Great fast service

Sometimes I understand the rush. Working sales and retail fast food suckes....tonight I want to recognise Nicole and Jennifer for their great service and professionalism I've had several issues late at night ( it was 12:45am! With my order not being right but I want to recognise these 2 women for making sure my order was correct they were friendly professional funny and went above and beyond to insure we had good service and everything we needed thankyou guys

Love Jack in the box. Just a little rumor update. They don't change their oil or clean grills properly. Found this out from a customer. One thing I cannot stomach at this location is the scrambled eggs in the breakfast platter. They are overcooked and look dirty. Hash browns taste fishy. Cinnamon toast sticks were hard. Whole breakfast tasted like it was sitting from early morning and they reheated it. I threw it away and made my daughter fresh breakfast with my own food. Jumbo Jacks look like you sat on them. They are flat and buns are soaked in juices from Mayo. Hardly any lettuce to at least give burger some height. I can’t no more. C’mon Jack in the box get someone who knows how to cook. 🙄It’s mostly day crew. If you’re going to go go at dinner time after 5pm. What happened to appetizing and presentation? Now I know why. They don't clean equipment right. 🤥🙄😕😒

Thank you Jennifer and the team!! For replacing my drink and seeing me as customer. Here is my late night story. I dropped my large soda while carrying my backpack and folders to my place and dropped my large sprite but managed to save my girlfriend’s small Dr Pepper, light ice. Jennifer replaced my drink at no cost and remembered me! I was willing to pay for a new drink but she insisted it was okay. I don’t have much honestly, but all I wanted was some soda while studying and she understood that! Thank you truly Jennifer!!!

This 24 hour location is my go to lication night and day. The food is always hot and drive-thru moves along at a furious pace. In and out, even uf you got 10 cars ahead if you for some unknown reason this location gets you through quick and on your way!

I ended up ordering my free reward from the app, for some reason it got sent to another Jack in the box on 10th st in Lancaster. Josie helped me out and called to cancel it there and get it ordered here. The customer service was exceptional and the store looked immaculate. The food was good. Overall too I always come here, never really have had problems, but I sure do with the McDonald’s and Taco Bell nearby, only place that’s been reliable and consistent for me. Thanks Josie once again you’re awesome!

We tried it again, everything was good, nice people!! The hamburgers need to start cooking as the order comes in. Make them fresh I would rather wait & get it right off the stove.

I like this Jack in the Box. The place is neat, and clean. The condiments, beverage kids, and straws are always stocked up. The staff is friendly. The service is fast and accurate.

Good location. Close to freeway entrance/exit, there are other nearby places to eat if someone in the group want something different, and it's right next to a gas station.

Pretty decent location. They are usually pretty busy so the wait is kind of long. But the food is usually as good as it gets for jack in the box.

Decent food...service and atmosphere were lesser considerations. I guess getting the order correct the first time vs. the second time was kinda...annoying.

The woman who helped me was nice. Very quick when cashing me out and getting my food. The dining room was clean and pretty quiet while I was there. I would go back to this location if I'm ever in the area.

Not one for the food, more of a junk mickeys fan, but the service is always prompt and proper. I really wish they'd take my tips for being awesome people, seeing as I'm a strong believer that if you earn it you deserve it. I like their junky menu items, like the churros and milkshakes. I've never had a food quality issue neither.

Cheaper than McDonald's and more variety. Rosamond restaurant is also very clean and the staff is always friendly. Definitely our new go to fast food spot since all the others raised their prices.

I'd give 5 stars if you would simply give the employees an option to build a breakfast sandwich with just egg and cheese. Those of us that don't want meat shouldn't have to order an item that comes with meat only to delete it but still PAY FOR IT. How complicated would it be to give us an egg and cheese only option?

Poor quality fast food. I asked for a fresh cooked burger but i suspect it was fresh out of the microwave. The chocolate shake was good. Aug 2022 update: I tried the spicy chicken strips combo. I used the Buffalo and the ranch dipping sauce. They were cooked fresh and actually pretty good if you are hungry. Even the fries were good. You can get a coupon and get the shake for $3. I had chocolate and it was great.

