I know it’s a chain but this Lucille’s out does most small mom & pop bbq joints. I am very critical about food but their Brisket is top notch and melts in one’s mouth. Also, got to get their potato salad (it’s a creamy version without the big potato pieces). Service was top notch too with a hot towel at the end to clean myself up. This 350 pound guy approves this place ha 😀

Beef ribs on point. Chicken needs some smoke. Pork burnt ends were dry. Seasonal veggies are good. Potato salad and coleslaw was good. Biscuits are addictive. Did not like the greens at all, could just be me. Went twice in one week!

First time here on fathers day and food was served fast. The biscuits at the start were nice and soft better than expected. We got the brisket burnt ends for appetizer which were a treat dipping them in their own Lucillo’s bbq sauce. The mac and cheese was amazing our favorite part. Lastly we got a full slab of ribs that hit the spot 👍

Exceptional service from Isabella who was attentive and continually checked on how were doing. She was even caring for a large family group, and never dropped the ball once in service excellence for any of those she was serving. Free refills on Muddy Waters (think Arnold Palmer) were refreshing. Lunch choices were great. I enjoyed the two meat special while my companions enjoyed the three meat special and lettuce wrapped burger. I ordered some BBQ sauces and rub online as well..❤️

This place was amazing the ambiance, the employees, the food . By the way there were only three options for me as I’m Pescatarian . The option I chose was probably the best option. It was so delicious. I got the Whiskey Bbq glazed Salmon . Salmon fillet seasoned with our signature rub, grilled and topped with crispy quinoa and whiskey BBQ glaze, fresh cilantro and Lucille’s onion straws, served with two sides. I think this is you best options if your overwhelmed with the many food choices . Also thanks to our server she was so nice and brought us the biscuits with sweet butter a couple of times . Thank you for the great service ♥️ very please such a beautiful place

I asked the waitress for a recommendation, she provided very well explanation. I mentioned my allergies (by these days unfortunately), and a specialist knowing the ingredients mentioned his recommendations. Service was great, brisket deli mc and cheese on the simple the better. Fries were ok, biscuit a deliciousness a delicacy. I’ll be back soon to try more plates for sure. Beautiful environment. I have to be year living in the LA area, looking for a good bbq spot, I don’t know if it is a chain or a franchise or same owner but they have good products. Thanks again

Service was ok. I understand they can be really busy. I appreciate the work everyone does to serve a lot of people. The wait for food was a long time, but it is understandable. The food was ok. 2nd time coming here. The barbecue ribs are great. The grilled salmon is great, too. The garlic mashed potatoes taste great. I enjoyed my dinner here with family.

Our server Max was amazing. The food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted good! The fried chicken, the baby back ribs, and those loaded fries were definitely highlights. The biscuits with butter were so good and so soft. Definitely coming back soon.

Went to happy hour with friends last Friday, happy hour from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9pm to close. Not sure about happy hour in other location. Service is good server is very friendly, happy hour is only served in the bar and the high table by the bar area. Will try other items on the happy hour menu next time. Check out the photos here. Parking lot is right in front of the restaurant, you can't miss it.

We stumbled upon this restaurant because it was across the street from our hotel and the smell wafting gloriously through the air every time we came outside led us there. It has a neat southern charm atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The food was pretty tasty and they have 3 BBQ sauces on the table to use as needed. I ordered the baby back ribs lunch special and upgraded to the corn chowder as a side. My friend got pulled pork and smoked brisket lunch special with garlic mashed potatoes. They also provide biscuits with a whipped sweet seasoned butter that they call "apple butter" (but isn't the traditional type). Everything was very tasty. The servers were all helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend and return myself. 👌

We dinned in and ordered some options off of the kids menu as well as a medium rare steak with fettuccine Alfredo as well. The food was good, we did also order a raspberry lemonade that despite it having a few ice cubes in it was quite literally warm. Other than that the food was good & the shrimp in the kids Alfredo was actually pretty good, a lot better than we anticipated. Our server Joselio was attentive & the front desk personnel Fred was also very professional and prompt. We were given a 15-20 minute wait time but waited about 10 minutes or less we were pleasantly surprised especially considering how busy the restaurant was.

