I've visited many of the Pieology stores, throughout California. This store is position in a great location. Staff is accommodating as well as courteous. Ingredients are fresh and numerous. The experience was great and I can recommend this store. There are an vegetarian meals as well. Pieology is not your typical Italian pizza store. But it is a progressive with a hint of the old world.

Great price for the pizza. Decent size and tastes good. Came here for the grand opening and it was packed. Understandably the wait was around 30-40 minutes but the service and staff were still pretty decent. I had the stuffed crust style pizza and compared to the regular it was ok. I didn't notice too much of a difference. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite in the Delta Shores.

The food is good, staff are nice and efficient, especially since it appeared only two of them were handing the entire restaurant; but something just seems off about this location. It seems it needs some attention and supplies. They’ve been out of items before but this time there was a sign taped to the women’s bathroom that it was out of soap. Odd, and concerning if employees use that restroom.

Visited Pieology at the Delta Shores today. There was a line, hence a wait. The place is moderately sized. There is outdoor seating but with it being windy, people wanted to eat indoors. We got lucky, by the time we got to order, some tables opened up. The pie options are okay. We ordered a Margherita and a build your own one. The pies get delivered to your table. The topping options are okay as well. We would have loved some seafood topping options as we do not eat meat. Anchovies would have sufficed. Servers and Staff making the pies are very nice. This is always a plus.

$16 FOR JUST THE TINY PIZZA :( Really sad. I recently found out I have strong gluten sensitivities and so I wanted to try pieology’s gluten free pizza. Advertised as 10 inches when its barely 8.5. Not a jab at the employees because they weren't doing anything wrong. I was just told they preorder the gluten free dough. If you can't properly accommodate what you say you can, then don't serve it at all, especially not for $16 for just the pizza. Was really excited because I've gone here before (before I noticed my allergy) and the pizza was well worth it (size and taste) but now I don't think I’ll be coming back. Really good if u can eat gluten, horrible if you can't.

My family of four stopped here for lunch after a busy morning. There was just one female working there and was kinda hassled but was very polite and getting the work done. We got our pizzas and sat down and noticed that all the pizzas were burnt, 2 of the 4 were too burnt to eat. She even scraped the burnt edges off before giving us the pizzas. We had to request her to remake it because we just couldn’t eat it. We asked for light drizzles on two pizzas and we got a whole load of sauce dumped on top. It made the pizzas utterly inedible. There was a huge line so we ate what we could and dumped the rest. Not going to try here again.

Online ordering always results in a pizza that isn't made with love :( It's very sad. Not even half my pizza had cheese on it. Some of the slices had no cheese stuffed inside the crust as ordered, and there were multiple bubbles. There was only one customer ordering and one employee at the front.

Pizza 🍕 is good, but I ordered traditional wings and they gave me boneless. They also deducted ranch and sauce but didn't give them to me. I went back to the guy, saying I had already paid.

It has been a week of me trying to call this location to speak to ANYONE and a few surveys filled out online about my order experience and still there is no resolution. I hope someone will please reach out to me as I am highly disappointed in the lack of care and sensitivity in service I received. Ordered 3 build your own pizzas and paid extra for cauliflower crust and gluten free crust for my elderly parents who only asked for pizza on their 51st wedding anniversary. They both have dietary restrictions and I ordered the pizzas specifically to have it fit their dietary needs. Upon arrival, I still had to wait for my order although it should have finished almost 10 minutes earlier according to my confirmation, and I opened each box to see which pizza was which and noticed the pizzas were almost the same size and I didn't think much of it. I came home to realize all three were normal thin crust pizzas with meager toppings. My main issue is the wrong pizza crust as it caused a spike in blood pressure for a recovering stroke patient. I wrote in their feedback surveys to please refund me for the crusts I paid extra for that I did not receive but have heard nothing from anyone. At this point in time I would like to request a full refund. I see the owner has responded to guests on these reviews before so I'm really hoping someone can hear us out. TLDR; Paid extra for cauliflower and gluten free crust due to dietary restrictions a d sensitivities but have yet to be contacted via phone or email. Unable to go into store in person as I am full time caregiver with a tight schedule.

The worst pizza i had for last 5-6 years since pieology has opened the franchise. 5-6 pieces of chicken🤣🤣 15-20 pieces of olives, 7-8 pieces of onions….. o come one , and the people making pizza should also look at the special instructions, It has happened twice. Hope manager looks at this review and contact me so i can send her pics also, try to find chicken in third picture

Pieology Pizzeria Delta Shores at this location should be renamed: Antisocialology Pizzeria!!! First of all it was closed down in the middle of the day due to as the sign posted indicated: short of help, although, there was still customers inside, which was very confusing. Secondly, when they opened back up a little later, the two female servers met us customers with contempt and indifference. I felt like I was unwelcome and like I was bothering both servers. When I asked the one server to add an additional item, she commenced to tell me in a snooty attitude that I confused her. I let her know that she and her co-worker had very bad attitudes. I believe the first worker that I encountered, tried to redeem herself, as she was way more friendly before I left. The food was pretty good but I won’t be returning to that particular restaurant in the future. I will spend my money where I am appreciated and wanted.

I’ve been here a couple times and the pizza is usually fine. However, I recently learned that they have terrible quality control. I ordered a pizza online and had it delivered. Unless the delivery driver ate most of my tomatoes and basil, whoever made this pizza REALLY messed up. I ordered marinara, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. My pizza had no sauce, 3.5 tomatoes (3 entirely whole, not sliced), and maybe 5 basil leaves. I am really disappointed. I don’t understand how someone made this pizza and thought “yep, looks good.”
