My first few times at this location where great. My last 2 have been horrible. Orders the tots today and didn't get one tot just a ball of tot mush. The worker was extra rude. And last time I was told I had to pay $.99 for a cup of ice with my meal. This will be my last visit. Went back and they fixed it and made things much better.

I had Freddy's double cheese worg bacon right after sinus surgery. After that surgery I wasn't able to taste or smell anything even today a week later my taste has not come back. But this burger was still amazing and I loved it

The food was okay, for me. I would need to try another location to compare taste. I really like the customer service that was provided, that day. We got our food in a reasonable time and the restaurant was clean.

I always enjoy stopping at Freddy's with my kids but this time the service was horrible the young man acted as if he couldn't hear us and we were literally yelling 👎 not just that it seems as if all teenagers where working that night we went because they were all playing laughing and well on their📱 other than that the food was delicious as always the ice cream was great but the gummy worms and Oreos in them where and tasted old. I do not think we will be stopping here again.

My goodness, the food is way too good for fast food!!! The hotdog, tasted like what a hotdog should taste like. The fries are perfect! Of course none of this is great for my waistline but definitely worth it!!!😁

Public warning!! Check your beverage!! Mold was found multiple drinks and staff made no attempt to stop customers from the self dispenser. The staff member looked dumfounded when it was brought up to his attention from a 2nd and 3rd different cups… and simply stated “I cleaned it”. Clearly not. It’ll be a while till I’d even consider returning. It really made our stomach turn!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

It's was my first time every trying this place! I had the crispy chicken combo and the chili cheese dog... it was so good and worth the price.... service was awesome! GM Daniel greeted us with his warm smile...nice warm environment all around! must try!

This particular location has the best, friendliest staff! It's typical Freddy's food (which I always like) but what sets it apart is the people working there. I happened upon it last weekend while doing last-minute Xmas shopping and so glad I did. My roommate wanted to go today because I raved about their all beef hotdogs. He was equally as impressed. The buns were super fresh today, top it how you like, and 2 of us ate for under $20. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the staff. When I want Freddy's, I will go a bit out of my way to this location.

I decided to order the crispy chicken club sandwich with large fries and a soft drink. All three items were top notch. They’re known for the good french fries, but the other two items were beyond expectations. The soft drink had just the right concentration of flavor. It wasn’t weak in flavor and it was not weak and carbonation. This is just a fast food place, but it was as good as anybody’s soft drink, better than most. The crispy chicken club came with two strips of bacon, a thin slice of Swiss cheese , lettuce, probably tomato if I remember correctly, and mayonnaise. I thought it was just the right amount of cheese because some chicken clubs overdo it on the cheese. This was not an overly thick slice, plus Swiss tea is of a higher quality than some other places. The actual chicken fillet seemed cooked exactly the right amount. They didn’t overdo it on the mayonnaise, which is another plus. They didn’t underdo it either. The bacon was cooked just right with without any visible white fat like some places have. For example, IHOP and Denny’s has too much fat on their bacon. The strips of bacon were not exceptionally thick either. For my personal taste is perfect because I don’t want excessive bacon on my sandwich. It was enough to add nice flavor without making it unhealthy. Overall, this is just a fast food place much more reasonably priced than a full-service restaurant, but the quality was better than most fast food places offer. The staff, while not overly friendly, was not rude in the slightest. They were there to do their jobs, which is all you can expect for their salaries they probably can only pay at a fast food place. They did their jobs perfectly and efficiently just without a lot of excessive friendliness, which is OK in a place like this. At least they were in a reasonable mood. So I definitely and highly recommend this restaurant for when you want decent quality food for a budget friendly price.

Came here for the second time ever in my life yesterday. It’s been 4+ years since I’ve had Freddy’s and it didn’t disappoint! The normal fries are super thin for some reason, but they give you a large portion of them to make up for it. The patties of beef, are also very thin but the size of the patty is larger than the bun it’s being sandwiched in. At first I thought it would let me down but after taking a few bites, I liked it. It’s an interesting way of making of a burger but it definitely stands out from the rest of the competition. I definitely will be coming back here if I do crave for it.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard in Round Rock is always a great stop! The burgers are fresh, hot, and made just the way we like them, with that signature Freddy’s flavor you can’t find anywhere else. The fries are perfectly crispy, and their famous fry sauce is addicting. Of course, the frozen custard is the star — rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. A solid go-to for comfort food done right!

