This place does a brisk business, and I could see why once we got in line. The portions are generous and if you leave hungry it's your own fault. I got their deluxe fish tacos, I'll probably go with the regular ones the next time. The guacamole didn't seem to add much, I feel like it got lost among other elements like the mango salsa and chipotle sauce. This is somewhere I'll visit again.

This place is so much better than Chipotle, the portions are better and their options for protein are much better as well. I've gotten the bowls the burritos. Their tortillas for burritos are handmade and they have 4 different tortilla flavors my fav is the cilantro tomatillo. Definitely recommend.

I once tried to eat Chipotle every day for an entire year because I thought their burritos were unrivaled in the fast casual burrito making scene, but Cabo Bob’s is on another level. Fantastic every time we’ve been (4 times in the past month) with a creative variety of fresh made tortillas, meats, toppings, and salsas/sauces. The restaurant is a vibe and the staff are great. Could probably wast here every day for a year but they’re closed on Sunday’s. Either way, I’ll definitely benefit from the rewards punch card - every 7th burrito is free. :)

Dang! If you are HUNGRY, this is your place. I got the chicken burrito. They cook the tortilla right there (4 different flavors). You pick a protein and rice and then they put so many extras (lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese, sautéed veggies, etc). I am not sure how they rolled it together. Literally the heaviest burrito I’ve ever had. I ate half and was full (not typical for me… unfortunately:). Queso and chips are worth getting (large size was a big bag with lots of queso not like chincy other places). Highly recommend! Less than $10!!!

Cabo Bob's: A Burrito Oasis We Wished We Could Pack for Minnesota As a family with a deep and abiding love for a certain build-your-own-burrito chain (you know the one, it rhymes with "schmipotle"), our 5 hungry kids are always on the hunt for local alternatives. Enter Cabo Bob's, a chain we'd never heard of, but which promised similar fast-casual Mexican bliss. Spoiler alert: It delivered, big time! We rolled in right at dinnertime, braced for a battle, but were pleasantly surprised to find the line moving faster than a hungry teenager spotting fresh guac – maybe a minute's wait, tops. Once inside, the options unfolded like a delicious choose-your-own-adventure novel. Four kinds of tortillas? You'd think we'd hit the jackpot! (Though bowls are always an option for those who prefer their fillings unconstrained.) The meat choices were plentiful, and the toppings bar was a vibrant mosaic of freebies and tempting add-ons. The staff, bless their hearts, were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process with the patience of saints explaining advanced calculus to a group of burrito-hungry tourists. We managed to snag some of the limited outdoor seating, basking in the evening air and the glory of our custom creations. The food? Every single one of us (all seven!) absolutely devoured our meals. The flavors were fantastic, and if you even think about skipping the chips and queso, you're missing out on a truly excellent, cheesy experience. Despite the dinnertime crowd, the place managed to feel buzzing rather than overwhelming. We all walked out wishing we could somehow transplant a Cabo Bob's straight to Minnesota – a truly high compliment from a family that takes its fast-casual Mexican seriously. While I thought it was perhaps a smidge pricier than our beloved chain back home, The quality and experience were very good and we wish we had one back home. If "healthy-ish fast-food Mexican" is your jam, and you appreciate flavor and efficient service, you owe it to yourself to check out Cabo Bob's. It was genuinely, wonderfully good.

Wow it's so fresh. The fish tacos are a must 10/10 we had them with corn Tortillas and they were delicious 🙂😊 We also tried the chicken bowl omg I can taste the smokiness on the chicken it's so fresh everything tastes amazing. This is our new favorite place ✨️

First time here. Not much from the outside. They do a robust business at lunch. The assembly line works like a well oiled machine. I got the #2 fish tacos. Plenty of options to jazz it up. Food was very good. I will definitely keep it in mind for my lunch rotation!

The variety of tortilla choices are good and they have some pretty selected options you can order. You can also go the bowl method. The location is small so parking can be a challenge so can seating. Had the #7 steak with ancho tortilla and added some grilled zucchini qnd squash veggies brown rice with Baja beans. They do also have white cilantro rice and black beans as a option. Its worth a try if want something diffrent then chitpole.

Went here for lunch with a group of coworkers. Service was fast and friendly. Everyone was polite and moved the line along quickly and smoothly. I ordered the deluxe fish tacos with everything. I was disappointed! The fish was crispy and the toppings were fresh. I enjoyed the mango salsa. Their fresh squeezed lemonade was good, too.

I have placed to go orders since I work around there. And there. Have been couple of times I ordered double meat. But when I open it just looks like a single scoop of meat. When I have eating there in person and you can tell it’s a double scoop of meat. And for them to charge $5 for double and give u single scoop is B.S. just careful when you order to go and add double scoop

Been coming here a while now and the food is always good, but we came on a very slow hour where it was just my partner and I in line. I did see some of the tortillas look a bit torn before making them into burritos. We get it to go and come to find the tortilla tore easily torn when we get home. If that were to be the case we would’ve just gotten a bowl.

I have been a long time customer here, and at Cabo Bob's as a whole, since they opened the West Campus location in Austin. It's been one of my favorite casual spots and a consistent go-to. After a tough week, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to lunch. Instead when she went to pick up and pay for our food, she was accused of fraud and stamping our frequent flyer card herself. The manager and one of the employees hassled her and upset her, for no reason. I guarantee had she been white, they wouldn't have said a word. Wildly unprofessional on the part of the manager and employee. What was once one of my favorite spots is now a do not return. If your business is so hard up you can't give away a set of tacos, stop offering to stamp the cards. Really disappointing and unprofessional behavior from the manager. We will not return.
