Came into Hooters tonight 10/19/2024 and our server Sofia was amazing! The manager Ella even came to make sure everything came out correctly and efficiently. We are new to the area and will be back! The hostess was even great. Her name was Jaila! ❤️💯

Probably the best quesadilla I have ever had was at Hooters. Pretzel was great with queso. Wings always consistent, not the best but acceptable. Server was excellent. Not too pushy but super supportive and took care of us. Great overall experience this time. A great server makes all the difference.

I have been at the hooters multiple times and stoped going as of last year because of the poor service quality. I was on the fence about coming here. I went to Hooters 45 minutes before closing and was audacious enough to order 1 pound of snow crabs. Telly paid attention to my order and delivered a quality product. The chef did an amazing job with the snow crabs. I am definitely going to stop going to Twin Peaks and return to Hooters. Our large family of over 10 came in — kids and all — and let’s be honest, it’s always hit or miss with servers and vibes when we come as a big group. But Jocelyn absolutely crushed it! 💯 She was patient, friendly, and genuinely great with the kids (not something you expect at Hooters, but she made it feel welcoming for all of us). She stayed on top of everything with a smile and treated us like we actually mattered — that’s rare and worth celebrating. It has always been a dream for my son to go to hooters lol. So the night after his graduation we took him to Hooters and this location was so nice to my son they cheered for him and clapped for him because he just graduated. The atmosphere was so awesome and the people there were just so friendly and kind and the food was very good.I did not get pictures but we will go back.

Food is always good here today we had the beer queso and pretzel bites for our appetizers. For our main course I ate the shrimp platter with curly fries my wife ordered the boneless wings with regular fries

We've come here several times and the waitresses have been super nice almost every time. -- I mention this specifically because sometimes we will go to a Hooters and the waitress will completely ignore me (wife) and only talk to my husband. This isnt a jealousy thing at all, but literally they will act like I'm not there and hellooooo I am a patron who wants to eat and drink too. Anyways, I havent really had that problem here (I did once long ago, but since it has been a while so I guess let's ignore it). -- The food takes a little bit to cook, but I dont mind and I'd say it's a pretty normal wait time (say around 20 minutes). At our most recent visit they actually took the time to arrange our cheese sticks for presentation! [See pic, and one cheese stick is missing because my husband couldn't wait.] I always order 10 traditional wings, 3 mile with blue cheese and it is definitely one of my favorite foods from anywhere. The sauce flavor/heat is good, the chicken is cooked with a slight crisp, and the blue cheese give it juuuust the right mix of flavors. Mmmm! PS- if you like blue cheese: I'd say it's on the thicker side and it does have actual clumps of blue cheese in it.

From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. She had a great attitude, kept the energy fun, and was always quick with refills and checking in without being overbearing. The food came out hot and fresh, and the service was top-notch. Ahlam really made the visit enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend

