I'm so annoyed to come here craving the breadsticks, then I get them, and they barely have any seasoning on it 😑 They're not even crunchy. Charging $10 for a personal pan pizza and $10 for breadsticks should be a damn crime. Definitely not coming back.

Picked up 2 Large Pizzas from this place. Crust was so chewy, like eating a piece of cardboard, my jaw literally hurt from chewing. And pizza was so thin, thankful I opted for stuffed crust. Literally came here tonight to get A heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. I think it was the worst pizza that I’ve ever had and I’m not joking 711 pizza Taste better it was so dry and the toppings looked like they were very light handed with them We also got a regular large pizza too, which was not good. Either My husband said that that one was doughy not cooked all the way he said he felt like he was holding up bread this was the first time I had been to a Pizza Hut in years. I usually go to Little Caesars and I’m honestly disappointed for the amount that I spent and how gross the pizza was. I won’t be coming back at least not to this location. I don’t know. I’m just disappointed because the pizza did not taste how I remember it tasting years ago. Something definitely has changed. Pizza Hut, you guys gotta step your game up or lower them prices significantly one of the two I don’t usually leave reviews but I was just very disappointed with the food we got tonight

This place is unprofessional and ghetto. I ordered a Detroit pizza online. It was a normal medium pan pizza. It says cheese to the Edge? There was no cheese on crust. I walked out to realize, it was missing pepperoni. I was already waiting a while for my order and then to have to wait for them to remake it was a inconvenience. I had a specific time I wanted my order to be ready because I had somewhere else to be. The manager Samantha and her team need to be replaced. The front guy was arguing with a customer about the same thing i was upset about. Saying he doesn't need his job lets take this it out side. With some foul language among other things. Really! The manager samantha let this happen. My son was in there with me. This place need to get there business together. Theres always something wrong with either my food or another customers when i go. I hope corporate finds out about this issue and handles it. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza but I definitely would not be back to this location

Every time I call I hear music slapping to the point I can barely hear the employee on the phone and vise versa , little to no thought process going on with a couple employees maybe too high . I called to order like I have plenty of times have my address and the employee I was talking to said I can’t input a city so I can’t deliver your order . I’m in same city at the end of the same street. Why would I be ordering a pizza outside of the city for delivery use common sense Proceed to explain that to receive a very bland what I don’t understand what you’re talking about . Trash

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I will never ever ever order from pizza hut again. I've never met a company that could care less about their customers. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. I guess they use door dash now for delivery. My pizza arrived a mess. Flipped over and all over the box. Contacted the store and they literally said there is nothing they can do, but that they would take the note. Contacted corporate and received the same from them, they took the note. I don't care if the company uses door dash, I don't care who the company thinks is responsible for the delivery. I spent $60 at pizza hut, to the customer, pizza hut is responsible, pizza hut got my money. Their are so many other options out there for pizza, I don't need to get it from here.

When I called the store, the manager on duty was rude and refused to believe my complaint. He even asked for "proof" like it was a joke. If you value your time and money, I suggest ordering from somewhere else or if you're in the mood for a frustrating experience, this place is perfect, with staff who act like they're defending a fortress for no reason.

Im not sure if you guys don’t care about why kind of people order the pizza or if you guys don’t think people care about how their food looks but the presentation is always bad very care less it doesn’t look like your team takes the time to properly even out the toppings sometimes it doesn’t even look like you guys put the right amount of toppings . Management should step in and show you guys how to make a pizza instead of just making it so you can get it out the way . Remember people still pay for these .

I would say it's not PH fault but... I have brought it up to their attention, the burning cheap bbq smell from next door Mex restaurant, I don't even bring my kids to pick up pizza because how much they complain about how lingery the smell is, I have to literally park now away from Pizza Hut because somehow the smell just lingers among Pizza Hut, Baskin Robins front door area. The restaurant is a sea food place, idk how it came to just burning wood for no reason....is that how they tell their kind this is a place for them? Help me make sense

Im not sure if you guys don’t care about why kind of people order the pizza or if you guys don’t think people care about how their food looks but the presentation is always bad very care less it doesn’t look like your team takes the time to properly even out the toppings sometimes it doesn’t even look like you guys put the right amount of toppings . I have brought it up to their attention, the burning cheap bbq smell from next door Mex restaurant, I don't even bring my kids to pick up pizza because how much they complain about how lingery the smell is, I have to literally park now away from Pizza Hut because somehow the smell just lingers among Pizza Hut, Baskin Robins front door area. The restaurant is a sea food place, idk how it came to just burning wood for no reason....is that how they tell their kind this is a place for them? Help me make sense

Placed a really expensive order for delivery. The dasher delivered my pizza to someone else and the restaurant put the blame on Doordash. No accountability at all. I'm sitting at home with my ID and credit card which I was told to have ready to show the driver!!! And it gave my pizza to some random family!!! It also didn't call me to say hey I'm lost or can't find your unit, nothing. If I hadn't called Doordash to sort it out, Pizza Hut wouldn't have done anything to refund or replace my order. They got me off the phone with a promise to call back and never did. I will NEVER order from here again. What a disgusting way to do business and treat customers that spend their hard earned money and tip well over 18%. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a large extravaganza.got a medium because I had a coupon. Too sweet veggies undercooked. Disgusting. Never order again. What happened to you Pizza Hut? Did you just give up?