I rated the food 3 stars because it seems like every time I get an order here somethings wrong with it. Other than that, it's Jack-In-The-Box, not Demonico's Steak House. And the drive-thru tends to be a bit on the slow side. Love the 2 for $3 Breakfast Jacks in the app!! 🤘🤘

This is a Jack-in-the-Box attached to a gas station. Standards very according to that qualifier. It seems like a decent little place though. At the time there was a little kid absolutely destroying everything he possibly could with his backpack unsupervised but not much they could do about that. The food was solid when I received it and when I was done with it. Sometimes that's really all you can ask for.

The lady that was bringing orders to the parking lot was rude and sagging like a boy but the cashier (manager) was real nice

I recommend the drive thru service - its alot faster than to place the food order inside the restaurant. The food is cooked well and friendly customer service.

The Drive Thru service is very slow. Half of the time they ask you to pull to the front and then they take forever to bring out your food.

It was a typical Jack in the box meal although I haven't had Jack in the box in a while I can say their food portion sizes have shrank and their prices have increased and I feel the food portion size for the price isn't accurate although I do have to say the food was fresh hot And quickly served I do believe the outside needed a little attention couple of trash cans were overflowing and trash on the ground!

Such a awesome spot for a good bite to eat, social activity and relaxation. Night crew tend to be full of themselves. Always yelling, fighting with one and other. Often times night crew come to work sick. Night crew is between 4 to 10:30ish. Amelia is awesome. Homeless arnt welcome.

The food's as good as it gets with Jack in the Box but they've clearly been having a lot of trouble finding people to work nights for the past few months. I've gotten in the habit of ordering online whenever I'm visiting passed 10pm just for that extra verification that someone is actually working. Trouble is: they seem to have been forced to settle for pretty terrible customer service lately just to keep the drive-through open. For years they had a woman working nights (she had to have been a manager) who was extremely kind, professional, and even got in the habit of remembering regulars. I hope she's moved on to something better because I havent seen her in quite some time. But, the passed few people who have served me just seem like no one even trained them. They don't tell you to pull forward, they're not easily intelligible on the speaker, and they can often be either callous or just altogether rude. I hate to call out employees who I'm sure aren't being paid very well, but I have to imagine the management knows about these issues already and I'd like to at least have consistent service again. Seems like you've had trouble getting people to work through the night for a long time now, maybe it's time to offer more for the position?

Have been going to this Jack in the Box off and on for about 6 months and at all times of the day. At the beginning I was having the same problem most people were having with this location, missing items, undercooked or not matching the what the food item should look like and long with attitude. Recently when I show up late at night now answers the drive through and I have waited along with other people in line or I have been told I need to wait 20 or more minutes with NO explanation.

Slow service and barely got cheese or bacon and no ranch dressing that I asked for

The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The staff was professional. I would consider this an average place.. But, I don't know how they did it but the food was cooked well and NOT greasy. I don't know if it's always like that arty this place... but the lack of excessive grease really impressed me.

I.went for dinner but my order was done wrong. And I got charge extra for some changes that I made. And the bread was still. I ask for buttery sauce and I got nothing. When I got home I was disappointed. To see that my food was done wrong.

They got my food correct this time BUT, my drink was not. It's hit or miss if I will get an unsweetened Tea or a Sweet tea. I hate Sweet Tea!!!!!! Read the ENTIRE order, not just the beginning! Dumped the entire large sweet tea fown the drain, thanks!

Asked to pull around front to wait for food, waited 20 mins for my food. Edit: They were doing better for a bit, but the quality is decreasing. Still taking a long time and messing up orders unfortunately.

Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about this JITB, but it's incredibly annoying that--despite the website and signage saying "Open 24 hrs"--I typically find the drive-thru entrance blocked by road cones when I stop for breakfast on the way to work. Forces me to go across the street to McD's instead.