January 2026 As I walked in, Anya quickly greeted and seated me again—just as she had before—friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Shortly after, Cameryn took my order and continued that same welcoming energy. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly motivated, even sharing insight on popular beers given her role as both server and bartender. It was a pleasure talking with her, and she provided excellent service throughout the visit. With Cameryn’s help, I ordered a side salad and ten January special dry-rub wings, half blackened and half jerk. The salad was simple, filling, and nicely presented. The wings were outstanding—served piping hot and full of flavor even without ranch. Both rubs were excellent, with the jerk edging out slightly thanks to its aroma and taste. I skipped dessert and left satisfied. A highlight of the visit was reconnecting with Anya and spending time with Cameryn, along with being recognized and seated in the same spot as before. That level of attention and familiarity really stands out and makes you feel like a valued guest. We also discussed recent changes, and it’s clear things continue to trend positively, even as business has slowed a bit with football season winding down. I didn’t have an opportunity to speak with the on-shift manager, as he appeared focused on staff matters. Based on past observations, I’d recommend managers make brief, regular rounds to engage with guests, gather feedback, and help reinforce a welcoming atmosphere—especially during busy periods or promotions. One suggestion I wanted to share was to take a look at the lighting and furniture—correcting mismatched tables and chairs and brightening the lighting could really help freshen up the space. A review of the wall décor might also be worthwhile to further modernize and enhance the overall atmosphere. This visit fulfills my return commitment, albeit later than originally planned, and it was well worth the stop. November 2025 The last time I stopped by this Hooters was 2015. Terrible service and the staff was absolutely not up to the standards I had seen in dozens of Hooters stateside and internationally. On a whim and recommendation from a friend, Picasso, I gave them another try. I stopped in and was welcomed and seated by Anya seconds after arriving. Pleasant disposition, big smile, and helping attitude. I was seated and moments later Hailey came through to take my order. More of the same, big smile welcoming me to Hooters making me feel so much better about my visit. With Haileys assistance I had the mozzarella sticks and they were very tasty, on part with past experiences at other restuarants, side Cesar salad-very good (I started eating before I remembered to get a pic), 6pc traditional wings with a new butter batter I believe Hailey told me (you can still get the wet) and cooked crisp and tender, nice size these were excellent. I topped it off with their cheesecake and I must say one of the better cheesecakes I have had. Highlight of my visit was spending time with Anya and Hailey, we talked about the improvements and the fact that I will put it back in the rotation to visit. Gone are the crazy camo outfits (ultimate tacky), back are the traditional Hooters uniforms, maybe a tad to retro but all the ladies looked very nice, significantly huge improvement over my last visit. I also spent time with Doug, one of the managers discussing the changes and complimenting the staff and food on this visit. It was great to be able to do that. We talked about the need to advertise and offer promos to get the crowds back. I committed to returning on Sunday and will. Now, are they perfect, no, but then show me a perfect restaurant. Are they significantly improved, absolutely. Place could use a refresh to lighten up the feel potentially, think it was last done around 2016, menu I rec'd was missing a page-no big deal get me another one. But I am happy with what they are trying to do and the improvements they are making. Just need patronage to drive revenue to fund the improvements.

I’m in the area for a short time and I haven’t stopped at a Hooters in a quite a bit (last time was in San Antonio over 5 months ago and we were disappointed with the food). So yesterday my husband and I decided to go. We were greeted and seated right away. About 2-3 mins later our server Jackie took our order. For appetizers we had fried pickles that came with ranch sauce and our meal was the Daytona Beach wings and curly fries. Although it was a busy Sunday evening due to the football games, our food did not take long to be out and the service was great. Overall the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms was pretty good too.

It's been years since I've been here. I've always eaten the wings but this trip I decided to try the build-your-own burger. As you can tell from the picture it's a mountain of a burger...and I just put the regular toppings on it plus bacon and jalapenos. Easily one of the tastiest burgers I've had lately. I ended up eating much of it with a fork because it was too much for the bun to contain for the whole meal. The service was excellent too. We'll be going back sooner than later, probably when college football gets back in full swing on TV.

This hooters is finally back. Popped in for the Superbowl and they did a fantastic job. Waitresses have actual personalities again and the food was much better than a few years ago. Tonight I was taken care of by Mae at the bar and she was fantastic! Definitely coming back to see her again. 👍

Based on my experience here, the food itself was excellent. I was actually really surprised at just how good it was. The customer service I received was fine with no issues there. The location itself wasn't the best as far as parking and cleanliness. There was an overflowing dumpster within the parking area. Couldn't find any spots to park either. Trash could be seen on the ground around the parking lot as well. Overall, would return for the food.

I visited this location on 1/5/25 and 1/11/25 from out of town. Both of my servers (Jocelyn and Anna) were wonderful. They provided me with great service and were very friendly. My food was hot an very good. I recommend this location.

Grew up going to Hooters and always loved the thick battered wings, sauce and curly fries. I was a little let down. It's been a while since I've been and I think they changed the sauce and it wasn't as good. They were still thick battered and crunchy, but just want quite right. Margarita was just average at best. Nothing horrible just want what I remembered. The out side was a little run down, but the inside looked nice enough. Lots of TV's with sports, bar focused on the middle. Epitome of a sports bar.