100% flavorful food. Awesome staff during 07/30/2025 during the evening shift. Clean interior. they did NOT slack off like you see in most places when they have down time, no, they were either prepping for the next day or they were ready for another customer. Give them a raise due to customer service and how quick they brought the food and it was cooked to perfection. I mean look at this chicken patty, if it had a soul then it sang to me and NOT like taco bell has there music.....if you know ,you know.

I just want to share my honest review. The quality of service and food is excellent 👌. Went to the restroom there is an old and rusty trash can in the ladies restroom that looks disgusting. Details make a difference in the overall customers satisfaction. Other than that the dining area is clean and smells good.

I love their burgers and fries. The fries are really thin like potato sticks, and the pickles on the burgers are sliced longways, instead of the usual round way. There wasn't a junior burger option on the menu, but they let me get the kids burger, which was the size of a regular, single patty one. I thought everything was really good.

Pretty tasty! Loved the really thin shoestring fries, esp with the spicy Freddy's fry sauce. They did a better job of wrapping my burger with lettuce than other places I go to, and it was totally juicy. They held the order for my custard til my meal was done, and as promised, it was smooth & creamy and chocolatey!

It smells like dirty mop water when you walk in, and the food is ok, but the man who took our order was awesome. Very nice person.

I got the most incredible fast food fish sandwich here! I was pleasantly surprised by it. I'm not sure if they have it on the regular menu or if it was because of Lent. And anyone that knows fast food fries knows that Freddy's has the best. Move over McDonald's.

Burger was decent, onion rings were pretty good, sundae was... Ok. A little odd tasting. My biggest thought was how incredibly expensive. For a sm combo and the mini sundae, I spent $19. I could get a whole meal at Outback for less than that, and many other restaurants. I won't be back, simply because the value to price is so far off. Burger patties are very thin, no more than 1/8#, & almost $10 for a quarter pound ok-ish burger is excessive imo.

The staff are nice and friendly. The burgers are very good and the shakes are spot on. The only reason for the four star rating is dining room details. The tray my food was delivered on was soaking wet. The booth tables needed to be wiped down from whoever left it messy. One of the ketchup dispensers was empty.

This is a follow up...after having the operator contact me, I let him knoe about the service we received. He apologized and on our next visit, everything was amazing! I am would now change my rating from a 2 star to 4 star. We went at about 9:00 pm. There was not a clean table and lots of employees just standing around. My fries were cold and chewy. The supervisor that took my custard order was very rude!! I did get fresh fries made and my burger was delicious!

Got 4 different sundays.. Mine was the Hawaiian custard sunday... It had a weird taste ..( like old coconut) The turtle sunday was too salty.. The rest tasted good.. 20$ for 4 sundays is ok. Nice cashiers and cooks. Restrooms are clean and music is a plus.

I love the crispy edges on the burger! I was not impressed by the mustard left on my burger....or the almost forgotten shake. But hey, we all have days on autopilot, right?

The food was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the prime rib sandwich with caramelized onions and mushrooms in a special sauce with onion rings and fries. It was amazing to taste food as good as I recalled as a child. Delightful!

Freddy's has a different take on the hamburger. Theirs are thin and a bit crispy on the edges, so make sure you at least purchase the double meat burger. Fries are shoestring style, and they have great seasoning salt to go with them.

Went in the drive thru so I can't comment about the atmosphere. I had the jalapeno jack cheese burger with large fries and I was quite impressed with the food. The service was great, even though we were the only ones there.

I went through the drive-through and thought it was going to be a fairly quick trip. There were about 4 cats ahead of me, and when I got to the box, the person working asked me to give him a minute. I ordered a double burger with bacon. Every car took a long time at the window. I guess it's their thing that they don't start cooking it until you order it, but maybe they should because it took me almost 30 minutes to get my food. The burger was a smash style burger, which I usually enjoy, but this was almost like a crispy meat cracker. It was OK. I will probably give it another shot at some point. Maybe I'll try their frozen custard since it's in the name. I recently moved here, and I would say it ranks above whataburger below P. Terry's and In-n-out for me. Doesn't seem to be as good a value, in my opinion.

The food was good as always. I visited around 9pm and the drive thru window area had a disgusting amount of crickets hopping around. I’ve never seen so many. Had to close my window while waiting on my food so they wouldn’t hop in my car.

