The place was great. We came in on the night before Thanksgiving, and the place wasn't overcrowded. A lot of couples out enjoying themselves. The food was fresh and hot. We only ordered appatizers and desert since we were drinking.

Would give more than 5stars if I could! The food was delicious, minimal waiting, and the service was great! Our waitress, Christine, was so friendly and constantly checked on us to make sure we had what we needed :) She was awesome! Will definitely be back!

First of all I just want to say ask for Tyler as your server. She’s awesome! Second the wings and beer were amazing. Super hot super fresh.the fries were so damn hot, but I love it cause the fresher the better. Beer was damn cold and a perfect pour. My wife’s triple patron guava rita was hands down so good. Atmosphere was very chill. Family friendly indeed. Such good food, service, and all around good food !

Delicious food and really grateful for our server, Taylor, who was so knowledgeable about the menu and the happy hour options. We also had some dietary concerns that she helped us find alternative menu options for without hesitation. Will come here to eat again!

Very good service. Sandra was a top notch bartender with excellent service skills. The food was out of this world. Love the margarita 4 shots. 4 different margaritas. The Atmosphere was great. I love coming to this location. Very friendly staff.

Stopped at BJ’s for a quick date night and had great service from Taylor. Even though it was a short visit, she was friendly and very attentive... One of my New Year’s resolutions is to give praise when good service is given, and she definitely deserves it…

Oh my goodness!! Tonight my coworkers and I went to BJ’s and our server Taylor was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive the whole time we were there and so charming and sweet. She made the BJ’s experience a 10/10! Next time you come to the BJ’s at city base ask for your server Taylor.

Took our daughter and her family here when our daughter was in town for a conference. Restaurant appeared new. Food was great. We had a 6- year old with us and our terrific server, Taylor, was so thoughtful of him. She brought him a snack before we all got our meal. She took our family photo and was very attentive. Making our evening special.

A fews days ago we stopped in for a quick lunch and we enjoyed every single thing. Our server Jessica was friendly and super helpful on menu choices. We ordered the Original Wings, Shrimp Scampi Pasta, and the Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Tacos. For dessert we had the Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie and the Cookies N Cream Pizookie. Lunch hit the spot.

Our server Aylin was so helpful with the menu. She was amazing. She told us about downloading the app because they have so many deals on there. She was just so sweet. The ribeye was amazing and the porkchop that my girlfriend had were perfectly cooked and so tender. Would highly recommend this place to people.

She understands her patrons on another level, that of upper management. And what I mean by that is if she had a full staff on her level of training then this restaurant would be ultimately sought after day after day for it hospitality. Amazing experience & service. The server Zoe was incredible, well knowledge in the menu & directed us to great choices in meals & drinks. Pointed us to try the Berry Burst Cider & all I can say is that thanks to her I know what I’ll be drinking in my next visit. For sure returning whenever I’m in the area.

We celebrated our best friends’ anniversary this evening and the patio with the table top fire pit was the perfect touch to celebrate The service as well with the waitress Taylor was fantastic with her attention and excellent recommendations. Even giving us an extra kids spaghetti was the cherry on top. My daughter dropped her to go and the host handled us with care.

My team, came and Taylor D took care of us. We had a Party of 16 and service was quick and accurate. Food was hot and fresh even with a big party. I love this location it never disappoints and the atmosphere and cleanliness is always up to expectations. I look forward to my next visit definitely requesting Taylor D again, she was a super fantastic server and such a great personality!!

I’ve been to plenty of Bjs restaurants in San Antonio and Brook City location is by far the top of my list. The location’s design is modern and fresh, with a beautiful outdoor patio. The oval bar is placed well and has an inviting atmosphere. Whether you are at the bar or one of the table or booths, you always receive 5 star service. The food never disappoints! Management and team members go above and beyond to deliver a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend!

Taylor was amazing!!!! She saw my dad had a birthday card and made it so special for his birthday! Even gave us a free desert. Will definitely be returning

This is my 2nd visit to this new locations. So far I am pretty satisfied with my experience. The food is well prepared and service it good as well. The place maintains a clean environment. I would say that I noticed that servers are rookies. You can just tell specially when you are a type of person that eats out a lot. Despite that, they do a good job. They are very attentive.

