Jersey Mike's Subs

When ordering, I ask that they take care of one sandwich at a time. Have to keep reminding of what to add and not add when they're already beginning to take another's order. This is the case at all Jersey Mike's. One sandwich at a time. All else is great.

I always go to this location because of the store’s proximity, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Marcus is awesome and always super helpful at giving suggestions on what to try on the menu and any additions that pair well with sandwiches. He also offers great conversations and is always super happy to help with anything 😊

First time there , clean staff super friendly and suggested the Original Italian so will definitely try next time

Huge shoutout to the crew at Jersey Mike’s. I was seriously impressed. The customer service was on point, and the whole team was working together like a well-oiled machine. They were shaving meats to order, cleaning the slicer between each type, wiping down the line & cutting boards between customers— everything was super clean and intentional. I even caught a great little moment where the manager was showing a new team member how to properly cut a sandwich, and he did it with so much care and respect. You don’t see that kind of thoughtful coaching every day. And the food? Bomb. Super fresh, super good. You can really tell they care about what they’re doing. Huge shoutout to them for running a tight, respectful, and well-operated shop.

I came in with my son and the staff was awesome. I've been to dozens of JMs about 100 times but this was my favorite experience ever. Food was fresh and assembled quickly. The staff was on top of their stuff so much so I started conversation with each of the members on the assembly line and they were all really chill and friendly. I hardly ever leave reviews but I felt like management should see how exceptional the staff was on this evening (Fri. March 17th @ 630 pm)

The dining area and bathrooms were clean. The serving area was clean and the food was fresh. Kind of pricey per sandwich but delicious!

Lemme tell you... On the way to my friend's stylist for a fresh fade and we decide to bring him lunch. Get the sandwiches and when I say that was a well oiled machine... MAN! Service was damn near James Beard and when we ate, it was Heaven! Shout out to the staff! We were commenting in line how it just flowed!

Oh my gosh! The sandwichs here are so delicious!!! I usually order the club sub and it is always yummy and fresh. I normally order for delivery but when I go in, the restaurant is spotless, and the employees are always kind.

If you can find a better sandwich franchise let me know. This place has fresh bread, slice the Del meat in front of you, the vegetables are always fresh, it’s awesome. So many choices 😊 so good!

I love Jersey Mikes and I get sandwiches from them fairly often, but this location has made the best sandwich I’ve ever had from them! It was so fresh and well seasoned without being soggy, the bacon was crispy and there was a perfect ratio for veggies and meat on our sandwiches. I don’t write reviews often, but this place deserves an excellent rating!!! Give these employees a raise!

Loaded my sandwich with vinegar making my sandwich very soggy. The guy who was dressing my sandwich was not very organized. Almost getting my sandwich mixed up with another person’s order.

Staff were busy but courteous with what seemed were forced smiles. I was happy with my order but when I go to restaurant, I like to see a leader and workers with name tags. Just to praise or zing when I eat food. No name tags at this location on basse rd. No apparent leader and showing no rules. No accountability.

Food is always great, have never had an issue with sandwiches here. I started this before even leaving the store. The employees attitudes were horrible. No one seemed like they wanted to be there/ cared about guests at all. No smiles, no politeness. Just plain rude. A little bit embarrassing. The only employee who gave me even the slightest hint of gratitude was the young woman who made my hot sandwich. I hope my tip goes solely to her. She seems like a great employee. Maybe the other 3 employees were just not feeling up to it tonight.

How is it you guys have a policy were you dont accept bills larger then a 20 if you buy two regular sandwiches its more then 20 bucks come on guys used to eat here all the time now to get turned away cause you won't break a 50 I ordered 2 sandwiches 😉 had to leave them both today

This location has usually been my go-to because of how friendly the staff typically are, but unfortunately we will not be returning. My husband, who is very easygoing, actually asked me to write this review because he was so disappointed with the service he received last Saturday. He went in to order our usual Giant #7 and was met with attitude simply for making two reasonable requests. First, he asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce on the line was visibly brown. The employee replaced it, but then layered the same old brown lettuce on top of the fresh lettuce and used it to make the sandwich anyway. Second, he asked the employee making the sandwich to change his gloves before preparing ours, since he had just been handling tuna, olives, and other items. Although the employee changed his gloves, he immediately went back to touching the tuna before continuing with our sandwich. After pointing out both issues, my husband canceled the order and left. As restaurant owners ourselves, we would never allow something like this to happen. Proper cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination between foods is basic food safety. It’s clear the staff needs retraining in these areas.

Walked in for the jersey mike experience but fell short of that with them being short staffed. I waited patiently for them to take my order. Mind you the guy making the sandwiches putting on all the toppings was using the same gloves to handle the packaging and tickets and cards then touching fresh produce going on the sandwiches. Too many options for yall not to be staffed to operate accordingly.
