It’s a good Shake Shack! My only complaint is that the table shuffleboard inside doesn’t work properly because the silicon beads are like contaminated with sand or something. It’s a shame because it’s a fun game. But: The burgers and shakes are good, and the service people are nice.

I had the Tiramisu Shake (limited time specialty) and it was heavenly! Tasted just like taking a bite of tiramisu. We also shared bacon cheese fries that were a 10/10 and love their fries are crinkle cut. We weirdly loved the little wood pic that it came with to eat with, it's a little 2 prong fork. It makes eating cheese fries more sophisticated and keeps your fingers clean.

Busy Friday night- but the team was wonderful! I accidentally ordered incorrect and didn’t claim a reward properly- the manager took care of my order and was super kind about my mistake. We love our local shake shack. Thank you! … and the Big Shack is delicious!!

He had a great time at Shake Shack today. Jasmine helped us along the way. She gave my son crayons to draw with and set him up with jenga as we waited. He had such a great time. Plus he devoured his cheeseburger!! The food was great, the service was even better

Came here for lunch and wow, delicious and amazing that I had to go back. I got the NOT SO FRIED Chicken sandwhich first...which is delicious and comes with a dipping sauce that you can spread on each bite....I recommend the tangy bbq sauce. Then they have great teas and lemonades that are all fresh....the guava lemonade is delicious. Then I went back to get a salad and just as good if not better! The service is friendly and fast...you can order ahead online, but if you walk in they take care of you right away. They have a lot of places to sit if you want to dine in.

The staff are friendly and caring, and I love that the bathrooms are fully inclusive: wheelchair accessible, equipped with both a toilet and a urinal, and with a baby changing station. This is a place that is thoughtfully designed and operated to nourish human beings. Shout-out to Ray, who took my order, for not judging my choice of an item from the kids’ menu 🤣 Yes, I am an adult who sometimes just needs a basic grilled cheese sandwich. Next time I will hang out here a bit and totally take up the offer of some coloring sheets.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Mendocino Farms! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredible. Huge shoutout to Rechena S. (cashier) and Chris H. (server) — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even while sitting down, staff checked in and made us feel welcome. Despite a busy Monday lunchtime downtown, ordering was quick and smooth. The food was fresh, generous, and packed with flavor — no skimping at all. Our group ordered four different meals and everyone loved theirs. This is officially one of our new go-to lunch spots. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love them they are so kind I was just there a few minutes ago and the manger CHRIS is so sweet and kind , all the staff are amazing as well !! Not to mention, the food is genuinely amazing and very creative, If anything unique!! They have sample cups so you can try all of their lemonades which is my favorite part so you can make sure that the one you want to get is a first sure decision! Never been in a place that lets you do that. I will definitely be coming back here to try every single thing on their menu. Thank you guys for being so kind. I recommend that everybody comes here. The menu is a bit on the eclectic side with twists on several favorites. In most cases, leaving something off is no problem. They don't have fountain sodas here, but the lemonade is pretty good and I should probably drink that anyway. You will need a smartphone to register your order number with your table so that the staff can find you when they bring out your food. I don't object to going here, and they have nice outdoor seating for when the weather is good.

My sweet, loving wife, who is also quite picky, and I have always wanted to try this place out, but we've never had the chance until today. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by staff members who offered to give us some insight into the menu. We decided on Chen’s Crispy Rice Salad and the Chicken & Hummus Crunch wrap. Our food did take a little while to come out, but to be fair, it was lunchtime, so that’s usually expected. Upon the arrival of our food, the staff offered us drinks to compensate for the wait, which we thought was very kind. After tasting the dishes, we thought they were very good; however, the chicken wrap wasn’t quite to our liking, as we had expected a grilled wrap. It was good nonetheless, but the staff offered to give us a new dish, and that’s when we decided on the “Not so Fried” chicken sandwich. That sandwich was honestly amazing. We can see why it’s a popular pick for sure. Overall this was a great experience for our first time here. A special mention to all the staff who ensured our experience was a pleasant one. We will definitely be coming here in the future!