Man, I am really disappointed with this visit. I have buyers remorse. For sending just under $40 bucks for 2 burger combos and a kids tenders. I expected more. When we arrived all but a few tables were dirty. They weren't very busy so someone could have easily tended to the tables. The over priced tenders was partially my fault. The screen that showed the kids options was out. The young man told me the options. I opted for the 2 piece tenders but no fries or drink. My daughter only drinks water and shares my fries so I didn't see the need for more. In my mind the 2 tenders alone would be under $4 bucks. When I saw the receipt while waiting for our food. Got some sticker shock. I should have clarified the cost and not assumed. I own that! 2 tenders was $6.49. No drink or fries. Then to add insult to injury. When the tenders came out and I was breaking them up the center was still ice cold. The worker did make a new batch. I was incredibly thankful for that. Lastly the sundae... It was delicious but I should have pushed back on more whipped cream. I received a small line of whipped cream. About the size of a gummy worm. Money nowadays is tight for most. With inflation and the cost of goods going up but the wages not matching the increase. People like myself are more cautious on how that spend their money. This experience and the last one I had was so different. The last visit I left a raving fan. This visit I should have gone elsewhere when we saw the state of the tables.

Stopped in on a beautiful Saturday to grab a bite. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger basket all the way. The hamburgers here are good, the cheese is a little strong for my taste but you can eat it. You need to ask for it well done or else when you get your burger it's a little too greasy, the fries here are small thin strips and not as good as they look. The girl at the counter was a little preoccupied with how I had my mask, I was behind the glass/shield and pulled my mask down to to order so she could understand what I wanted. Advice to her, take my order and let me worry about the placement of my mask....sheesh! After eating I had the turtle sundae, ice cream is always good. Again I could not understand how she explained the sundae toppings behind the shield and with her mask. All I could hear was muffled jumble. I guess that's the new normal. The lobby was clean enough although all the booths I tried needed to be wiped down. It wasn't that busy...maybe a little more attention to cleaning and a little less concern over my mask placement.

The restaurant is dirty and missing all sorts of the seats for the booths. The tables were dirty, it was freezing inside, they were “waiting on the vendor for tea,” there was no one else in the restaurant and the napkin dispensers were empty, the floors were sticky and wet, bathrooms dirty… Food was still great, though.

I really like Freddy's food and it saddens me to do less than a 4 star review for them but the people at this location always seem a bit ready for the customers to get there food and get out. I will say, I've only ever done the drive through at this location and understand that it is intended to be a speedy process so I still go here! I've never had an issue with my order and the food is still really good. Just wish a little bit of that Texas hospitality carried over into the people at this location.

We left while waiting for only counter person was taking a long time to prepare a ice cream for one guest. Figured our order when she got to us would also be slowly prepared. Only had two and three meat pattie selections, did not want that large of a burger. We had been to a Freddy's Steak Burger on I30 while traveling through East Texas, but it was bustling and well staffed. No long wait line. Enjoyed the brand but this location needs more staff.

I hate leaving bad reviews — as you can see, I rarely do. But every time I come here, the service is poor. Gave it another shot today. Spent $3.67 on melted ice cream. No apology, no fix. Pattern confirmed. Disappointing. :(

Love their fry sauce. They have thin cut crispy salty fries and delicious steak burgers. Update: I came back right away to get more because I had such a great experience just a few days ago. I upsized my fries to a large like I did before and I received a half full cup of fries pretty dissatisfied as I would've or should've gotten more fries than this when ordering a small fry at least compared to how many I got with my last large fry. See picture. I did check bag to make sure they hadn't fallen out of the cup. Fries were also lukewarm so I'm guessing they were low on fries and instead of waiting for more to come out of the frier to fill the cup they just gave me whatever was left in the warmer.

Over the years, generally SLOW, but good food. Today finally speed and service triggered a review. Ordered 2 concretes. They prep'd them and then just went off and did other things. Another customer ordered and got their meals while my order sat there. After more than 10 minutes one of the employees came back to the counter and I asked for a refund. "I can blend them for you in 30 seconds." I pointed out that they might be melted. "No they aren't." The correct response should have been, "I'll remake them real quick if you are willing to wait for 2 more minutes."

This seemed like a cute place to come in for a root beer float I was craving. It tasted very nice and the workers were nice but it was so very tiny and so very expensive. Smaller than my hand and more than $4 I could have gotten an actual beer for less.