I ordered a variety dishes. Many of them came out very oily. There was a puddle of oil just sitting on the side of the plates. The salad was too sour. The lasagna was nice. But the creamy dishes were again, way too oily. The staff was really nice though. The chicken and potato gnocchi was really good my favorite by far. Had some fried sides and that was alright too, but could’ve been better.

This location is always busy. I usually come here before 5 p m Because I hate waiting in line. Regardless if I get lucky or not, the food here never disappoints. Endless salad and breadsticks. Good meatball and shrimp appetizer is fantastic. The pasta plates large enough to always have leftovers at home and service is fast. My new favorite drink is the apple sangria, soooo good. It's made from Moscato and is nice take on the bitter normal sangria.

This is definitely not your home style cooking, well unless you are Italian. It's very good though. The bread sticks are delicious, the salad great. The day I went was a holiday, but I didn't think it would be packed with a 30 min wait. We waited and got the experience. Wait service was great, place was loud with people chattering, food was good. Nice place overall.

Their scampi is not so great anymore, the sauce is very watery and barely has any flavor. Everything else is fine. The raspberry ice tea is good, just don’t forget to mix them before drinking because I didn’t do that and the first thing that hit my mouth was a load of syrup. The gnocchi creamy soup has a lot of oil and i had to stop drinking not even half way through. In general, food is good, but it was better a few months ago… the waitress got one of our orders wrong, but generally sweet and friendly.

Ok I had been waiting for years to eat here, every person that talked about it hyped it up so maybe that’s why my expectations were so high so this may be my fault but, the best thing I ate there was the Caesar salad and the brisket, the greens the mashed potatoes were ok the Mac and cheese was nasty it tasted like it was out of a box the meat wasn’t seasoned enough and it wasn’t as tender as I would have hoped for, the biscuits were good tho, now like I said this may be my fault for thinking way to highly to start with but I’ve had way better bar be Que from Texas roadhouse. But all in all it was ok just overpriced for the taste.

Ok, yes I gave Olive garden 3 stars across the board but I really did enjoy the all you can eat soup and salad and pasta. I mean of course the soup and salad is pretty pedestrian but I enjoyed the pasta with its meat sauce and sausage as well as your basic creamy mushroom sauce. I might forgo the soup next time I'm just a salad and two plates of pasta which was filling enough.

Food at this location is hit or miss. Service is USAUALLY good. Hosts and most staff are friendly. But I've had two bad experiences with servers at this location. The most recent happened this week. I had a server who gave both myself and partner bad vibes from the get go. If you are a person of color stay away from the older waitress. Really wish I remembered her name but it was something thing like Lassy, lissy, Lissa, lessy something like that. Anyway she asked if things were okay as she walked by instead of actually stopping and checking on us. At first I felt bad because of her age and thought she was just old, tired, possibly body aches (things that usually affect older people) but then I noticed a table of Caucasian individuals whom she was very attentive towards. She did what waiters are supposed to do. Stop, ask if they need anything, offer refills, more salad or bread. My partner would have liked a refill, I would have liked a refill, we were out of pepper and couldn't ask for replacement because she passed by once and didn't "check-in" again. We were done and she was no where in sight. We waited 5 min before I got up myself to ask for a box. I would have liked a bag as well but still, she was nowhere to be found. We would have liked a chocolate but I just paid and walked out. I felt ignored, profiled and discriminated against by this person. If she only prefers to serve a certain group of people she is in the wrong location! Also, it wasn't busy so that was not an excuse.

