I would like to take a moment to commend you on having one of the best managers on your team. Cesar and his staff consistently provide exceptional and professional customer service. It is clear that he truly cares about his role and takes pride in ensuring a positive experience for every customer. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the lobby is always clean and welcoming. The staff demonstrates great attention to detail and maintains a friendly, positive attitude at all times. Thank you, Mr. Cesar, for your dedication and leadership. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality food and top-tier service.
Spacious dinning area with play area. Comfortable Self serve drinking area. No code needed for washing rooms.
Only complaint is that there was no available seats. They were all taken up by people not eating, just drinking free coffee samples, or small coffe. Is this normal here?? This was my first and last visit to this location. It's full, full of people NOT eating. I had to wat my food in the parking lot in my car. What a huge inconvenience. Next time ill call ahead for a table. Food, service was amazing. Just the clientele was overwhelming. Owner please do something about this. PLEASE
Every time I go to McDonald's for a large cup of ice with water, it is always refreshing! I went to two small restaurants asking for a large cup with ice and water, and they did not have that. I m so glad McDonald's has ice 🧊 with water 💧. I really needed it because of this hot weather! I appreciate it. 🙏 Around $1.60 for this large cup of water is so worth it. 🫠
Lack of kiosk machine. Crowded and noisy during lunch time. Busy in weekends with much children gathering and playing at the ground area. It really shocks me when I come at the Lunar New Year with all the traditional Chinese decorations inside an American fast food restaurant. Pretty amazing.
The kid working the to-go counter on Sunday early evening either forgot his hyperactivity meds or was under the influence of something else. If the store owner’s goal was to give customers an unpleasant experience, then mission accomplished.
After spending 40$ in our meals. I asked for 4 water cups and they charged me 10$ for them. Service they were rude at the window
Inside and drive thru is very un organized workers are everywhere but where they need to be and it took forever , no one calls out the food and people are standing around longer then they need to be it isn’t that busy to be that way . Employees are standing around waiting for the screen to have an order while people stand waiting for someone to approach to get a knife. Order taker and customer take a long time to order hash browns are cold
Not satisfied with food quality… Soggy fries, cold big Mac buns, no sauce included, flat drink… but atmosphere was good because of the play place containing plenty of children 🥹 I love seeing children… happy ❤️🩹❤️
Asian manger wearing blue I visited this location recently and had an uncomfortable experience. The manager read my name out loud and laughed at it in front of others. I didn’t find that funny, and it felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should not be made to feel embarrassed when simply picking up their food. I hope management or HR addresses this so that staff understand the importance of treating everyone respectful.
I have been to this McDonald’s so many times for my family when we just need a fast meal. And the employees here are always really rude, I always come and am respectful each time. I tried my best to not write this review, because I normally never write a review about anything. These employees that work here treat me as if we are begging for the food instead of paying for it. The only person that I see whom is regularly respectful is the white lady with glasses, and I’m not talking about the young white lady with glasses because she RUDELY TALKED TO ME EVEN AFTER I SPOKE TO HER KINDLY. All the other employees treat us as if we did something personally wrong to them. Please train your employees better because I am disappointed and I know some others are too. The McDonald’s on Rosemead is so kind and welcoming, their employees are actually really good, so I don’t understand why the employees here treat us this way and it sucks. I don’t know their names but it is one of the manager there that looks relatively young so I am not sure if he is the manager or not but he looks to be leading the employees, next is the white young lady I mentioned with a little dye in her hair who was being rude to me after I spoke to her kindly and respectfully, next is the curly headed dude who very rudely sighed and spoke meanly through the drive thru window. I am very disappointed and I hope other people speak up about this, because they shouldn’t be treating people like this especially in a customer service environment. Treat people how you want to be treated, and train your employees better
I am disappointed this was one of the better McDonald's in the San Gabriel Valley one of your managers has been there for a very very long time and he is very good he was not there yesterday shift leader shift leader hairnet very neat yesterday drive-thru it's been happening quite a bit I ordered medium fries free I ordered mocha frappe small size no whipped cream I see it on the screen taken correctly however shift leader in the Drive-Thru very unorganized not sure her nationality sound German no name tag ask why I wanted her name she matched she's at the drive-thru window she passed me a caramel frappe I mentioned to her it was a mocha she has a tablet in her hand so that tells me that the drive-thru is not working they're not seeing the orders on the overhead her tablet is dirty looking she goes on to make my frappe doesn't taste like a frappe it is completely watery like an iced coffee this particular McDonald's recently got a new frappe machine so it should have been thick like a frappe she hesitated to make me another one no eye contact and she says what do you want I already fixed the problem you did not match wits with the customer people standing around the store I've never seen McDonald's and Garvey look like this I don't want to make a bias comment but I must say he is of Asian descent he is excellent he would have fixed the problem quickly usually when he's working it's more of a Frontline of men guys and for some reason they seem to work better with the seniors and customers in the Frontline in store this particular McDonald's is strict with guidelines the guys have sweaters ties and shirts usually it is one of them that makes a frappes and I never have a complaint it comes out good quality not the past month service has went down so bad please fix your problem to avoid calls going to McDonald's USA
I arrived at 3:40 AM to pick up some food after a 6 Hour road trip and was told that their system was closed and that they would be reopened at 4 AM for breakfast. Hungry and tired, I decided to wait until 4:10 am where I proceeded to once again go through the drive-through and was told that it would be another 10 minute wait for food. I don’t mind waiting however, when your store is advertise as a 24 hour drive-through and I’m made to wait 40 minutes for food. It makes me a little upset. I do not recommend this place. Find another location that actually cares about the customers needs.