Food is never really that good but this is not a food review. I asked for a large combo and received my fries half full. When I pay more for more food I expect more food but my wifes fries had more and they were a small.

I ordered a jumbo jack with no cheese at the drive thru. After I was given the burger I checked if there was cheese and to my surprise there was. I walked in and politely told them I asked for no cheese. They apologized and made it again. I was on my way to work so I didn't check again. When I got to my job and got the burger out it had two layers of cheese and lettuce instead of a bun.

Typical jack in the box, except for graveyard times. States it's open 24hrs, but I'd say 40-60% if the time there's cones blocking the drive thru entrance.

They left out one item out of our bags and when told them we didn't have everything, the employee at the window took our bags but the employee behind them said everything was in the bags. After they looked again and the item we ordered was put on the line, they oh it wasn't in the bag. No apology nothing. Everytime we go there they leave out something m which is why we looked before we left the window. Update, had to ask for our debit card back

Had to lower my rating. They used to be great but lately they've been dropping the ball. Order is always missing things. I can understand when it happens sporadically but lately, it's every visit.

Used to be open 24 hrs then suddenly started putting signs and blocking the drive through. Then took another 30 minutes after said time to actually open the drive through and when finally getting up to serve workers always sound bored dull and lifeless no matter what time of day I go.

I ordered online. Arrived at the designed time and still had to wait 15 more minutes. Disappointing and inconvenient. Cashier also raised suspicion about my order even though I already declared an in app order when I arrived.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from a late night school event. First the gentleman behind the counter rudely told us if we wanted to order we would have to use the kiosk. Which we were planning to do anyways we were just reviewing the menu. Then when our order was called the two chicken bowls we ordered had no sauce. When the MANAGER Jennifer was notified and we asked for the teriyaki sauce she said the sauce packets were discontinued and they only have sauce in the kitchen and for some reason couldn't provide the sauce. After fighting a bit they finally agreed to "remake" the bowls which I'm sure they just drizzled the sauce on them. This was such an awful experience, we will never return to this location again.

The youngsters that call this establishment their work place are usually rude. This time they were pleasant, but I ordered a jumbo jack with bacon. And I got home to find a jumbo jack with bacon. And no hamburger patty. I laughed. Then sighed. And went to bed hungry.-lol at Jack in the Box responding. I did what they said and no one contacted me.

Why don't y'all quit having truck parking over here?? I can't order at the drive through because I don't have a car I have an 18-wheeler. Like y'all care. I'll never stop here again even during hours that I can walk inside. My money is just as good whether I have a car or not.

Curly fries are always crums. If you ask for no cheese on your burger they put 2 slices. If you ask for extra lettuce on your tacos they put like no lettuce.

Probably the worst JITB in the AV. Every single time I go, at least one of the following will occur: 1) my order is wrong/given wrong items; 2) the line is crazy and takes upwards of 20 minutes, easily; 3) the food is MASSIVELY either overcooked, or hilariously undercooked (I've gotten cold and partially frozen fries and chicken sandwiches multiple times now). Avoid this one. Either hit Mojave or Lancaster. Don't settle for this one.

For the last number of times we went through the drive, the customer service was very poor. We will not return and recommend driving a bit further to Ave I foe better service.

Made us pull up to get off clock so they don't show how bad service is. Then gave our food cold and flat like someone sat on it. I went in and showed Manager and then said just give me refund and she never said sorry or nothing. When i got my refund I said thank you and she said there you go...so sad how this location is always rude and poor service.

I ordered Jack in the box at around 12:00 am. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and was so so disappointed in what I got. The fries were cold, the sprite tasted so weird the buns were hard as rocks! There was ONE piece of lettuce and no cheese. It's an absolute waste of money. Will literally never take a chance on them again ugh.