From the unruly toddlers running around the outdoor patio, the long wait for my server to check in and the mediocre food, this particular Lucille's was NOT what I remember! It seems like they struggle dealing with a crowded restaurant. I made a reservation but they sat us in the outdoor patio in the very last table. The heater was not working and it was COLD outside. My server took a long time to arrive and would take a long time to check in. Our food took a long time to arrive and it wasn't the warmest. I was craving ribs, but they didnt have that fatty flavor I was so used to with Lucille's beef ribs. The veggie side dish looked gross! It looked like overly steamed veggies that you might find in a hospital cafeteria. The dessert (peach cobber) was overly sweet. All in all, I will not return.

Tried this spot because I missed bbq after moving here from Texas. The service was fantastic, our waiter Jeremy was attentive and helpful! Food was decent, the fries and mash potatoes were delicious though. Pulled pork was dry but the bottom bun was soggy?- but the meat by itself with some sauce was good. The fried chicken was delicious and so was the country gravy that came with it! The sweet tea was perfect and came in a huge mason jar, reminded me of Texas. The banana pudding was a little disappointing but there’s lots of other desserts left to try! Definitely will be back to taste what else Lucille’s has to offer

Party of 8 for Sunday lunch. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the food felt completely rushed. Chunk of plastic in my Lasagna Fritta (took manager about 10 min to come out). Salmon was super dry with undercooked hard broccoli. Chicken Parmesan tasted like a microwavable chicken sandwich patty. I frequently eat at the Arcadia location and decided to try this location. Never again. I strongly recommend any other Olive Garden.

I don't expect much but it was bad. Party of 3. We arrived at 722p and left at 919p because the wait for literally everything was long. We ordered and waited about 20 minutes for our food. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and my friend ordered spaghetti with spicy meat sauce. We were served the wrong dishes. Not a fan of spicy so I had to wait for it to be remade. He brings out the bowl and it's the "serving serving" size bowl so I didn't even get my original plated dish. We got new cups of water instead of cup refills but the server never took the empty cups. He didn't take the salad bowl. He didn't take the empty bread stick basket. He didn't take salad plates. He didn't take a single dish. We even set things aside and stacked them to signal a pickup but nope. We ate with everything on our table. I would have preferred not spending my entire meal eating next to dirty dishes. We had to ask for the same thing several times because he'd forget.

I bought a take-out appetizer Calamari here. It looks better than it tastes, cost= $14.77, not worth it. I would not recommend it. It wasn't fresh or cooked well, too salty, and the Calamari was either old or something was off. I had a stomach ache after, sorry Olive Garden. Also, I had better elsewhere, and it was so tiny. I have dine-in a few times in the past, but the pasta is overcooked mushy and sadly not a fan to return. The salad is okay, but they put over the top sauces that the greens drowning in it and it is average. The meal is overpriced for not tasty or freshly made. However, the staff were friendly. There are plenty of free parking spaces at this location. Also, the location is very crowded because it is near Montebello Mall.

I’ve come to this place a handful of times over the last several years since its opening. Two of us got the tour of Italy and one got the classic lasagna. The Lasagna was very bland (no flavor) The fettuccine was great The chicken Parmesan was super crispy and was way too salty, tasted like a frozen chicken tender which obviously it is and not breaded in house. I should have just made lasagna and fettuccine at home. I rarely write low star reviews but I was definitely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Food was dry and stale esp. The meat, as we ordered baby back ribs full size and the pulled pork. The French fries was not fresh. The only good order thay came was the fried onion straws. Even the drinks came so long since there is only 1 server for the entire patio area. We felt bad for him as there should be more service support esp. On Sunday afternoon.

My review is based on the service i received today. I had never been to this specific location before until i placed an order to be picked up Christmas Eve. I love their food and so I decided to order our family's dinner from here. I understand i needed my order number but i could not locate my receipt. I had my id, phone number and email used. The employee said there was nothing they could do without my order number. They had no access to the computer without it. Of course I became upset. I spent almost $500 on a dinner that he is now saying I couldn't receive. So now I ask him if he couldn't find it with my name? I was on time for my pickup. He only needed to look for my name. He then went to the kitchen, grabbed it and gave it go me. Nothing else said. Why did he need to stress me or anyone else this happens to, when all he needed was to do something as simple as just look for my name. I will never go there again,
