It's my 1st time here. I ordered the humble bowl. It was absolutely delicious and very filling. The portion size was more than I expected and priced reasonably. I also ordered their agua de Jamaica , aka Hibiscus tea, which was perfectly sweetened and refreshing. The service was outstanding! I will be coming back again to try other menu items. Come check them out for yourself!!

5 star vegan lunch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I ordered yesterday 9/3/24 for the first time via Uber Eats & Wow! My order was made accurate & fast! I had a big portion worth my money & couldn’t eat it all. The veggie burger was big & juicy, and the vegan cheese was tasty! I just wish they had regular flat/circular pickle slices(hamburger cut) instead of the spear shaped. The avocado on the burger was added nutrition I enjoyed. The $4 chocolate chip cookie 🍪 was hard, but after 20 sec. in the microwave it was nice & soft, not as sweet as I like though. I love the sweet potato fries! I definitely will be ordering from here again, but I think I’ll dine in to get that experience next time.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, the food was beyond my expectations. I had high hopes the cauliflower wings, and they were good. Didn't taste like frozen prepared and you could tell they were hand battered and fried. The flavor of the Buffalo was nice and spicy, I could have argued that it wasn't spicy enough but that's just me maybe. The Korean style bbq spicy meatless bowl was fire 🔥. The parm fries appetizers was delish you could really taste that truffle. Man overall all said and done ,good filling, tasty. And sure enough no meat. Great place for trying different cuisine.

1st time trying Vegetarian Cuisine, we tried the trip sampler. The cauliflower wings were delicious with Buffalo sauce, fried onion rings, and fried asparagus were great additions, too. Everyone at my party tried something new, we all enjoyed our meals. Even got to try out the cupcakes, yum. If you're in the area, please come out and try something new. Add a new dish to your palette. I'm usually still hungry when eating out, but this was very filling.

Visit 2: July 27, 2022 Never before we ever went back to the sand restaurant two straight days. The dessert was so good yesterday and menu looked so interesting we decided to visit again today. Food is as excellent as desserts. They are very good sized portions that are easily shareable. Many dishes find with sides and don't forget to try the yummy sweet potato fries 😋🍟. The brownie is so good you should definitely take it home and have it with an ice cream 🍨. Visit 1: July 26, 2022 Excellent vegan restaurant. Loved the items on the menu but we were here only for the desserts. Good ambience sand excellent staff with great service. Hope to return soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 Stars – Green Vegetarian, San Antonio Lots of parking and plenty of tables, including a nice outdoor area. I ordered the Green Burger with broccoli (trying to eat healthy) — it tasted great! Meal cost about $15 with tax. Tasty, fresh, and healthy. Definitely would come back again! Support local spots and eat green 🌱

A pretty good vegan/vege restaurant. I like how you can ask for menus items to be vegetarian, but by design everything is vegan, which makes it easy to order. The portions are fair size, service is very quick and pretty attentive. Lots of parking, a slightly dated space but the team keeps it clean, which is a tick. Gives off a light Mexican vibe and the food has Mexican influence and is pretty fresh. Enjoyed my visit and tipped well. Thank you for a good experience and an easy and quick vegan meal.

My husband is a meat eater but he was willing to try this place with me. We ordered the “big nasty burger” and the “spicy beef salad”. He enjoyed the spicy beef salad and the big nasty burger was just as good. The quinoa they serve with the salad was very good. We also ordered some onion rings they weren’t my favorite but they were ok my husband ate them all. The cucumber infused water was refreshing. We also had a cupcake for dessert and it did not disappoint. The service was great our server was awesome. Definitely recommend Green Cuisine for vegetarians and non vegetarians. I used to love this place, especially when it was at the Pearl. It had such a great atmosphere, the service was always on point, and it felt like a place you could confidently bring people to and know it would be a good experience. This visit felt completely different. The service was extremely inattentive. Our waiter never checked on us after dropping off the food. We had to try to get someone’s attention for basic things, and it honestly felt like we were forgotten about. We ended up leaving early because of how poor the service was, which is something I’ve never had to do here before. My food came out overly salty. The flavors underneath were still good, so I know the kitchen is capable, but between that and the lack of service, the experience just felt off. The whole place felt different from what it used to be. Less polished. Less cared for. It honestly made me sad because this used to be one of my favorite spots. I wouldn’t dine in again based on this experience. Maybe takeout. I really hope they can turn things around.

We've been frequently going for a few years and the taste of the food has been declining. There's hardly any flavor and some food items seem reheated, not fresh and overly greasy. The lemonade tasted like rotten lemons. We used to love this place and it's disappointing after spending $50. I normally don't leave unsatisfactory reviews but today was so disappointing.

I really wanted to like Green Vegetarian Cuisine — this was actually my second time trying it, with my first visit being about 10 years ago. After driving in from Austin, I was hopeful this visit would be better. The atmosphere is cute and inviting, but unfortunately the food and service were disappointing. I ordered the chicken-fried steak, and it was really bad — soggy on the bottom, completely lacking flavor, and after one bite I couldn’t eat it. I sent it back to the kitchen. The meal came with a side of kale salad, which was honestly the best part, so I asked if they could bring me more kale salad since everything else wasn’t great and I was still pretty hungry, especially with a drive back to Austin ahead of me. Our waitress never came back to check on us, so I had to flag down another server to address the issue. Despite returning the entrée after barely touching it, I was still charged the full price. When I brought this up, only about $2–$3 was taken off the bill. The situation could have been handled much more professionally. Given that this was my second attempt years apart, the experience was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this restaurant — there are many other places that do meat substitutions better and handle guest concerns more thoughtfully.
