wonderful too. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Highly recommend!

Ottimo cibo, porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità prezzo super abbordabile per la località turistica in cui ci si trova. L'unica "pecca" che posso sentirmi di sottolineare è che avendo pochi posti, ci siamo seduti all'esterno in una viuzza adiacente il locale, in cui a separarci dal passeggio era un piccolo separé di vimini, il che rendeva il pranzo un po' strano, personalmente mi sentivo osservata tutto il tempo. Ad ogni modo, se si va per assaggiare qualcosa di caratteristico, è il posto gusto!

Siamo venute qui io e mia mamma per un pranzo, abbiamo preso entrambe delle trenette al pesto. Al momento di essere servite sono arrivati i nostri piatti e quelli del tavolo affianco, abbiamo subito notato una differenza nelle porzioni ovvero la nostra decisamente scarsa e l’altra porzione nel tavolo accanto molto abbondante! Nonostante questo il piatto era molto buono e il personale e la titolare molto cordiali!

The food doesn’t have much flavor, not even with salt, and on top of that, everything is very expensive. It’s a huge tourist trap – the fish is very dry, portions are small, and you need to order at least two separate side dishes if you actually want to feel full. Avoid it at all costs.

Service-wise: the waitresses were fine, but the male waiter was truly unpleasant. I felt completely unappreciated. We only stayed because it was late and there weren't many other options available. I chose the pasta with shrimp and burrata: it was one of the most bland and tasteless pastas I've ever eaten. For €18, you expect far more. The shrimp served with heads and shells were off-putting, and the cheese didn't make up for the complete lack of flavor. There wasn't even enough salt. I asked for olive oil to add flavor, but even the house olive oil wasn't good. I only ate it because I was hungry. The atmosphere isn't great either compared to other Monterosso restaurants: quite unappealing with a harsh white light, few tables, and mostly tourists. In short: if you can, avoid it.
