Fast service, food was amazing. I had the perfect plate tonight. I recommend the Key west chicken and shrimp, with red beans and rice, with green beans. Take the beans and rice out of the bowl and add it to the plate for an amazing flavor combination. You will thank me when the rice soaks up the flavors until the last bite.

Great atmosphere, great drinks, reasonably priced. Kids friendly. Enjoyed the payment method, and trivia iPad to pass time. Definitely a good find.

Amazing service, chill vibe, and comforting. The food was hot and good. Had the steak and rib plate and it hit the spot. Food wasn't expensive at all.

Nice and cozy restaurant. Beer battered shrimp was excellent (highly recommend) , we tried grilled chicken with rice , carrot cake and chicken salad too. Everything tasted good and price was affordable. Buttery croissants were provided as complimentary which was great 👍🏼

Hadn't been to a Cheddars in over 5 years, and I was happy we visited again! Same great food, service and value for your money. Our server was great from the get go, rearranging our table a bit so we could fit better, and always so attentive to our needs. My only complaint would be my food was not as hot as I would've liked it to be and the floor was littered with straw papers and not as clean as I know it could be. All in all, first visit here in SA was not bad. We'll probably come back again. 👍

We came in as a family of three. Even though it was very busy on the weekend, we were lucky and got a table without waiting. We were already hungry, so we enjoyed a butter croissant while waiting for our food to be served. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. Personally, I don’t usually choose chain restaurants, but I’m sure we will come back again. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the servers were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience.

Came to celebrate our wedding 26yr anniversary and since I’m not a big fan of chedddars we had a wonderful experience. We had a few bumps but overall the bartenders did an awesome job! My praise for Idalia & Jayden for the awesome service! For sure recommend this location and the bartenders!!

Pretty busy when we went but we still received good service from the bar area. I ordered the ribs & they were delicious & tender!!! The green beans tasted like they had sugar in them, I didnt care for them. My husband ordered the meatloaf & he enjoyed it.

The food is decent, hit or miss. They do kick things off right with a complimentary croissant to start - nice touch! The steak isn't bad, especially when you factor in the tasty garlic butter sauce they serve with it. Price-wise, it's reasonable. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the fact that the AC seemed to be on the fritz, making it sweltering hot inside. Maybe it was just an off day, but worth keeping in mind for future visits.

Tried this restaurant with a group of friends while we were on a long weekend trip to San Antonio 🌆👯‍♀️. The wait time after check-in was about 10–20 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all ⏳🙂. We waited a bit for a server, but the kiosk/tablet at the table made ordering super easy 📱✅, so everyone got to try different dishes. They started us off with hot butter croissants 🥐🔥—absolutely delicious and a great way to kick things off. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrappers 🌯🍗, which were just okay, and the Grilled Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🍝, which was pretty good and comforting. My friends tried the Key West Chicken & Shrimp 🍤🍗 and the veggie plate 🥦🥕, and they said those were okay as well. Another standout at our table was the Homemade Chicken Pot Pie 🥧—definitely a solid choice! To wrap up, we ordered the Hot Fudge Sundae 🍨🍫, but unfortunately it wasn’t hot at all. We had to let the staff know, and when it came back, it seemed like the plate itself had just been microwaved 🔥🍽️ rather than the sundae actually being fixed. That part was pretty disappointing and not the best way to end the meal 😕. Overall, a nice spot to stop by with friends, good variety on the menu, and a relaxed dining experience 😊🍽️.

This was my first time dining at this location 2pm on a Friday . Service was fast !! Both the hostess and waitress were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, my daughter's salad had quite a bit of bad lettuce, so after picking through it, there wasn't much left. The spinach dip was lacking something—aside from salt—but we couldn't quite figure out what. On a positive note, the tilapia was cooked perfectly, and the waitress made sure to adjust our bill to reflect the issues. The margarita was spot on! Will definitely be back!!

