I came here for my 16 birthday with my family, the staff we're really patient and welcoming! Especially our server afsa, the food was amazing and the portion sizes we're perfect, we even had more to take home. The setting is stunning for pictures and we even got free drinks at the end for my birthday, would recommend and I'll be coming back!

Array was absolutely AMAZING! The food was fantastic, but it was our waiter, Sezgin, who truly made the experience. He was incredibly attentive, exceptionally friendly, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was genuinely 10/10. I’ll definitely be recommending Array, and I’ll certainly be returning—hopefully with Sezgin as my waiter again!

My family and I really enjoyed the Mother’s Day special set menu! We were served by a lovely and extremely attentive waitress, Elena. She made sure we were well looked after. Other servers also checked up on us multiple times which added to the friendly atmosphere. The portion sizes were amazing and every meal was packed with flavour at a good hot temperature. It is the perfect environment for families as the seating is accessible and comfortable and the music is appropriate for all. The restaurant was very busy so I would definitely recommend booking beforehand. Honestly would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to enjoy great food with friends or family!😊

My friends and I came for dinner on a Friday evening (Ladies nite out). The customer service was great and the staff were very friendly. The Food was very tasty ( we had the beef short ribs, mixed shish and chicken shish) For dessert, I had red velvet cake which was very delicious and soft, exactly how I like it. The mocktails (pina colada) were delicious. The decor is very nice, and we were so impressed that we were taking lots of pictures. We enjoyed the live singing by Brandon Ambrose (he has a very lovely voice ). We had a very nice and enjoyable time and it was really worth the visit. Highly recommended!!!

I went on a Sunday with family, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like we were celebrating something. Expect full platters, fluffy pancakes, good quality brunch, we chose Mediterranean and American brunch, which was delivered on taste and presentation.

I recently visited this brasserie and grill with a friend, and overall, it was a lovely experience! The place is absolutely stunning—so cute, clean, and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing, with every dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. There was a slight hiccup with the drinks, though. I asked if I could order a certain cocktail that was listed as a sharing option, and while they initially said yes, they later clarified that I could only have a single cocktail but at the price of four, which was a bit disappointing.In the end, I decided to order a different cocktail. However, they still charged us for the sharer one, which we didn’t even have! Luckily my friend checked the receipt and noticed it and they gave us a refund! The staff were very friendly and polite, but it felt a little disorganized as different team members kept checking on us every few minutes, which became a bit much. Despite that, the atmosphere was fantastic—great vibes, very clean, and just a really pretty place to dine. I’d definitely visit again!

Delicious food! All food had amazing flavour - the starters especially were lovely. Caesar salad was decent too! Drinks were nice & dessert tasted nice and was cute too given we weren’t expecting congratulations to be written on it! I had indicated on the reservation it was a congratulations event. Interior decor is very beautiful and has a lovely ambiance.

This review is well over due! I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to Ali and the entire team for a wonderful service! I hosted my friends 60th birthday party at this venue and it was definitely a BLAST! The guests really enjoyed themselves. We were allocated our own area, able to bring our own saxophonist, dance, and have a great time! I as so grateful for the warm service provided. Thank you, Ali. You are the best!

This a a fabulous place - I wish I visited earlier! I did not realise they did brunch and cocktails. In romford there are hardly any places you can actually go to which feel like you’ve been out ‘out’ and have a cocktail. Even during the day - Array delivers ! The food is delicious, great service and ambience and aesthetic decor ! All wins !! It’s great for kids, having lunch with family and an evening out and even for a few drinks.

We visited Array for brunch today. The food was beautiful, the service was fantastic and an overall great atmosphere. Derya in particular was an absolute gem. She was polite, personable and our very own personal photographer! Nothing was too much for her. Thank you again, Derya! We can't wait to visit again soon.

Array offers some of the best food I have ever tasted, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The service was exceptional, with extremely polite staff constantly attentive to our needs and especially helpful and reassuring in caring for my son who has multiple allergies. The restaurant is truly luxurious, with elegant interiors, stunning outdoor gardens, and convenient car parking.

I visited this Array Brasserie & Grill on Wednesday evening, and I must say the atmosphere, ambiance, and staff’s attentiveness were absolutely amazing. The place was spotless and well-organized. I had the mixed shish, and the taste was simply legendary. My friend ordered a steak and was also very satisfied. After our meal, we enjoyed a mixed dessert platter, and the flavors were beyond words! I want to congratulate the management and staff for their excellent service. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place to everyone

Came here for my friend’s birthday and it was such an amazing experience from beginning to finish. First of all, we arrived a little later than we booked, and we were still able to keep our booking, which was great! We got seated and seen to so fast. Before our order came, we were served warm bread with dips - always the best way to start dinner. We ordered Wings for starters, mixed shish and salad, sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese. All the food was so tasty and seasoned well. I loved the wings they were delicious. We were stuffed halfway through. We also ordered drinks- Pina colada and Passion fruit Mojito. Which were tasty and had a kick to it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so nice. All the staff were so lovely and attentive, Making sure we got everything we needed and kept our table spacious. They also sang a lovely happy birthday to my friend, who was pretty shy, but they made her feel celebrated. Overall it was such a joyous birthday occasion and my friend left happy. Thank you to yousef and the team for providing such overwhelmingly good service.