I love this location, I eat here almost weekly. Today was the first time I dined in and it service was impeccable. The manager came and check on our group multiple times and a worker even bagged our leftovers table side. I wish I remembered her name but the coworker took time to have a conversation with my group and really touched my heart. I do not normally write reviews but this location was so impressive I had to. Have been here a couple times for dine in and a few take outs. The restaurant is in a convenient location where you can walk around to the various shops before or after your meal. Their menu has lots of options and is great for your vegetarian or vegan friends. The food has been fresh and delicious each time l've been! I really enjoy getting their sandwich and soup combo in order to get the best of both worlds. I've had their vegan Banh Mi, corn & hatch chile soup, and some of their chef specials. Everything has been good so far! The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open and bright inside with tons of seating and they have seating on the patio outside. It's clean and organized. Definitely recommend coming for lunch especially if you're gonna be walking around the area or after checking out the farmers market!

We had a really great time on a date night here! This is a small, casual restaurant is located in a really fun area. The staff is exceptional, thank you Eric for the hospitality and we we delighted to be "special guests" that evening! I love that Mendocino Farms has a seasonal menu. I've ordered from here before and have loved everything I've had. This night my wonderfully patient fiance ordered the Peruvian Steak sandwich and it was my favorite thing of the evening. I had the half sandwich and soup combo, with the "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich and a seasonal soup, both were delicious, as well as the side of tofu salad. We also sampled one of each of the cookies they sold, and the Lemon Cheesecake cookie was amazing! We will definitely be returning sooner than later.

We stopped by Shake Shack after visiting the Sacramento Zoo—just about a 10-minute drive away. The location was beautiful, very clean, and not crowded at all, which made for a relaxing visit. Ordering was easy through the self-serve kiosk, and the food came out quickly. The burgers were great, just as expected! Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the milkshake had a bit of a strange taste this time around. It was my mom’s first time trying Shake Shack, so she was a little disappointed—especially with the price and the fries—but she did enjoy her burger. I’ve had Shake Shack at other locations before, so I knew what to expect.

The fam and I went to this spot after church. We were feeling good so we wanted to keep that going with good clean food. Soul feed, belly feed. We arrived her after having to walk about 7 blocks but it's ok, get some juice in the joints. There was this cool blue and white cow, my daughter loved cows so she was super juiced, she is grown but never the mind that lol. The cashier was super kind and since that was our first time going we didn't know what was good, so the cashier ran things down for us. We order and had to wait for a seat, someone finally cleaned a table and we sit and waited. Once our food came the waiter was a bit rude, so she did not get a tip. The food was bomb, oh!!! My word it was so good, so fresh, so tasty with nice size portions. Man that salad was bomb. I will most diff be going back. Well done guys, well done. Until next week. Lol🤭

We ordered the Chicken Parmesan Dip and the Prosciutto & Chicken sandwiches. They were amazing and really tasty! The Chicken Parmesan Dip had a little spice to it, but I liked it. However, the portion sizes of the sandwiches are small — you might need two to feel satisfied.

Was really excited to try Shake Shack for the first time after hearing about it for years. Always heard it compared to In-N-Out, with many of it's faithful saying it was better. Again, really pumped to give it a try. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't bad, would definitely have it again. But I didn't think it was nearly as flavorful as In-N-Out, or cooked as well. I also think Smash Burger is better, at least than this experience. I like their fries and shakes better for sure. But the main star just didn't match up. Would also say that the grilled cheese was horrible. I have never seen a grilled cheese that thin in my life. Quesadilla's are thicker! I'm definitely going to try again. Often times the first experience can be lessened by high expectations, which I certainly had. Also might have been an off day in the kitchen (short staffed or inexperience). So I'll try again and hope for better. But it's not bad, just not up to the hype or it's competition.

It was a clean environment for the most part. The staff could of been more exciting, like stated welcome in or something. I only seen one person restocking and cleaning with a roster of at least 6 people. Food wasn't too bad but tasted rushed.

The burgers are pricey but they are very good. Very well seasoned patties with all the toppings is the way to go. Recently tried the Korean menu and nothing was memorable. $12 Chicken sandwich was less than mid. The regular chicken sandwich is much better with all the toppings. Ordering through the app is the way to go as they usually have app only deals.

Great for quick bite few games. Burgers are exceptional spicy caramel milkshake is different and yummy. Definitely give that a try if you go here.. plenty of room apple space for kids. There’s music playing so kids are free to make noise.!

All burgers are salty, sweet treats are too sweets. I ordered Avocado Chicken burger, the avocado is missing. They refunded it but no sorry heard from the manager. Just disappointed!