Stopped by Hooters out of curiosity after hearing about their bankruptcy news. Gotta say, the environment was actually pretty nice and the service was great—friendly and quick. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly good. Curly fries were decent, nothing to complain about. The waffle fries, though, were way overfried—super hard—and the frying oil definitely tasted old, kind of stale. The wings were the most disappointing part. I got the naked wings and they were overcooked, really dry and stiff. The dry rub was just okay, nothing special. The quesadilla appetizer is very heavy on sauce. On the bright side, the food came out fast and hot, and I didn’t run into any of the service issues people mentioned in other reviews. Overall, it’s somewhere between a 3 and 4 star spot for me, and the food is on the pricy side, but I’ll round up because the service was solid.

I haven’t been to Hooters in a while as there more options in this type of restaurant. The server we had was mostly nice when we went. We were not the typical all male customer so we didn’t receive the same kind of service as they would receive. Food was OK. The fries came out cold and unsalted, the cheeseburger was really greasy, but the fried pickles were very good along with the sauce.

Second time in three weeks I came to eat here. The first I waited to be seated for 20min as the bartenders and servers talked amongst themselves and they were clearly under the 50% occupancy and had tables available. The second I was seated, waited 20min and no one came to take my drink order or anything so I left to a different restaurant. I hope that the management can take this constructive criticism to create a better customer experience. I will be back but I expect more from such an established company.

Ordered 2 plates of buffalo shrimp online. The sauce was in a small cup on the side . The best part of this meal The sauce covered on the shrimp. When put in a small cup its not enough to cover the shrimp, presentation is ugly and it doesn't takes as well because less sauce

To their defense it was about an hour or so until they closed on a weekday. So the atmosphere was they're cleaning up and the service reflected this as well. However the crab legs and homering burger was fantastic. I mean really you go to a restaurant for food, so you know.

DO NOT GET THE WINGS here if wings are your favorite food. I am a HUGE Hooters supporter and have visited many locations, in many states, over the years. It’s my favorite go to place for wings, beer and to watch the game with my family and friends at the King of Prussia, PA location. I’ve visited the Round Rock location 2 times since I moved to Texas recently. First, let me say that the staff and servers are great. Both times I came in they greeted me with a smile and the bar tender was awesome. The wings however were the worst Hooter’s wings I have ever had, BOTH times. The first time I visited i drove an hour to come and I got the batter original Hooter wings. The batter was way too heavy, which made the wings too bulky and a hard crispy, nothing like the other locations I’ve visited over the years. They skimped on the sauce and didn’t shake them in the sauce thoroughly. So most of the wings barely had sauce in them. In short, they sucked and I only ate 2 and threw the rest away. I decided to give this location another chance when my sisters came to town. We decided to go there to have drinks and I figured I’d try the naked wings this time with hopes that maybe it’d be different. I ordered half hot buffalo sauce and half Caribbean dry rub. They came out quick and they were NOT hot as if they had just came out the fryer. Again they threw some sauce on top of the 1 wings, so it was not evenly distributed and some pieces were completely sauce less. The dry rub was shaken on top like salt and pepper on a few wings and it didn’t stick to the pieces, so I knew they weren’t freshly fried. I’ve owned a Philly cheesesteak and wing restaurant before I so I know that things wings should be seasoned and sauced right after they come out the fryer so the seasonings and sauces mix with the oil and coat the wings. In short, they were under cooked, lacking sauce, seasoning and overall just sucked. They weren’t even crispy, at all on the outside. That’s how under cooked they were. I took note when I walked in that NO ONE at the bar had wings on the counter. That should have been my red flag because everyone knows that Hooters is known for their wings. Period. So in short, if you are a buffalo wing person don’t get them here. You’ll be highly disappointed. We decided next time we will go to Buffalo Wild Wings because they have consist quality at all the locations I’ve been to when I travel. I didn’t try any of the other food so I can’t rate that, which is why I gave them 3 stars. If they can get the wings right I’m sure it will boost their rating and sales. As a business owner to the business owner there, I suggest you track and try Hooters in other states, especially the ones on the east coast like PA or even FL where the first one was opened. They never disappoint 💯

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad. Pretty disappointed that it only came with 4 small chunks of chicken. Not even 2 tenders worth of chicken. Adding insult to injury they were dry and not even a little sauced. And to top it all off the extra ranch I paid for was as non existent as the buffalo sauce. I will 100% go to Pluckers next time where I will get more chicken than I can eat, swimming in sauce.

