Zizzi - South Woodford

Our waitress, Elena, was so nice and kind to us with excellent service, excellent food and cosy atmosphere. I really recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to dine out on a nice Friday night.

I recently dined at Zizi restaurant and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Our server took the time to explain the menu in detail, recommend dishes based on our preferences, and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was to our liking. The staff worked seamlessly together to deliver our food promptly and with a smile. What stood out the most was the genuine care and hospitality shown by the team at Zizi restaurant. They were quick to address any requests we had and were always courteous and professional throughout our meal. Overall, the outstanding service at Zizi restaurant truly enhanced our dining experience, and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for not just great food, but also top-notch service.

Delicious dinner and lovely atmosphere. It was fairly quiet on Thursday around 7pm so was great. A lot of attention from staff and manager. Great experience will be definitely coming back!

Wonderful service by Liliana. She was so friendly, dedicated, warm and welcoming. She kept checking on us but not too much. We really appreciate a lovely experience for our daughters 11th birthday. We will be back soon. Also chef Iliana made delicious food too. Thank you!

Warm welcome and family atmosphere in Zizzi was on Sunday. Food was fresh and yummy. Service was amaizing. I will back definitely.

We really enjoy coming to this Zizzi’s and whenever we are served by Lilyana, we get an amazing service. Food is always excellent and and having a warm and welcoming service makes all the difference with a young toddler :)

We had a large family celebration and Liliana Joao were so helpful and attentive. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was just so friendly. The kids were entertained by the staff and can’t wait to go back. Having fussy eaters with us, they were very accommodating and couldn’t have been more part of the family! Both Liliana and Joao are a credit to the company and we can’t thank them enough for making our day more special ❤️

We've been coming to Zizzi in South Woodford for years & have always enjoyed the food here. The service is always good but sometimes they have some exceptional staff like Karina who is always friendly & remembers her regular customers, she has time to talk to her customers. We had a lovely family meal and were looked after the moment we got there until we left. The service from Joel and Liliana was exceptional. Nothong was too much for them. Lorenzo was a great server. We received a genuine, warm welcome and received attentive service throughout our visit. Lorenzo checked on us enough times to be sure we had all we needed but not too much that it felt intrusive. The food was some of the best I've had inane Zizzi branch - served hot and full of flavour. We'll definitely return soon!

Just had a lovely meal in Zizzi South Woodford for my sons birthday. Food was delicious, service is excellent and a nice calm atmosphere. Liliana even surprised my son at the end with an ice cream with a candle in it singing happy birthday. Thank you for a special night.

Had a great late lunch at Zizi's South Woodford! The restaurant was pretty quiet so we had a really nice service from Liliana. The food tasted very fresh and came out super quick.

Rohat was absolutely amazing with me and my friends, we had two situations with our food and a problem with our bill and he sorted it all out with such ease and quickness. BIG UP ROHAT!!! U guys need to give him a promotion Again thank you Rohat!! 👊🏾🙌🏾

Always a very warm welcome at Zizzi. Great for kids. Liliana and Karina made sure we had everything we needed.

Child friendly restaurant they have colouring to keep the kids entertained The staff was pleasant and good service. It's expensive for pizza here although the food was nice it is a bit pricey but nice for an occasional treat. Spent approx. £100 lunch for two adults and two young kids. The kids drink robinson / fruit shot does not come in the branded bottle.. they came in plastic cups so you don't know for sure.

Nice atmosphere and layout, the staff here were very friendly and professional and patient with our group. Food came out quickly and was nicely presented and good. We brought our own cake and staff were helpful serving it up etc

The service was so lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. I really liked the added touches of hot chocolate at the end of the meal. The festive truffle arancini were first class. I'd eat them all year round. Huge portions and great price. Only marked down a star as mains were slightly overcooked but still very tasty. We will always come back to zizzi ❤️

The food was superb, the chefs cook amazing dishes in good time. The waiters were excellent, polite, friendly and very helpful. The only problem is the room tempature. Its very hot and uncomfortable inside. There should be better air conditioning. Great restaurant, I would go back but I'll wait until the weather is cooler, unless they get better air conditioning.

21/12/19 - Service was good and polite 8/10. Food looks good, the salmon wasn't nice, prawns were ok 5/10. 5 years ago 4/5: Waitress was good. Decor is ok. Food is quick. Price is ok. The tables n chairs yuck. Booths good. Location parking difficult, buildings uniqueness below block of flats. Try it to know it.

Zizzi is a chain and therefore service and food differ between each one. The one thing that really stood out for me was the amount of waiting staff that were available and six tables (including us) that needed to be served. Between the waiting staff and tables, there would be a maximum of 2 tables they would need to serve completely. Our time at the restaurant took 2 hours for all of our food to come out between 2 adults and a child. Somehow my food was served before the others seated with me, even though I ordered 15 minutes later, their food taking almost 30 minutes. We had to ask for a glass 4 times before we were provided with one. A kid's dessert had to be asked for twice, and also took over 20 minutes to be served. The food itself was okay, although feeling slightly overpriced for the whole experience, although personally my pizza was slightly under cooked and I ended up using condiments to flavour the pizza. Not to say that this would be the experience you'd have everytime you come here, as a familiar face had also come to eat here around 15 minutes later, and by the time we bid our farewells, they seemed to have already finished eating. Take my review as you will but personally I wouldn't dine here again. - There was one waitress however who was quite attentive when we tried getting the attention of the staff, so my thanks to you.

Food wise not much of a variety for vegetarians or vegans. The normal female manager is a bit of a misery so it was really nice having Karina on duty which was a breath of fresh air. She is extremely pleasant and very helpful. It's a shame all the staff are not like her.

Avoid Zizzi, or avoid anything except simple pizzas, because Zizzi may be able to cook them. We had the food in the photos which was mostly very overcooked. The pork skin was like leather.
