The best pizza in the area. Consistently. We have been ordering via Mia chicken forever. Our go to!

The Saratoga location is the one most people are familiar with; however, if you’re looking for takeaway and are in a San Jose neighborhood, this location might be more convenient. It is set up only for takeaway orders, and service is excellent. They get very busy after 5pm, so if you order before then, you might get a faster delivery. One interesting quirk: their margarita pizza has pepperoni! (April 2019)

I didn't give this place much thought as it was tiny, but its definitely a made from scratch shop. Family owned and have a family recipe, its not corporate, not over rated, and not mediocre. I love the fact that all 4 times i went it wasn't greasy or under cooked. Recommended for sure

We always order a double linguiça pizza. It's amazing! The sauce, the amount of cheese, and, of course, the linguiça. No one else makes it better.

Wonderful establishment! Supports schools, churches, and most fundraisers. The variety of pizzas are unique. They a huge variety of coupons. A must try if you live in the area!

Best fast food type pizza around. By far beats out places like Pizza Hut, Dominoes, etc. Take out or delivery. Fast, courteous service and great prize! Look out for frequent specials and coupons, offering great deals.

I went here on accident, and was surprised. This was the best pizza I’ve tasted. From the crust actually tasting good, to the sauce popping with notes of fresh tomatoes.

My favorite pizza in South Bay. Not the cheapest by any means, but they have super fresh, generous sized toppings and the crust and tomato sauce is great.

I found Via Mia Pizza on a pizza app called Slice. During my stay in San Jose I ordered from Via Mia twice, and both times my order was delivered to me within 45 minutes. The first order I made was for a small thin crust pizza, an order of hot chicken wings, and a canned soda. The second time I only ordered a medium thin crust pizza. The pizza crust was unlike a pizza from a chain pizza restaurant, so that alone Via Mia deserves five stars. I highly recommend trying Via Mia and I’m glad the Slice pizza app introduced me to this place!

Ordered a large - 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 combo. Everything was good! Just enough chew on the crust and lots of ingredients. Ps. I was waiting in the car and forgot about the time. The guy ran out and delivered it to us, that was unexpected!

I had gyro pizza with a thin crust, and it was amazing! Seriously, putting gyro meat on a pizza with cheese, tomatoes, onions, and peppers is such a great idea. It's super tasty!

I ordered Via Mia halal Chicken pizza along with buffalo wings first time from this location. Ali who took my order over the phone was super friendly. The pizza was delicious and all the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The wings were off the hook. My kids loved it (surprisingly, since they are very picky when it comes to food). I strongly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for tasty halal pizza. Lastly, you need to mention "halal" upon ordering since they have non-halal pizzas as well.

They feel it is very Italian and way better than the other pizza shop we regularly go. This will be our pizza place for the future now. Price wise, the value is great.

For the chicken pizza there was a generous portion of chicken on the pizza . It was nice and juicy . Will definitely be visiting again . Also the owner was very welcoming and friendly . Having lived in the neighborhood for a while, I didnt bother giving Via Mia a shot until recently. It came well recommended by friends and they were not wrong. This location is run by a family and they treat the customers very well. I recently ordered a set of 5 pizzas and they missed a specific cheese selection on one. They apologized profusely although I wasnt much bothered by their mistake. They gave me a discount for a future purchase and made me a free large pie. I am definitely going back again. Their veggie offerings are tasty. Be sure to ask for their spicy sauce. Loved their pizzas. Give them a try sometime.

I wish I had taken pictures but the pizza smelled too good and we devoured it immediately! We all have a gluten intolerance (not celiac) in the family so we ordered 2 medium gluten free pizzas. The first was a GF Via Mia Artichoke and the second was a GF Jalapeño Pineapple (2 topping). It only cost $2 more per pizza and the owner gave us a coupon that brought the price down. He also offered a free liter of soda, since I was a first time customer. The pizza itself was so good! Both had ample toppings but held together well with the perfect amount of cheese. The crusts were also yummy, we couldn’t tell that they were gluten free. Also, they are so clean and have protective plastic for COVID precautions. I felt very safe purchasing my pizza from here. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

The food is really good! It's a bit on the pricier side but for some good halal pizza you can't go wrong! Make sure you specify if you want it halal.

Been ordering pizza from them for years allways made fresh prices are ok also. They are a chain. But this one feels like a stand alone. Only draw back is they are a take out only.

This place used to be good. I mean the pizza was delicious and the wait time was reasonable. The past three times that I have visited the quality of the specialty pizza has gone down. The wait time was ridiculous. I ordered and 40 mins later it was ready. This has happened twice in the last three times I visited. The reason for the long wait was that they kept taking the pepperoni pizza from my order for other people's order. I know this because my specialty pizza was warm at best and the pepperoni pizza was piping hot. When I have ordered bacon, in the past, on a pizza they gave you a plethora of bacon. Now when I ordered bacon my pizza they gave me Canadian bacon. That's ham and not bacon in my opinion. When anyone orders bacon they don't expect Canadian bacon and are greatly disappointed when they do.

I was trying to find a substitute for "Premier Pizza" (I absolutely love that place for 15+ years!) in south San Jose, so I tried Via Mia twice just because I read about them in Mercury News a week ago. The news paper got it so wrong. To be fair, my first order was for GYROS pizza, and it was not bad at all. But they really messed up my second order yesterday for FOUNDER’S SPECIAL. I specifically asked for extra PESTO Sauce, and to be frank I could not taste pesto sauce at all, they still put tomato sauce in the mix and messed it up. And they just loaded up the pizza like just buying stuff from Safeway and just throw up on the pizza without any sense of taste or combination. I will drive 7 more minutes to my all time favorite Premier Pizza, but sorry, not going to Via Mia again!
