All the food we had was amazing. Definitely hit the spot. The only downside is you didnt get fresh hot chips at your table as soon as you sit down like most other places. By most other places I mean on the east coast. I know its normal there but not sure if it is here. I couldnt fault the food in any way. It was all very good. Prices are up there... but still good. I have to remember this is California and wont find 2 full meals with drinks and dessert for $20 like back home. The street tacos were very good! And i definitely plan on coming back for more! The food also came out quite fast. Faster than i expected actually. This is a solid spot!
The grilled chicken was not my favorite but I liked the sauce options!
Service is amazing. Food is delicious. One of the best places you can go eat especially if you want good customer service. I recommend this 100% and I am the biggest a hole when it comes to dining out.
Was in the area delivering flowers for an event. Found this gem. Wow! Delish! Quesabirria was so good and street tacos yummy. Rice and beans were also great. The staff were incredibly nice.
First time trying this Mexican restaurant, it was on a taco Tuesday and the tacos are $2.17 each. I ordered 2 asada and 1 carnitas tacos and the were delicious! Service was fantastic and the taco were at our tables in less than 5 minutes. The place was packed for lunch and very busy. Can't wait to eat here again!!
I went to this place to try out the quesa birria tacos. First off as I entered the building it was completely packed and very little room max capacity. They do have an outside sitting where if you have a large group of family you can eat outside but for the inside of the restaurant not really. The price for the 3 birria tacos I would say it was reasonable. The quality of the meat from the birria tacos were very tender, very flavorful, and the cheese pull from it was very nice. Portion size was pretty good for the 3 birria tacos. The hot sauce they include with the birria tacos were really good and the consume were out of this world flavorful and not too oily. I also had an al pastor taco and it was just okay I would say. Customer service was pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend others to try this place for birria tacos for sure
Big booths and great salsa and chip bar very tasty. The atmosphere is gorgeous tremendous food, not just a few items. I love their street tacos. They use red onions instead of white\nWill go back there soon.Go check it out
Found about this place on Google while driving to Central California from Reno, Nevada. Loved it so much that we stopped by again on the way back. Great prices and delicious flavors. Loved everything, specially the salsa bar and the Micheladas. Will make sure to ALWAYS stop by when we're going to Sacramento.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years and have always enjoyed my experience. The food is great, the service is fantastic, and the salsa bar offers the best variety in all of Sacramento. Best deal is the taco Tuesday. My friend loves their tostadas de ceviche, my sister loves their caldo de res, and mom’s boyfriend can’t ever get enough of the fajitas. Place is impeccably clean, too. Highly recommended!
This place is just all around awesome. Service, great! Food, delicious, you can really tell they use good quality ingredients. Drinks, hella bomb! Price for the food is totally reasonable for everything this place has to offer. The atmosphere is a lovely blend of cantina and 50's diner. Super fun. We love that we found this place and that its close to our house. Give it a try, if you're near by, you be disappointed.
Great quick Mexican Food spot. The food is amazing and fresh and the service is great! The Salsa/Chip Bar is awesome with a great multiple selection of Salsa. Each time we dined in the restaurant, though I am sure taking it to go would be just as good. Great Mexican food in the Arden Area.
The guacamole was very good, the salsa bar was well stocked, the Mexican rice was good but almost had a flavor of chicken stock. The refried beans were made with pinto beans and chorizo. I ordered the chimichanga and my wife ordered a chile Relleno and a Carnitas taco.
We went to this restaurant with a group of six, and something kind of strange happened. After being inside for a few minutes, several of us started coughing and our throats started tickling. It honestly felt like there was something in the air because it started pretty quickly after we walked in. Not sure what it was, but it definitely affected our experience. Service and food were good though.
My mom and I (African-American) visited 2/27/26. There was an older gentleman with glasses taking orders at the cash register, I didn’t see his name. He was very snarky with my mom when asking her if she wanted Queso Birria tacos or regular burria tacos. My mom noticed right away that his tone was rude, but wasn’t sure if it was just her. immediately after, we noticed that his tone with the mexican customers was very chipper and very nice. When a white woman went up there for to go boxes, he immediately gave her to go boxes. 20 seconds later my mom went up there to ask for to go boxes and didn’t acknowledge her. She was standing there for at least a minute and he ignored her completely. In the end, a younger woman helped my mom and was very nice. Just be cautious about what establishment you support.
Don't believe the hype. Food came out quicker than I expected and the place was clean. Free chips and salsa are always a plus but the portion was quite small. Flavors were ok. The table next to me mentioned that their drink felt week. Idk really had high hopes about the place but sadly didn't find what they offered was anything special or worthy of their current rating. Place was pretty busy an hour before closing al fold on them. Honestly I left feeling underwhelmed
This place was jammed packed, so usually that a good sign, in this case NOPE!!! What in the hell's kitchen is going on. This whole experience was poor. The place is almost as big a jail cell. The lady that took my order was really sweet and friendly. But everyone else had no smiles don't greet you. The food was trash. And that is were they look like that got the meat out of the garbage. I was so upset, my stomach started hurting. Paid for extra cheese didn't get it. The only thing good there was the fresh fruit juices. I had orange, beet and carrots drink. I would never go here again and would not advise others to unless they like old food.✌🏿🤢😮💨🤮
This place used to be awesome. Not anymore. They overpriced their menu. And the amount of their food is getting diminished. I ordered a “super burrito” and the price was around 15$. The burrito they sold me is literally the wrapped tortilla with nothing in it. It’s very skinny wrap which looks like a stick. The taste???.. disgusting plain rice with no meat. If you want to get ripped off for peace of trash and loose ur money, go there and suffer !!