"A employee Ofelia" is really rude , disrespectful, racist, and had a really bad attitude. She was really hateful towards me and mean for when I wanted a sauce packet, She said some slurs behind my back because I am Salvadorian, She then treated my order like garbage. She crumbled up and smashed my burger and pretended nothing happen, she then put less fries when I ordered extra fries, this employee should be fired. She should appreciate she has job with her ugly attitude towards customers. There is nice people out there that need a job and that professional dealing with customers services.

They have the worst attitude and customer service. I was in drive thru and I asked for medium drink with no ice and gave me a drink full of ice. When I politely said I asked for no ice she gave me attitude and argued with me saying it didn’t have ice when it did. When she gave back my drink it wasn’t even full and she rushed me off. And my encounter with that whole shift is always the same. Poor attitude, poor customer service, and poor food quality.

Every time I give this jack in the box another chance I'm always disappointed. They forget the condiments I ask for, coffee in the ice tea when I just wanted iced tea, I have been given my breakfast bag 3 times with no hash brown in it. I used to never have issues. They need to reevaluate the people they hire.

Here at 230 am, person said they are on break and couldn’t take our order. Line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes. What kind of establishment doesn’t have enough people to work the drive thru at night?

Placed order and ordered extra bacon mayo sauce on breakfast jacks total 6 , 2 w/ bacon cashier unfamiliar with menu. Paid extra for condiments . Order was wrong no extra sauce and no bacon. They barley put on mayo. Had to repeat order 4 times. This is the second time this has happened here.

Please I am warning you. Don’t come to this jack in the box. Everything you order is horrible. The managers do not care about there customers I’ve had a couple altercations with my food not meeting my expectations and they were really rude about it I asked for a refund which they did not grant. This place can’t even make a grilled cheese sandwich correctly even after I told the drive through guy the last time I came my grilled cheese wasn’t even melted and didn’t use butter to grill the sandwich and I didn’t find out until I was on the 14fwy and all he said why did I come back to this jack n a box .. who says that ..you want people to come back ..so long story short I came today and told the drive through guy please butter my bread when grilling for my grill cheese and he said they always do I said no they don’t and once again he said why do I come back ..crazy he’s turning y’all customers away ..once again my grilled cheese wasn’t melted and no butter …lol

The service from the counter person was rude. The manager wasn't any better. Her name was Ofelia. While counting my change the person at the counter asked me rudely if something was wrong. Then after counting my 20 tacos I asked for sauce which was not provided and Ofelia dropped 5 packs on the counter and walked away. Really unprofessional and ghetto to say the least! They were arguing in front of customers like it was the thing to do! Really need to take a look at who you are hiring!

I got half a cold small fry and I ordered a bonus jack with one patty and when I open my burger it looks like there was no Patty because it was just thrown to the side very horrible job. I'm very sad because out of all of the places and Rosemont I chose to eat at Jack In The Box spent the few dollars that I did have for a meal that I couldn't even eat

I'm never buying here again. My bill was 35 and I paid with a 100 bill, and they didn't have change. That's money! I don't understand how a restaurant like this doesn't have change! I'm over this location. I come here seldomly because it's always disappointing and annoying too deal with them when the order is messed up. Today for example place a mobile order 6 minutes broke i get there and had to wait out front for an additional time period only to get to work and discover that I did not get my entire order. When this location first opened it was awesome and now? I'll drive to Lancaster if I'm craving their over priced small burgers. I've already filed out a survey and given my number. Let's see if they care enough to actually contact me. 🙄

Dissapointed. Everywhere online touts jack in the box as having a 20 percent senior discount i was told only senior discount is on drinks when i asked about it, then i didnt even get that on my drink. Going somewhere else next time i go out for lunch. Then i might not have to worry about some ladys dog wandering around begging for food. (Thats another story).

I just left from Jack In The Box and it was a horrible experience I stood in the Drive-Thru for 16 minutes for two tacos and a curly fry and once I get to the window the drunk lady told me to park and wait for my food. So I go inside they made me one taco the other Taco was cold and my curly fries were also cold. Instead of arguing with the drunk people up there I called in and they still had a attitude and told me to save the food and bring it back later when the manager gets there which is ridiculous