Good food, service, and cleanliness My Favorite waiter Jeff should get a raise he’s very polite, and very nice. The amount of choices on this menu is too much for me to choose from and taste excellent, the chef should get a raise because he has to memorize so many different recipes. I would come back no doubt.

Adam was hands down the best server I’ve ever had at BJ’s and that’s not an exaggeration. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive without hovering, knew the menu inside and out, and made sure everything came out perfectly and on time. Drinks never went empty, food was spot-on, and his attitude genuinely made the whole experience better. You can tell when someone actually cares about their job and the guest experience Adam G. is that guy. BJ’s is lucky to have him, and if management is reading this, he deserves recognition. I’ll absolutely be asking for Adam every time I come back.

We went this past Saturday and they were really busy but the hostess staff and the manger were great. There was a wait but it was well worth it. They kept us updated and were very patient with everyone. When we were seated, Taylor was our waitress and she was so awesome. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks as well. We always enjoy dining at BJ's when we are in town for vacation. The atmosphere is always chill and I love their music selections. Taylor was our waitress this evening and she was amazing! Very kind and attentive. Food was delicious as always. I tried the grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, and rice pilaf and almost cleared my whole plate. The lemon sauce with mushrooms added the perfect amount of freshness.

Stayed at the hotel next to here and ended up coming back a second time because it was so good. Lots of beer on tap, sat at the bar with good service. The Mandarin Orange Calamari appetizer is amazing . Super tender. So is the Ahi Poke appetizer. The wings are out of this world. Seriously! I also enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi. Tons of parking and no waiting.

I come here often for happy hour and it's actually one of the best in town. They have good prices and fantastic appetizers. Absolutely adore their chips and guacamole for 4 bucks on happy hour prices it is delicious fresh and full of big chunks of avocado.

I came here on Friday Janurary 16th and was greeted with a table immediately despite a large crowd in the restaurant. Our server, Taylor was so kind and charming and definitely made the experience worth while with her bright smile and extremely positive attitude. The food came out quick and was warm and delicious. We ordered the Italian chicken parmasean, southern chicken, and a flatbread pizza. I am loyal to the Bj's restaurant franchise and this experience will be a memorable one that inspires me to continue coming back to this specific location.

Delicious food!! I had the Parmesan crusted chicken , my boyfriend had the BJs smokehouse burger (?) both were super good but that burger was AMAZING. The service was also AMAZING! We had Taylor tonight, she’s so great, never had an empty drink, everything came out exactly how we ordered it! Her customer service is TOP TIER. Very knowledgeable over the menu, checked up enough times to make sure we were doing good, I love a good server coming from a server. Her aura is also just delightful <3 she really made us have a great experience.

I had to try the pizza as they make it fresh and you can taste the difference. The dough was seasoned and crispy while the mozzarella cheese and toppings were full of flavor. I was told by the waitress they started off as a pizzeria and it shows. I drank the "commited" ipa, brewed by BJ's and it was smooth with robust flavor any beer connoisseur would enjoy. Staff was very friendly as well making this restaurant a go to.

This place is seriously underrated and doesn’t get nearly enough attention. We went twice in December and both times it was surprisingly empty, which is wild because it’s easily one of the best restaurants in the area. Instead of going across the street and waiting over an hour for a table, come here instead! We tried several items off the menu during both visits, and everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The spinach dip is an absolute must! After the first bite, we immediately ordered a second one because it was that good. Everything was delicious, and if you have room, don’t skip dessert. Our waitress on the first visit was outstanding. She took the time to explain the menu, gave great recommendations, and even let the guys sample a few beers so they could pick their favorite. It’s rare to find service this amazing!