Stopped by Hooters in Austin and honestly left with mixed feelings. First impression wasn’t great—our menus were very worn down and the table clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. The mozzarella sticks were far from anything to be desired, and the marinara sauce tasted more like paste than sauce. Surprising and disappointing that none of the staff seems to recognize or address these details. On the positive side, the bone-in wings were decent (not the best, but enjoyable), and the onion rings and curly fries were actually really good. With a little more attention to cleanliness and food quality, this spot could be much better.

Wasn't too busy less than 50% occupancy. The server was friendly. However, it took 30 minutes to place my order, 20 minutes to get my order. The place seems very under staffed. But the wings are always good.

When I first walked up, the windows were filthy. We got seated at a dirty table. The server was nice when she greeted us. After ordering, I watched the server speaking with another table as she continued rubbing her butt cheek. I asked her to be sure to wash her hands before touching my food. Needless to say, she was offended and went to her manager to tattle and never came back. Even though they wear revealing uniforms for tips, they should still manage some decency and professional demeanor.

I went here awhile back , Food was great and the service was fast and efficient.however I didn't see any big hooters like the good ole days. Back when I was kid I remember coming to these locations around Austin and seeing what us huMANS loved to see. The food was not good. Had the Tenders & wings combo with a side of waffle fries. The chicken tenders were tough and very chewy, nothing tender about them. The lemon pepper wings were so over seasoned that I couldn't even eat one. And the fries were cold and stail. Nothing tasted good or fresh, kinda like everything had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past 2 hours. On the positive side the service and atmosphere were good.

Staff is very kind but super slow. Being completely ignored by our waitress as she runs not walks all over the store. Had to holler and wave her down anytime we needed a drink refill or to order our meal.our drinks would be ordered at the bar and then we would wait another 20 minutes before we got our drinks. I went this evening food was mediocre at best the server was not good at all she came to our table a total of three times. After I got done eating I sat for 20 minutes to get my check then waited another 10 for her to bring back my change I counted my change and I was missing 20$ so I waited till she walked passed to point this out and she looked at me like I was the worst human in the world. But the waitress that brought me the food was amazing. My main waitress sucked to put it nicely.

I havent been to Hooters in over 20 years so when my coworkers decided to go I was excited to check the place out. Upon entering we were greeted with a lovely smiling face. The ambience was inviting and the place was clean. Our waitress Maddie was very attractive and attentive. I ordered the 4 beef sliders with curly fries. I didnt not enjoy my food. The meat was dry and the fries were luke warm. I was disappointed. Maddie made the experience just a little bit better. 5 stars for Maddie.

What a rip off. Pay 5 bucks for a handful of fries. Hooters is also managed by young individuals with no concept of customer service. Our order was wrong and had another 15 mins to get our food. The initial wait to get our food was even longer.

I had the smoked wings because they were so flavorful and juicy at other locations. My server was Madison (a tall blonde bombshell). There is a spectrum of table checking -- checking frequent vs left alone. I like to be asked frequently if I need anything. Madison struck the perfect balance. The service was great so it was so unfortunate that the food was so bad. I mean, if it was on the lower end of average, I'd deal with it. First, I was served a flat Sam Adam's beer, which was replaced by a tasty East Coast style IPA. Four of the ten smoked wings here were so dry and tasted funny so I spat them out. I tried to fill myself with fries but they were chewy and kinda hard. They comped the fries and brought me a lovely IPA. But, overall, the food made my stomach hurt. Again, my waitress Madison was nice and chatty and tried her best but the product was so, so, so, bad. I'd consider returning to give her another chance if the stomach ache would go away.

This is by far the worst Hooters I've visted. The cook is very lazy. I order 15 traditional wings 3 mile island extra wet. I got the wings in 3 minutes. They were lukewarm, hard, ans drownedin sauce. This establishment needs to fire that guy right away.