They increased the limit for the 20% off deal to orders of $20+ (used to be $10, good for one meal) and now I never feel like going to McDonald's ever again, you're better off making your own food or eating elsewhere
Late at night, I ordered the Number 3 burger combo and a McChicken, but they gave me a McChicken and a 10-piece nugget instead. Would this count as their mistake? This is the second time this has happened. The first time, I ordered the Number 3 combo, but they gave me two McChickens instead. They entered the order incorrectly and didn’t even give me a receipt. Everyone, please make sure to check your order carefully.
On Tuesday 12/16/2025. I ordered and picked up in store (My order # 122). I wish that I could grade 0 due to the dishonesty business. I did not appreciate the service staff that I had to deal with when asking for the ketchups, that person responded yes but kept ignoring my request until I asked a different staff. My order was missing a quarter pounder cheese burger. I tried to call the store and the line was extremely busy tones. On the other hand, the blurry fading receipt that you could read what in it?
Drive Trough Service Is Very Unsatisfied I Am A Daily Mc Donalds Customer But Today Was Very Unhappy With Service They Made Me Wait 20mins or so for my order they messed up on my order i think they are new people working right now
Unprofessional, Their hostile employee STEPHANIE ALDAY is using their work telephone # to harass my family with phone calls. I don’t eat at McDonald’s or associate with this McDonald’s location. So the next time their ignorant unprofessional manager wants to call & harass my family at night; my fiancé will have to report her once again to social services and civil court. A judge has TOLD her countless times to STOP harassing our family especially in front of children! Let’s not take it there, because we can do so once again. Extremely unprofessional.
This place just gets worse and worse every time I come to this location! Ordered 4 McMuffins, 3 Burritos, and 2 Hash Browns. The pregnant little girl at the front, gives me my order, but shorts 1 burrito. When I say "Umm excuse me" to get their attention and say "there's an item missing". She hollers out to the manager from the cash register, "He ordered 4 McMuffins, 2 Burritos, and 2 Hash Browns!" Instead of trying to help fix the issue, she immediately trys to make it seem like I am trying to cheat them out a burrito. I show the manager the order on the app, and sure enough there was a burrito just sitting on the counter. You should try being more nice and helpful to the customers, especially when it's your mistake! But no, you gonna try to make it like it's our mistake!? Pathetic! And of course didn't even bother to say sorry after getting caught in her mistake. SMDH Lose that cocky childish attitude of yours! Learn how to read the order screen! And learn how count up to 3!
I'm not usually the one to complain about fast food restaurants because, well, it's fast food. This is not our first time ordering here, but this location is getting ridiculous. We ordered two meal deals through the app, one with McDouble and the other with BigMac. The person at the drive-thru definitely sounded like he hated his life. I get it. It's 11 pm on a Saturday night, you're tired and exhausted, and you probably don't want to deal with fatso like me, but couldn't you at least sound a bit more like human? The food quality is bad, like the worst out of the other McDonald's in the 626 area. Fries are old and soggy with a weird taste, half of them is cold, and the other half is lukewarm. Chicken nuggets are burnt. McDouble looked like it's been smashed by a fist. And the BigMac looked like it's been thrown together by a 2-year-old. Oh, and they're all cold, too. I mean, there were just two cars in front of me and one behind, and the dine-in is already closed for the day. So I don't think you guys are that overwhelmed that you can't even do basic quality control? Or are you just trying to get rid of the expiring stocks? Either way, I already have a low bar for fast food restaurants, but you guys are setting a whole new low.
First of all I tried using the code from my app and I was told it didn’t work, but I have more than enough points. I had to repeat my order multiple times to them only for them to still get it wrong. Once I got home I noticed there was a few items wrong, and also my son found a hair INSIDE of one of his French fries in his happy meal. I’ve attached a picture! It was my first time at this location, but I will definitely NOT be returning! While waiting in the drive thru line I overheard a staff member complaining over his headset to his coworker about another customer also getting their order incorrect. This place is a joke. I wish there was a 0 star option.