I had a great experience here. The hostess was a black gentleman that kept asking how we were doing, with an attitude. He didn’t hear us respond, and then blamed it on the noise. That was rude. It wasn’t busy so we were seated right away. I can’t remember our waiter’s name but he did an excellent job. He was a white gentleman with glasses. We started with calamari and mozzarella stick and they were both delicious. I had the three course pork chop meal. It came with a salad but I never received the salad. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want it anyway. The pork chops was cooked to perfection as well as the asparagus, 10/10. The white cheddar mash potatoes didn’t taste like they had cheddar or butter in them so they were a 3/10. My husband had the ribs and fries. He said it was good 8.5/10. My daughter had the pizza and fries 10/10. My food came with a pizookie. I got the monkey bread one and it was amazing. My total experience, 9.5/10

Me and my son had lunch at this location. We are obsessed. The atmosphere the people the service was all wonderful. I can go on and on.. TOP TIER! 100% definitely recommend. They have lots of outdoor lighting it’s a beautiful clean restaurant! We had some salads and the garlic shrimp! Oh and the management was wonderful you can tell they take pride in their job. I don’t think this place could be any better.

Great customer service from everyone especially or waitress "Iliana" . Not only did she treat me and my wife great she knew her job and the menu well and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My tri tip and babyback ribs were good but over cooked. The ahi poke was good and my wife liked here fried ahi taco plate. The Craft beers we're great and refreshing.

Great experience at BJ's today! No wait for seating, great service by our server Lily. Drinks were on point! Appetizer - Brussel sprouts were delicious. We enjoyed the strawberry salad with chicken and Mediterranean salad with chicken as our lunch entrée's. Conveniently located in City Base and offer lots of parking!

Took my uncle to eat for his bday, food was excellent and service was on point. Waiter was in training and did a great job. First and foremost so many beers on tap to pick from awesome selection. Young man recommended the cheese balls to start off. Tasted cheesy with healthy portions. My uncle had wings he enjoyed them. I had brisket bacon burger and would definitely get it again.

I had protein or power bowl with shrimps and a house Blondie maybe two 🙃 the lady at the bar was very helpful friendly and happy, she made my day 😁 nice atmosphere but the music is kinda too loud for dinner. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to have my dog to sit with me outside at the patio. So just not 5 ⭐ because of that and the loud music otherwise I totally recommend this place.

Food was good for the price. Began with their ahi poke appetizer, had their special $13 pizookie meal deal soup & salad combo, tried the mozzarella and tomato salad & chicken tortilla soup, I prefer their cheddar & broccoli soup. Sal’s brew house chicken & kids mac and cheese. Everything was just OK. If I were to go back I probably would only go for their cheddar broccoli soup.

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, with that being said I keep an open mind when I'm invited to one. We got seated right away and ordered drinks and appetizers, I knew I wanted to get the ahi tuna salad. The restaurant is very clean and people go there to watch sports. I also do not care for sports, but the music was good. We ordered and our food came out. The kid plates are great size and come with a drink and a side. My salad was huge but eh ahí tuna was a small portion for $21. The rest of the table also got salsa and said theirs were very watery. For dessert some of the table tried the smores dessert. Overall meh, great service from our waitress that stayed on top of our beverages.

Atmosphere was super loud. had to talk loudly to hear over the screens. Our waiter was nice. Food was ok. First round of cheese sticks were pretty much empty. Had to get it sent back and a better bunch brought out. My dinner was a bit bland. Asparagus was under cooked and just not much flavor. My girlfriend dinner tough even tho it shouldn't of been for how red it still was. Her sides were also cold. 80 some odd dollars later and we weren't pleased. This is probably the first and last time we eat here

We recently dined here while in town and overall the food and service were great. Our meals were delicious, everything came out hot and timely, and we genuinely enjoyed the experience. However, one thing did leave us disappointed. Our server, Autumn, added an automatic gratuity to our bill as if we were a party of 10 or more even though we were not. We didn’t make a scene or ask to have it removed, but it felt unprofessional and a bit misleading, especially because we always tip well regardless. It made us feel as if she assumed we wouldn’t tip because we mentioned we were visiting from out of town. We still appreciated the meal and the friendly atmosphere, but we hope this was a one time situation. Automatic charges like that should be communicated clearly and only applied when the policy actually applies, no need for gimmicks. Great place, just be transparent and trust your customers.