A Must-Visit for Turkish Food Lovers in Romford! Food: We had the mixed shish kebabs, and they were absolutely amazing-easily one of the best in town! Having tried kebabs at various restaurants across London, I can confidently say this place sets the standard. Alongside the kebabs, we enjoyed a selection of mezes and salads, including a classic salad, onion salad, a variety of dips, hummus (a true masterpiece), cacık. The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. To top it off, we were served Turkish tea, which was the perfect complimentary touch to this delightful meal. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It struck the perfect balance -not too loud-, making it easy to have a proper conversation without straining to hear each other. This adds to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience, whether you’re with friends or family. Service: The service was exceptional, with a special mention to the boss and the team for their hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel at home and ensured our dining experience was flawless. This restaurant is a gem for me, and I’ll definitely be visiting again. I have been to Array for my birthday meal and I must say the service was beyond amazing! They really made us feel welcome, allowed us to choose our own seats, and even surprised me in the end with a birthday cake complimentary!! Although the only thing I didn’t like was that the mains for the food were not as good as I thought it’d be but it probably was because we didn’t know what to choose as there was many options on the menu. Despite this, everything else was a 10/10. Aesthetics were gorgeous and the vibes were just perfect 😍 Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable! ❤️

I loved everything about it. The food was an easy 10/10. And a special shout out to Amy she was our hostess in the bar section, honestly you were amazing. Tbh honest all the staff members from the outside to inside of the red were very friendly.

A lovely restaurant in Shepherd hill Romford. High end dining restaurant with lots of space. The restaurant can accommodate over 200+ people from what I could count. We reserve our table even though it was not very busy for a Sunday evening. We were seated in a spacious corner seating area near entrance. Lots of space for all six people. Staff were very polite and friendly. They clearly explained about food we could eat and which food and drink we couldn’t as it was served with alcohol. The main menu had a good choice of starters, sides and mains. We order a ribeye steak, chicken leg off the bone, Galveston short rib, wagyu beef burger, chops with salad and kids mini burgers. We order a variety of mocktails from lychee, pina colada and mango juice with tap water for everyone. The waitress brought bread with dips. We love the bread was different from other Turkish style bread we had. Drinks followed beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The food didn’t take too long to arrive and came beautifully presented, fresh and hot. Take a look at the photo they say it all. The food was tasty and we all love the food and drink. The atmosphere was relaxed, beautiful decor, lighting. The toilets were even decent. We all had a great time celebrating our daughters 18th birthday. Thank you to all staff. The bill I feel was fair for what we ordered and the place came to around £30 per person including drinks. Will definitely recommend to others.

We were invited here for a Sunday brunch and I was throughly impressed! They have excellent decor and atmosphere, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and the seating was very comfy. There's also an outdoor area at the back which I assume is opened once we have some sun. As for the food, they have lots of options and staff are able to suggest a dish if you get stuck. I went for the French All American which came with fruits and I swapped pancakes for French toast which was out of this world! 😋 For desert I had a sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel, honestly I probably should have held back but their treat menu looked too good. It also hit the spot so tops marks there too. Final point, I noted a few people there on a date and also a family celebrating a birthday, the venue is great for all of these events. Definitely a high recommendation from me ✨🌟✨

Great customer service. Highly recommended. Portion sizes are excellent. None of us were able to finish our food, therefore you get what you paid for. We were served by the waitress Elene, lovely lady. And there was a head waiter that was really good too. They accommodated my 3 year old nephew and provided excellent care. I will be returning!

Customer service was exceptional, I came with family and we had 2 toddlers and a baby with us so you can imagine the noise and chaos. The staff were so friendly made sure we were comfortable, helped keep the kids happy and also had a toddler friendly menu. Our food was cooked to perfection! Literally planning my next visit there as we speak.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful and kind. One staff member who served us, Afsha, was very friendly and her customer care skills were outstanding. We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Array Brasserie & Grill on Saturday, and we truly loved everything about our experience. We were visiting with our 11-month-old baby, and the restaurant provided all the conditions to make us feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and very friendly both to our child and to us. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the service was excellent. That evening there was live music, which made the experience even more special. The performer sang beautifully, was very polite, and the music was not too loud, creating a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. We were impressed by every detail of this restaurant. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely come back again.

Me and the Mrs were looking for a new dinner spot and this place did not disappoint! The vibe is incredibly relaxed and the service was friendly and fast without feeling rushed. Staff was really friendly specially Elena her service was 10/10. You can tell the kitchen really cares about the quality of the ingredients. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommended for an stress-free, high-quality meal.

Visited Array Brasserie & Grill recently. The food was nice and well-presented, and the service was good overall. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the aesthetics and atmosphere of the restaurant — it felt a bit average and could definitely be improved to match the quality of the food. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as special as I expected.