Update 11-27-23, Just want to say that management did reach out to me and I received a refund of the total price, which I appreciate. Hopefully this was just an unfortunate off day for them. I updated my review to 2 stars. Ordered 2 single burgers (not meals), which strangely are not list on drive-thru menu, and we're surprised to find out that the single burger is only 60¢ less than the double. We asked them to leave off pickles on 1 and added jalapenos on 2nd but that was only changes. After we got home to eat, we were extremely disappointed to find that both Burgers were missing the cheese and didn't include lettuce, tomatoes, or any mayonnaise, just a little mustard and onions on 1 and a little mustard, onions and pickles on the 2nd - they were the most expensive, salty, dry and bland hamburgers we've ever had. We will NEVER go back. I searched their website and finally found a way to contact them about our disappointment but it shouldn't be that hard to provide feedback. I requested a full refund of our ~$16 since they didn't even give us the cheese as advertised.

I was very close to leaving this location and never EVER returning. We arrived at 9:10pm(They close at 10pm) I sat at the drive through speaker for 10 min! There was no one else in line. I called the restaurant several times while sitting at speaker. I'm looking at the employees who are, in turn, looking at me. They say nothing. Just ignore me. I drive around and one of the workers is on a break outside. I asked him if they were open and he confirmed they were. He suggested I go inside to order. I park, try and go inside but the doors are deadbolted. The employee that is outside goes to the door to be let it so he can take our order but the worker inside is shaking his head no. The employee outside with me tells me to drive to the drive through and he will take my order. I am very irritated at this point but I drive around again. This is the only pleasant thing about this visit to Freddy's. Charlie is the employees name that took our order. He apologized for his coworkers. This kid deserves a raise!! Every other person on that shift needs a lesson in customer service. So incredibly rude! Thank you Charlie. Your the best!!!!

The patty melt from there was delicious. I do have to say though I Waited over ten minutes in the drive through with one person ahead of me, which I'm patient so im fine with waiting. But once I received my order, my custard was already melted and my regular sized order of cheese curds had barely any in it, it was about halfway empty. First time going here and not sure if id be willing to go again due to the price compared to what you get.

To set the scene, I hadn’t been to Freddy’s in a few years. When I pulled up to the drive through, it took over 5 minutes to even take my order… and there was no one in line. When they did, they were impatient and had a rude tone. The food took over 30 minutes and the workers were dismissive. The fries were crunchy and cold and the milkshake was the wrong flavor and not even close to full. The burger was fine and the cheese curds were solid, but overall not worth $23 for a long wait, rude service, and middle of the road food. I have enjoyed previous Freddy’s experiences, but this one left me wondering, “Has Freddy’s gone down hill in the last couple of years, or is this location just poorly run?”

Updated: left a review on website of everything that went wrong. No reply and it’s been 2 months Ordered here last night to support my sons school, some of the proceeds went towards it. I ordered for pick up for 4 people. Once I got home we realized just about everything we ordered was messed up. The chicken tenders was the only thing they got right and they still didn’t include the honey mustard. They put all the wrong condiments on the burgers, it was almost like the cooks made them at random. Oh and they also forgot our concrete shake which I didn’t realize until I was home. I guess that explains why there was only 1 person eating there at 7pm. I never write reviews but this was so bad I felt like I needed too. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

If you want to have a good meal, don't go to Freddy's. They couldn't put together a cheeseburger on the second try either. Making one seems beyond their capabilities, not to mention the place is dirty, the floor is sticky, and don't even think about using the restroom - not even if you really need to. Avoid this Freddy's, it was a huge disappointment.

The cashier was so rude and very impatient! I don't know if it was her break time or what. I ordered my first meal which was wrong and she said ok this is your total. I told her I wasn't done ordering and she said well you have to pay for this first I already finalized it. I had to pay twice because finalized my order before I was done. And my food came out wrong

I have had sadly now many issues with this freddies, today was the icing on the cake. I go through the drive through, ask for extra seasoning on my fries and fry sauce. First they give me a bag of completely unseasoned old fries, then I had to wait for the guy to come back to the window while I sat there and asked for some fry sauce. He gave me one thing of fry sauce when I had large fries. He was incredibly not so nice about it either

Went thru drive through and the woman that was working it, was rude and disrespectful...when I asked for the manager...she looked at me and said she was the manager...I told her she needed to calm down with her attitude...and she slammed the window in my face! I told her she treated her employees very bad!! and she said that's my daughter. Like her daughter didn't matter enough to treat her right...how sad for her!! The burger was gross and the fries were skinny and dry!! I would never eat there again!! And I will tell everyone I know, since I know almost everyone in Round rock!! Please make sure you know, who you are treating bad in this world, because they can shut down your entire business!!