We were in town visiting and decided to try this restaurant. The service was really slow. My son got wings and they were not cooked well. My husband’s fries was super greasy. I had chicken parm and it tasted ok it just wasn’t hot seemed like it might have been sitting in the back a while before it was brought out

Service was good, food and drinks were terrible. Woodford Reserve whiskey sour had to be made twice. First time I couldn’t taste the top shelf whiskey at all. Second time was mostly whiskey which was great. Food was horrible. The Cesar salad to start was the highlight of dinner. I ordered the chicken fettuccine dish and it was flavorless. I asked for Parmesan cheese and let the waitress know it was not good and she delivered packets of Parmesan for pizza. I asked for fresh Parmesan and she brought it out. Didn’t help much so I requested a to go box to give it to my dogs. Wife had drinks and burger and kids had pizza. We also ordered dessert and I told my family this is the last time we are coming to this specific location. It’s never been good.

Service was okay. We had salads to start then were going to split the French dip sandwich. The meat tasted very strange and the au jous was funky as well. The fries were okay but the coleslaw was huge chunks of cabbage and almost no dressing. Server was understanding and took the sandwich off our bill but we were pretty turned off by that point. With all the other restaurants nearby they need to do better. Probably won't go back.

Servers have been super short with us and rude! Food here is great, pizookie is excellent, and it’s a chill atmosphere, but lately the service has been so bad. We went a few days ago and after getting our food no one came to check on us, refill our drinks, no to-go box was offered, no one to bring us our desert, and a check was just dropped off in what felt like a “get out of here” manner. Then we went back tonight and the guy at take out was super short with us and quite rude. I’m not sure if the last few nights they’ve just been having bad days, but it feels unprofessional. DO BETTER!

While the service, appetizers, and desserts were truly outstanding, the pizza unfortunately fell short. It lacked sufficient cheese and tomato sauce, making it one of the least satisfying pizzas I've experienced. This is coming from someone who occasionally enjoys the convenience of Little Caesars.

Bartender had terrible attitude. Minimum service. Had to flag her down for every single thing needed. Kitchen couldn't get simple dishes out correctly. Managers couldnt care less. Seems to be a common attitude here. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.

Gotta be honesy liked this place until today. Waitress was llasé I'm attitude. Got my drink order wrong. Told my father they had anchovies, as he can't eat meat for lint. He asked to confirmed they did and when pizza came out it didint. After that blame game between waitress, cooks, and managers. Left the restraint without being made right. Horrible customer service experience will never be there again.

Fuimos mi familia y yo a cenar por primera vez en este restaurant y la verdad quedamos muy decepcionados de la comida y un poco también de la atención de la mesera que al parecer ella ya no tenia muchas ganas de atender pues era muy obvio que nos estaba presionando para ordenar nuestra comida rápido. Mi hija y yo ordenamos steaks bien cocidos (well done) y al partirlos sangraban del centro, ofrecieron cocinarlos mejor por lo que aceptamos pero mi steak tuvieron que cocinarlos 3 veces pues en ninguna quedaba bien cocinado! Cada vez que lo cocinaban de nuevo no sangraba pero seguía muy rojo del centro, el manager se dio cuenta de la situación y vino a pedir una disculpa por lo que estaba pasando y dijo que mi platillo no sería cobrado, en fin después de esperar tanto me dieron un platillo de comida con lo que yo ordene totalmente "nuevo" con el steak nuevamente mal cocinado y en el arroz un cabello!!! Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, asquerosa e incomoda pues mi familia ya había terminado de comer cuando yo apenas iba a comenzar y en realidad no pude comer en ningún momento. Cabe mencionar que yo nunca me queje pero la mesera se daba cuenta y ofrecía llevarse mi plato cada vez que cortaba un pedazo de steak, creo que al final ella también se sintio mal por lo que estaba pasando. Espero que a nadie le pase pues situaciones así arruinan un buen tiempo familiar.

According to your posted business hours online, this location is open until 12:00 a.m. We arrived at approximately 10:35 p.m., well before the stated closing time, and found all doors locked. There were no signs posted on the doors indicating an early closure, private event, or modified hours. It was not just our party affected—another couple arrived at the same time and also attempted to enter. Shortly after, a male employee exited the restaurant and informed us that they were already closed. This was confusing and frustrating, as it directly contradicted the business hours advertised online and there was no visible notice explaining the closure. If a location plans to close early, it is reasonable to expect clear communication through posted signage and updated online hours. Without that, guests are inconvenienced and left feeling misled. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed moving forward. I would appreciate a response regarding this situation and how BJ’s plans to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your time and attention.