After church lunch. Quick stop but wasn’t quick enough. Food was good! Wait was longer than expected. Love the free croissants while waiting for our meal. Service was a bit slow but probably less staff and a lot of families. Overall good food stop on a weekend. First time here, service was slow but servers were friendly. No one told us we could of ordered on the tablet til the server said to hand her tablet so she could order the spinach dip with chips and salsa. Spinach dip was good but biscuits were a little too sweet. Kids meal burger didn't look like it was even hot cuz the cheese didn't melt so my daughter didn't even eat it. I came in here a few months ago and my review was not good as I said "For a restaurant that bills itself as everything freshly made, I'm not impressed. Fish was undercooked and slimy in the middle and salad was definitely NOT fresh and had brown lettuce. Returned 11/19/25 to try same plate of fish, and it wasn't much better it was barely cooked and it was supposed to be blackened but it was under cooked and served on a bed of cold wet white rice that had no salt and no flavor. Without liberal salt and pepper, everything was tastless. I got the sweet baby carrots which were not sweet, but mushy and almost cold so I did not eat them and I got the southern green beans which were also barely room temp so I didn't not eat those either. Instead I just packed it all up to go home and put in the oven tonight for dinner so I can actually have a hot meal from Cheddar's. Bartender told the kitchen I was not happy with the food and absolutely no one came to find out why or to ask if I wanted a replacement meal. The bartender did offer to get me some fresh veggies but if he has to ask I'm never going to accept. It should have been brought out or replaced automatically and then not expect me to be the one to be the bad guy like I'm requesting something I didn't pay for. Which I'm not because I pay full price for my meals even when I don't like it or I'm unhappy with it so that way I have the right to complain if it's bad which it was again. And I noticed that other people had made comments and reviews that were fairly decent and the restaurant was all over those reviews thanking them for the reviews but no one apologized for my first original bad review and I don't assume they're going to comment on this second bad review. There won't be a third time. This place used to be the bomb and now it's more like it's been bombed by corporate greed and no longer fresh food but probably corporate Frozen packaging that sent to All The Same restaurants.

This location disappoints me most times I come. I ordered blackened white fish and my fish looks like there’s no seasoning. I had to add seasoning on my fish bc it honestly taste unseasoned. Yesterday I order a cheesesteak for lunch, there was rarely any meat on my sandwich most of it was all bun. I also paid for bacon cheese fries and they didn’t add cheese. Whenever I order a fish plate they never give me the proper amount of rice. I have photos attached to show what I always seem to get. I had to stop tipping because I’m always disappointed. Out of all times I’ve been there I counted 3x my order was made right. When ordering out they give you less than they would if you dine in at the same price. Not happy about this at all. I didn’t take a photo of my cheesesteak yesterday but I also attached a photo of the salmon meal I purchased with broccoli and fries. I eat my fries on my way home, I did not notice the rice until I got home. This happens often. Also my broccoli isn’t cooked. Sometimes I get cooked broccoli sometimes it’s thrown in raw.

we wait 10 minutes for our server just to get our drink order when my husband said he wanted a different drink cause he didn't like the one he got originally the sever made a comment to me ask if my drink was sure if that what i wanted but whatever just making sure never hurts is not a bad thing but the tone i order a medium rare stake that almost came out raw when I told my server that it needs to be cooked more I was told "oh I should have told you that a medium rare would have really bloody" which is a bit rude to me but after like 15 minutes wait for our drinks to refilled and to get my steak taken back to cook it and when it finally got taken back it took 30mins just to get it back and my husband had to go up to the host stand cause we hadn't seen our server in so long when we finally got it back it looked like i didn't even get cooked right

Ordered two grilled chicken entries and the chicken was like rubber! I could barely cut it and was shaking the whole table trying. I tried a piece and could barely chew it. This was a to-go order so I couldn't send anything back. My family and I had no choice but to throw it away. It wasn't edible not even for the dog. Total waste of our time and money. I wish we chose somewhere else for our meal. There are so many options in the area, I encourage you to explore anywhere but here.

we visited Cheddar's off of 410 close to 151 for lunch. It was 12 :30 p.m. they sat us the bar area in a booth. The waiter was professional but he was so busy that he could not take good care of us. An hour later, we're still sitting there. We just received our meal and I ordered the chicken pecan salad. My husband ordered the pork chops. They were both cold as ice. At that time we asked to speak to a manager. We told a manager what had happened and she said she would check on it and she would comp us for one of the meals. She didn't show up again at all. Our waiter showed up 15 minutes later and stated that our meal was on its way. At that point we had had enough. We told him that either he found out what's going on and what they're going to do or we're leaving so he showed up 2 minutes later with our meal. This is unacceptable. When we go out to lunch it's to enjoy our meal not to have to fight for it to be warm or just prepared. Yes you want to charge us the inflated costs now, but you don't want to provide us with the level of service that merits it. Shame on you Cheddar's!!!