The absolute worst experience. This people have no people skills. I've been there twice and the crew never acknowledge us, after not only waiting for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to order their initial greeting is " what do you want to order" is absolutely ridiculous. Additionally the food quality sucks, they just slap on all the ingredients in the burger and move on. They take no pride in the quality of food is being served.. is bad enough you charge so much for food and we pay more now but also to get such bad service is absolutely ridiculous. This place shouldn't be in business...

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes!!!... first we see the server give our food to the car ahead of us, then take it back to give to us. He assured us that they did not touch our food. Then we open the bag to discover it's not what we ordered. They replaced the order, but the fries were stale and lukewarm. Not a pleasant experience for $22!

Horrible customer service. Stopped in for lunch. Not busy. Guy in front of me asked some sort of question which required a manager. Meanwhile, the counter girl stops taking orders and starts rinsing out a sink for 10 minutes while the order line got longer and longer. They kept saying someone would be with us while the counter girl kept rinsing the sink. I finally had to leave. Weirdest thing ever. The manager kept peeking around the corner but did. I nothing to intervene? Never got served.

Let me start by saying this was our first time trying this place. For fast food, 20-30 minute drive is usually a bit far to gander for that quality. That being said, we decided to take that drive to get dinner for the evening. After a long day, coming to be night time, I arrived at Freddy's around 9pm. I ordered a burger combo along with 2 chicken tender combos. It took about a few minutes to prepare the order as expected. I could see the staff standing around in the restaurant and moving slowly but I stayed patient. When the cashier was giving me food it was all stuffed in a small Togo bag but stuffed in there. So from the looks of it, it seemed small and I asked the cashier as she handed me the bag if it included everything on my order or if I should expect another bag. She shook her head yes that everything should be in there. I was skeptical and took a quick look in the bag. I saw a few tenders in a french fry box, fries, and a burger box down at the bottom. I think it's all there without actually counting my tenders! So I drive off and later get to my house to my hungry wife and child to arrive with only 2 tenders total! I ordered 2 x 3 piece combos and received only 2 tenders. You can imagine my wife and child pretty unhappy with me for not checking the bag fully, which I take blame for, and will be better at that moving forward. That being said, the cashier who told me the bag included my whole order was wrong. The restaurant was too far to take a quick drive back and get the rest of the order so my wife & son being hungry still, she went to P-terrys which is only a few minutes down the road. I had called Freddy's that night to let them know my issue. No answer, left voicemail with all my info and order #. Never received a call back or money refund. I entered in the feedback from the receipt I was given and then was contacted by Christal, who is the regional manager. Christal sent me 1 email stating she had received my concern and offered to give me a gift card for future use and visits at the restaurant. Given the distance to this place, I really only was/am interested in getting my money back for just the orders I didn't receive! Well, Christal has yet to respond to 2 additional emails asking about a refund and still to this day I haven't received a call back or any other contact from the restaurant. I will not be back to any Freddy's in the future due to this incident. I hope this helps others who decide to try this place!

First off the whole place was grimey and dirty not a single clean table or booth. The floor was even worse of course food everywhere combined with dead crickets. We had to clean our own table. Then it took 30 minutes to get a hamburger and fries. Which was to saw the least disappointing. Double Patty was non-existent and what was there was burnt to a crisp I literally picked at it and wouldn't finish it. I will definitely not ever go back to this location again. Staff was disorganized and overwhelmed by medium business. I didn't see any management anywhere. Avoid this location.

I’ve been to this location a few times now since i moved i used to go to the one in cedar park and never had problem there. Every time i have been here i have had the worst customer service. tonight was a little better service wise but not much. i took my burgers home just to realize they are wrong i asked for a plain cheese burger and it had mustard pickles and onions on it. My fries tasted like pickles, i am not a fan of pickles. Overall this was my worst experience at this location out of the multiple time i have been here. seems like it gets worse every visit

Made an order in the drive through but no one was even at the window…

Wanted to try a place we hadnt had before for lunch, and they gave me a very meh looking sandwich. 😒 Oh, and expired chips.. sigh

I got my food before I got my shake and then was asked to wait until the cashier waited on someone else before making my shake. The cheese fries are OK. I haven’t gotten my shake yet so I can’t tell you.

