I had such a great experience thanks to Amanda! She was incredibly accommodating, very communicative, and just an all-around kind and welcoming presence. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely nice. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Amanda added that extra touch of hospitality that makes you want to come back. Fuji Sushi is lucky to have her! The food was absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a great lunch/dinner with happy hour.
Delicious tender and saucy ribs and awesome sushi rolls! We got the ribs, rainbow roll, and suro roll and all were amazing. We both thought everything was very good - ambiance was top tier, service was excellent, unobtrusive, friendly and fast.
Service is outstanding. The drinks made by Paul are very unique and fantastic variety. There is no rushing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I am still thinking about having the New Year's dinner here. Food items are fresh and made with abundant seafood.
Great new restaurant! We have had dinner here a few times and it’s each time has been delicious! The service is phenomenal. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Brunch was amazing as well! Must try the Japanese breakfast plate. Traditional and something hard to find even in SF. Highly recommend.
What a great experience walking into fuji. The decor was thoughtfully done and transported me back to tokyo. There's a bit of the old world flar like a kimono on the wall and a mural of a samurai on another and many paimting and art pieces. The bar is very eye catching with full LED back lighting, elegant black pendants st the counter and under cabinet lighting making it all really pop. Now to the best part food. Lets start with the appetizers- Lumpia- very Crispy, light but packed with flavor and house made sweet chili sauce Karaage- fried chicken with a fluffy crunchy coating that was perfectly cooked Katasu- pork cutlet was extra crispy crunchy accompanied by a sweet nutty sauce We had 2 plates of fresh fish that didn't last long enough for a picture. It was so fresh we thought it was still flopping around on the cutting board. Definitely a mist order Then we ordered 4 rolls of the chefs choice. This was amazing we asked for 2 of them to be spicy and the chef hit it out of the park. One of the rolls had lemon zest in in and that flavor combo is something I will desire forever. The desert we should have skipped bit couldn't resist creme Brule, chocolate decadence and the 3 tower pastry. This resturant is great for families, date night at the bar and they even have a happy hour from 3-6 pm. Also on Monday and Tuesday night there's a 3 course meal for 30$. I definitely look forward to coming back for some craft cocktails and the rest of the menu. Bravo fuji bravo
Super cool place. Really cool lighting features. Fresh food with lots of options. Chefs choice freestyle Rolls and desserts were amazing. They do offer an omakase experience too. Unique drinks and food in an awesome space.
OMG!. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. I HAVE NEVER HAD BRUSSELS SPROUTS SO TASTY IN MY LIFE.. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT LIKE BRUSSELS SPROUTS. BUT HE LOVES THESE. THE SHRIMP MACADAMIAN... OUT OF THIS WORLD. the waitress hannah was absolutely awesome it was perfect.!!!😀
Came in here just as they were opening. Good amount of seating, waitress was patient with us and gave us good recommendations. Highlight of the night is the cinnamon mochi muffin. Can't recommend it enough!
I stumbled upon this delightful establishment while waiting for my electric vehicle to charge across the street, and it truly is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and seated immediately. Their lunch special is an absolute steal at $15! It includes your choice of two meats or fish, gyoza, miso soup, sushi, and rice. Additionally, they offer $10 maki rolls all day on Thursdays. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their $5 bourbons, available with the lunch special, were incredibly well-crafted. I had been expecting something akin to an Applebee's or Chili's drink but was pleasantly proven wrong by the expertly mixed beverage. The food was outstanding! The kalbi beef had a perfect spicy kick, making it both delightful and memorable. This spot has quickly become my favorite lunch destination in Sacramento. Although I'm just visiting, I come here a few times a year and will most definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a remarkable and affordable dining experience!
Absolutely outstanding experience at Fuji Sacramento! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable - attentive, friendly staff who made us feel truly welcome. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was expertly prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. The sushi was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the presentation was beautiful. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. What really impressed us was the value - exceptional quality at reasonable prices. It's rare to find such an excellent combination of outstanding food, top-notch service, and fair pricing. Fuji Sacramento has become our go-to spot, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're a sushi lover or just looking for a fantastic meal, this place delivers on every level! Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely awesome spot on broadway. The dining experience was spectacular and all of the food was so scrumdiddlyumptious! Staff was on point and so nice and they made an amazing mojito! The only thing that we didn’t think was as good as the rest was the yakisoba. But all other food items were so fantastic and so filling that it didn’t matter at the end since the yakisoba will still be a yummy leftover meal. Also the price was so affordable for the quality of food and service! Overall loved the place and loved the vibe.