Don't waste your time here, unless you have placed a call in order. We used to frequently visit this location, but after this evening, Saturday @10PM, we won't ever be back. It really shouldn't be that difficult to seat 2 people when thier are only 15~20 people seated. After being seated we waited 15 minutes, for a waitress but nothing. got up went to the bar and STILL waited for bartender, Bella was her name. Only 3 others at bar. But that was pointless as well. It was such a struggle to place an order that I couldn't take the piss poor hospitality that all the staff had to offer so the best thing to do was just leave and go somewhere else where patrons can be treated like people. Because you will not find any respect or humanity at this location. And the only reason I placed 1☆, is because Google doesn't have Zero stars!

Ordered the Tex-Mex Nachos Chili, and was thoroughly disappointed. Last I checked nachos includes cheese! They also forgot the sour cream, and disregarded my request for salsa instead of pico de gallo.

The ladies have no customer service. We were seated during shift change. My drink came after 15mins of waiting. It was made horribly, supposed to be a frozen drink and was separating in the glass and tasted like syrup. I ordered a meal that came with shrimp and curly fries then added a waffle fry. Only my shrimp came to the table. We had to ask where our fries were. When I asked the waitress said “well idk I didn’t take your order”. During shift change the new waitress should be required to read the ticket or have it told to her, so she knows what’s going on with the table she’s assigned to. I asked for shrimp to be cooked extra crispy and it was not. I returned my drink and it was never removed from my ticket, I had to tell them to remove it. Our waitress that came during shift change disappeared and another waitress was helping. The atmosphere in this moment was very unprofessional. The ladies seem more focused on their look than customer service. All these ladies are beautiful fix the customer service.

I don’t recommend anyone go to this Hooters unless you want to deal with a bartender yelling about being a "mother" and "educated"—yet still working at Hooters. The attitude was just laughable. She refused to serve me because she didn’t start my tab, and acted like she was too good to do her job. To make it worse, my waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. The place was blasting loud music like a club, making it hard to enjoy anything. I didn’t even try the food because the manager, Brandon, allowed the waitress to act rude and refuse service. Completely unprofessional and not worth the time or money.

The worst Philly Cheese steak I ever had in my life!! The very little meat that was there, was crispy and it tasted like it had a pound of salt on it! It tasted like beach water, no lie! I took 3 bites hoping to find a decent bite. However, it only got worse, so bad I felt like throwing up on table. The nausea was unbearable!! I mentioned it to the waitress and manger and not one offer to take it back. BTW, the so called onion rings had no onions, it was pure batter. I paid for 3 bites of a $15 Cheese steak and vowed to spread the word to never go back there again. My son ordered a hamburger that was cold and fries were ice cold. Please don't waste your time at this establishment, you will be disappointed!

On 6/6/24, We went to Hooters on a Dinner Date What - Horrible service and food. We received Kayla. Was our waiter, she was too busy hanging out at another table. With some gentlemen's talking talking,she never came to give us our waters when we ordered. 30 minutes.ago And mind you, we had to wait at least for 35 minutes to get seated When she finally came over and gave us our waters She was not too friendly when I asked to speak with the manager, she replied. I will call the manager over. But I just want you to know that she is having a bad day. She is very upset. Who says those things to a customer? When the manager finally came out, she kindly said, "Here is your appetizer. I will get it off your tab. That is not what we want it. We just want her to know how horrible service has been going with Kayla Then she told us that our food would be out. Shortly when our food came out, the wings were half Breaded. They were still cold in the middle,they forgot our fries by then we had been there for 2 hours. Already, we will never go back to this establishment again. We have been. Going there for the past few years, but this time. It was a very horrible experience.We would take our business somewhere else.

I went to this place this morning and my visit wasn't a pleasant visit. I've been coming to this place for years and the last few visits weren't good. I heard a guy speaking about this Hooters a few days ago and he said the service was horrible and the place wasn't clean. I didn't engage in the conversation because i didn't know him and I don't like to bad mouth places because people make mistakes. But I went here at 11am this morning and sat at a dirty bar. It was so dirty that one of the customers had to get the spray and towel and whip the bar. I asked for a beer from a female bartender that didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. She went to get the beer and it was out. She never told me anything and had me sitting there while she went cut limes. She could've let me know and ask did I want something else or did I want to wait. Just rude! I hope this place can get back to the place it was when I enjoyed coming here. This probably the 3rd time in my life where I've left a bad review because I know people are perfect but this is unacceptable.