First of all we waiting in line for quite some time only to receive cold fried. Then when we asked for fresh fries we were met with rolled eyes and what seemed to be annoyance. After understandably waiting for fresh fries, we received half of an order of each of our large fries. Which we didn't think needed to be checked a second time before leaving; however in retrospect it seems as if that was intr since the bag was folded over closed this time and handed to us. Not to mention that upon discovery it was too late to go back as they were closed, which is likely why they were so careless with our order in the first place.

I want to say the custard still tasted good. But this whole place felt rundown. I’m embarrassed to say I took my wife here. It’s like with the construction they just decided to give up. I think this bathroom sums up how gross I felt.

They messed up 3 of 5 of my orders. Spoke to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. And only wanted to give me 2 burgers back. I was still missing 1 burger. It not hard to work at a fast food place and if your employees mess up that's fine just fix the issue. That fact is that the manager doesn't know how to do his job and be a manager. And when I asked for corporate phone number he refused to give it to me and to me to get out. It's ok I had law enforcement make a report of the situation

I like the food here, but the place is either severely understaffed or the employees just don’t care. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were only four cars in the drive-thru, but given my previous bad experience, I decided to order takeout instead. There were just two families ahead of me in line, yet no one showed up to take orders for 10 minutes. One employee saw us standing in line but didn’t even bother to acknowledge us—no greeting, no ‘please wait,’ nothing. Just a complete lack of basic courtesy. I lost hope and finally placed a mobile takeout order while standing in the line , which took another 10-15 minutes to be ready. In total, I spent more 30 minutes where there with barely any customers in line. To top it off, one of the employees decided to act overly smart when I was picking up my order—too bad they didn’t show the same smartness while actually doing their job. I’m writing this because this isn’t the first time I’ve observed this kind of behavior here. We are a regular at this place and It’s disappointing to see such poor service repeatedly.

Took 20 minutes to get our correct order after the girl at the drive thru register messed up our order countless times. The custard was melted and like a soup slurry. The burger was burnt, the onion rings were fried together in a single clump of batter and after asking for ketchup 3 times I finally gave up.

Came to a Freddy's on the 18th of February when approaching the store to pay for my food and an employee decided to put their child on the counter where my drinks and sandwiches were being kept I did not know that Freddy's allowed their employees to bring their children(white child )to work that was very unprofessional to you had your child's but where you have my food that was very unsanitized nasty.on the 2/17 I guess Freddy's does allow the employees to bring their children to work because on the 17th which was President's Day I came inside the store to eat and seen a male bringing his children (2 Male children Hispanic ) into the store he took him straight to the back what if these children would have fell or slipped on wet floor in the back how would he explained that to the company that he had his children on the property these employees Cant afford Daycare for their children? They are Rude I guess he was a higher manager . (Hispanic always wearing a black t-shirt looks about 5'9 male .)because there's been many times that I have gone in there never been greeted properly and always get stared at like if I am a ugly person which I know I am Not!! I'm beautiful !!!! Is more of a Racial Profile Stare !!!! that makes sense !!!!! person but my thing is this y'all might want to not want to eat at this part icular restaurant because again the higher management I'm assuming that's who they are a rude as hell they don't know how to talk properly to a person they do not know where they get the training from but these people need to be Retrained Better on their Customer service Experience !!! Why is this company allowing this to Happen ????? 😔😔😔

Love the food but it always seems like the location on 727 Round Rock Avenue Round Rock, TX 78681 always closes way before 9pm. I came at 8:20pm and all lights were off and the last employee was leaving the parking lot.

Everything we try to use the app it doesn't work and everything we try to order delivery the have issues. Not sure if this is how all Freddy's are run but if that's the case they lost us as customers.

We were in the drive-through and it was taking so long and it’s crazy because they weren’t that busy inside but we were in that line still didn’t get our food but in that line for more than 30 minutes knowing damn well it doesn’t take a burger 30 minutes to make at a fast food restaurant do better😒

Worst hamburger my family and I have had in some time. The double-meat cheeseburger was tasteless, dry and no lettuce or tomato. My wife had a so-called chicken sandwich which tasted like it contained chemicals. Also we ordered a chocolate and strawberry shake that had the consistency of water. Runny and nothing compared to what a shake should be. Don't waste your money, and, by the way, this isn't the only store that isn't good. The one in Magnolia, Texas is equally terrible.

I stoped by just to grab a quick order of fries. I literally had to wait 10 mins but I didn’t mind as long as I was getting fresh fries. When I finally got them the girl apologized for the wait. When I drove off I ate the coldest /stale fries ever. It was so disgusting. The line was formed so I didn’t turn around and when I tried to call their service is out.