Our server Jeremy took great care of us. The food was delicious. Jeremy kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we wanted. He kept our tea nice and hot. It was the first time my friend had eaten there and she was very impressed.
On Nov 24th, had lunch with another couple. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. And Mondays offer the happy hour price (half off) on all their Street Food items all day. So also excellent value. Our waiter, Jeremy, was fun and friendly and made us feel instantly welcomed and comfortable! Loved his "Simba" attached to his apron too.
I've enjoyed several meals at Fuji Sacramento. I look forward to my next visit. Food quality is high. I've enjoyed everything from street food to sukiyaki, from Japanese style fish and chips to the surprising burger -- I had our server explain what it was doing on the menu, which inspired me to try it. The atmosphere is top notch and the service is skilled and friendly.
Excellent rolls paired with great service. There was a slight delay on a roll we ordered, not even noticeable, and our waitress gifted us free dessert for our order. It was our first time - we will be back!
Our waitress Teya was super. She was very attentive, made sure all of our order came out and was timely, and just overall friendly. We were even checked on by the owner Russell. He made sure we were happy with our meal and the high quality was consistent everytime we visit.
We went to Fuji Sacramento to celebrate my niece’s 19th birthday, and it ended up being such a lovely experience. From the moment we sat down, our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They even recommended a sauce for my fries that was so good. I wish I could remember the name of it because I’m still thinking about it. The atmosphere felt calm and inviting, and I really enjoyed the decor. A fun little detail I loved was that a couple of the staff members had cute character hanging on their aprons. It added a playful, personal touch that made the space feel even more relaxed and fun. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. I’m not usually a big sushi person. Sushi is my niece’s favorite. But I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed everything. I even tried a roll with eel, which I normally avoid, and I actually loved it. It was part of the happy hour menu, and finding out they offer happy hour all day on Sundays was such a great bonus. If you’re into football, they had a game playing on the bar side, which was a nice option without it overpowering the rest of the restaurant. The energy from the staff was kind and positive, and it really added to the experience. And I have to mention the green tea. It was delicious. We had a wonderful time celebrating, and I'll come back again.
The special tonight was 1/2 price street food and we were there early enough to take advantage. We were not disappointed. The garlic green beans and the brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. Anthony, our server, was attentive and delightful. The food was served in a timely manner and the desserts were delicious. Best of all, the price for dinner was really reasonable.

We hosted a sponsored work dinner in Fugi’s private upstairs dining room, and everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, making sure our group was well taken care of throughout the evening. Even the owner stopped by to personally greet us and check that everything was running smoothly, which made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommend Fugi Sacramento for group events or a great night out!
I've been wanting to try this eatery as the building has had many different occupants. Hope this restaurant lasts because the Ramen was nice. The decor, service, and staff as well. Will definitely be back!
Came here from over an hour away for date night with my boyfriend. The food tasted really good. The atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant was inviting and felt nice. Everyone was friendly and smiling as though they enjoy working there. We ordered a few drinks, lumpia, calamari, the dragon roll, all from the happy hour menu. And the shinjuku plate, the ribeye and the pork buns from the regular menu. The drinks: were average, and unmemorable. Our second round took forever to arrive. The Rib eye: tasted good, but was sliced so thin, it was laughable. Paying 20 for what was approximately 2 oz of steak was a little shocking. The Pork buns: tasted great, but came with barely enough pork belly to fill the 3 buns. And they took quite a while coming out from the kitchen, arriving half way through our meal. The rest of the food was very good and came quickly. All in all I don't think it was worth the $200 we spent.

Food was fine, but nothing stood out. The lemon drop was good, the Moscow mule just tasted like well vodka on ice. It was a very average experience not something I’d crave to come back for.