Worst food I ever had in any restaurant. Service was great, but every dish we ordered was overloaded with salt. I like salt on chips and fries, but this place showed me those too can be ruined with the amount of salt. And about the atmosphere, cushions in booths are in need of immediate replacement. I'm not returning to this place ever again.

I recently visited Hooters and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Ella, our server, provided poor service and maintained a dismissive attitude throughout our visit. She didn’t take care of our table, making us feel completely neglected. It’s frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism, especially when you’re looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. Definitely not what I expected from Hooters.

Worst experience ever at this location. It has slowly been going down. Practically empty even with a UFC fight showing. Floors were sticky, table was dirty, took forever for the hostess to appear (or anyone). The fries were cold and cooked in old oil and never should've been served. Very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit on 06/20/25. From the moment I walked in, the bartender was noticeably unwelcoming and rude. We had planned to sit at the bar, but her attitude made it clear we weren’t welcome, which was incredibly disheartening—especially since it was my birthday. As someone who previously worked at Hooters and truly enjoyed the environment, this experience was nothing like what I’ve known and loved. Unfortunately, it left a very negative impression. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but I hope she reflects on how her attitude can impact someone’s experience. I truly hope the staff can do better in the future, as I would not recommend this location based on my visit.

The amount of hair I just found in my wings, is absolutely disgusting. This is more than just a stray hair falling into the food. All the wings have dozens of hairs on them. Someone in the kitchen is putting their hair into the rub/batter. I called and talked to the manager, and he just brushed me off and said "this is the first I'm hearing of this". I understand if he hadn't heard of it, but he's hearing now, and seemed unapologetically indifferent to the situation. This is the most disgusting dining experience I've ever had. This particular establishment needs a visit from a food inspector ASAP.

Embarrassing experience to this normally reliable chain. Ordered a simple pick up order of 24 Buffalo shrimp. 1/2 chipolte and 1/2 Texas bbq with extra blue cheese. Took 10 minutes of standing at bar before someone finally sent someone in back to get my order. Ordered wings extra wet as well. Got one lil thing of blue cheese and I'll let the pics talk to bbq, extra wet and chipolte without any seasoning. Complete waste. Gave a star because I couldn't give half a star.

Came in around 9. Our waitress name was Hailey. Worst service ever. Food came out cold. We had to get up and get our own ketchup and napkins and no silverware was given. When our waitress first came up to our table she gave us her name and then said that should would be sitting with another customer and to call her name if we needed her. Very rude service. Never going back again due to the service given tonight.

Not worth the visit. Came because friends hyped up the wings. You can get better wings at both hurricanes and twin peaks which are both just a block or two away. On top of that twin peaks has the same gimmick but done better and with a better atmosphere to boot. Non lunch prices were completely outrageous setting me back $33 with a standard tip for just a 10 piece order of breaded wings and a tall beer. Staff came off inexperienced and annoyed at their work environment but still cared enough about my order.

Well, they have officially done it. Whomever owns this joint now has completely screwed the pooch. Have been going to this location for at least a decade and yesterday 11/22/25 will be my last visit. The service was 🔥 and Desie did an awesome job but thats about where the good ended. We ordered the steamed shrimp and it was the worst shrimp we have ever had. Also, im guessing the new owners bought the restaurant but not the sauces becsuse they got rid of the Chipotle Honey and completely changed my fave sauce Three Mile Island. The sauce lost its signature flavor and is no where near the same spice level. Guess im sticking to Twin Peaks and Pluckers now. RIP Hooters. You wont last long now with these new people at the helm....

I ordered pickup and my food was over cooked pickles were literal chips burnt, ordered 3 mozzarella sticks super over cooked hard, bone in wings were deformed and not meant for human consumption. I’ve called to seek help took over a day to finally get through. No help was given only a request to send a picture of food to a email and no response this place is a joke stay away they don’t game customer service anymore nobody wants to help. Well over $80 wasted on a birthday dinner that did not get eaten