It's a nice place to celebrate your birthdays at with friends and family. It’s a bit on the pricy side - so best prepare your wallet. They do have a healthy selection of meals that will satisfy all. Personally I don’t eat fish because of the smell but despite one of us ordering the sea bass, I didn’t even smell it. The staff is super helpful and always checking up on you to ensure all is good. The bill comes with a default gratuity of 10% which is fair considering the service we received. They facilitated moving us to a different table when we requested - which is subject to table sitting availability. Overall, all was good and I would recommend for those who just want a bit fancier atmosphere without it being too suffocating. Apparently there is a live music performance, but today there wasn’t any when we were there, although it seemed like they were setting it up when we were about to leave.

I came here for a meal with my family last week for my birthday. What a lovely venue beautifully decorated and the food was unreal! The drinks were amazing! The waitress we had was amazing didn’t catch her name but she was a lady with red hair and the young girl who served our table. Thank you so much to her what lovely ladies☺️ However when both ladies were busy with other tables which is expected on a Saturday night couldn’t find anyone near where we was to order drinks. Other than that was a lovely night with great music and an experience! Thank you x

Went for Brunch and was not disappointed !!! Really great menu and the food was delicious. They offer a really wide selection of options and the food not only looks but tastes fantastic. The staff were super friendly and accommodating however they seemed understaffed for brunch and we could see the waiter struggling to keep-up at times. The conservatory area is absolutely stunning in the sun and I’m looking forward to coming back and trying their dinner and even their Sunday Roast which looked epic.

Visited Array for dinner on a Saturday evening with friends. We arrived 10 mins late (had called to advise beforehand) and were encouraged to the bar for a drink even though our table was ready which always frustrates me when restaurants do this. The starters were the best food of the evening, especially the wagyu beef sliders. The mains I would say were average, I have definitely had better at lots of other Turkish restaurants. There was a live singer throughout the evening who provided some fun entertainment although we were seated right next to him so after a while it would have been nice to be able to hear each other! The staff were very friendly, personable and had good banter. Overall it was a good evening but wouldn’t rush back.

She was extremely understanding, attentive, and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and exceeded our expectations. We also really enjoyed the entertainment, which created a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening. Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and great entertainment made our experience at Array truly memorable.

A spacious restaurant, which was great for a girls catch-up as it was empty on a Thursday night. My friends tried the BBQ chicken wings and hummus with bread. For my mains, I had the chicken shish with hand cut chips. The chicken was tender and well cooked. There was a miscommunication and our waiter charged us for a bottle of wine instead of 3 glasses and was only able to amend it by taking off the service charge so please do check your bill if you do visit. Would love to see some vegan desserts that aren’t sorbets!

Sooo decided to join the hype and have a try at Array today as it was very local to me and thought I'd treat the family . . . Service was 10/10 the man who served us and took our order was top fella 👍 Lady in the front (reception) who I think we spoke to on the phone when I booked seemed to be in her own world not really a hostess and seem to not bother about who comes in and out of the place. The venue was very pretty and classy with enough parking on site. Now the food . . . I mean it wasn't amazing but it wasn't terrible either. I had the rib eye steak which basically had no flavour but it was cooked very nice and the only saving grace was the mushroom sauce which I enjoyed very and honestly just about saved the dish. Mac n cheese very meh. Wagyu slliders and dynamite prawns for starters was very meh. Wife got the mix sheesh which was actually pretty good and very filling. Drinks were nice but a rip off at £10. Honestly for the money I expected WAY better. So I have to say I'm actually pretty disappointed and don't think I'll be back anytime soon unfortunately.

Went for my mother’s birthday for brunch. Please read the other recent reviews, it seems like this restaurant has gone seriously downhill in the past half year or so. After 20 minutes of being seated, they still had not even given us menus! It took us walking around the restaurant to find a waiter to ask for the menus. This was not a one off - many other tables waited 15-30 minutes for a menu. It then took a further 30 minutes to receive drinks and nearly 60 minutes for food. The staff did not apologise for the wait. There were 3 chefs and 6 waiters for 7 tables so they were not understaffed. When they finally served the food, we were met with unkind and sarcastic comments from the staff which was incredibly shocking as it was completely unprovoked. As for the food, it was overpriced due to the decor being updated. Even simple things were unsatisfactory - such as the poached eggs being overcooked (who wants to pay £15 for a hard poached egg yolk!). After all this, they had the nerve to charge for service… The only positive was the chicken on the chicken waffle. Over an hour wait and being served by waiters who hate their jobs and their customers is not worth a piece of chicken. I would not recommend this experience for anyone.

I do not recommend at all!!! I booked for New Year's Eve, the menu was 75 pounds per person a month ago! When I arrived at the venue on New Year's Eve, the surprise price had miraculously increased to 88 pounds and they cancelled the booking made a month ago as soon as I arrived at the venue, so there is nothing you can do. The music was pathetic!! and they did not know how to get you out faster!! the service charge was 55 pounds without any explanation!! avoid this place if you do not want last minute surprises.
